From my initial contact the information and scheduling was very easy. I did the mobile detailing where he came to my house, which was convenient. I got the “sell-it” package. Hi, I had my Honda Accord washed and waxed at J9's. The result was incredible, from the exterior to the wheel wells. In addition, they touched up some areas with the polisher that I asked them to do for no extra charge. I would highly recommend J9's for for auto detailing needs. After being burned by another car detailing company, who stopped responding, never scheduled my prepaid service, and ultimately left us without the detail we had already paid for, I was so relieved to find J9’s. Our detailer, Sam was consistently highly rated by everyone in the local Facebook groups, so I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad I did. He came out and did such an amazing job. We have three kids, so my car usually looks like a traveling snack aisle, and somehow he managed to make it look like a brand new vehicle again. Every corner was spotless and the interior looked flawless. When I asked for a little extra tire shine, he didn’t hesitate and went above and beyond. Professional, reliable, and truly luxury level work. I will not be using anyone else from now on. Highly recommend!

I want to start this review off with saying they did tell me to bring the car back and they would make it right. I just ended up taking my car somewhere else to get redone. But I do appreciate the offer and want it to be clear that if I took my car back it MIGHT have been a different story. With them being the more expensive detail shop in town I was expecting things to be done right the first time. I did the $300 interior service. In that service was listed that the trunk and the door jambs were included, they were not touched. My dashboard looked like it got a quick wipe down and that was it. My gauge cluster when I swipe my finger across it it had not been touched either. My shifter still had a bunch of dirt in it. Although I know my car was not in great shape by any means when I took it to them. I still expected what I paid for to be done. I by no means am saying they can not do a great job on your car just unfortunately they did not do a great job on mine. I ended up taking my car to another place the next day for the same package but at $120 and they did a great job. So just make sure you understand that a higher cost does not guarantee better quality all the time. The pictures I have taken were as soon as I had got home from the detail shop. %100 had great customer service I personally just had a bad experience with the actual service. I wish it was a better experience because they seem like good people.

What an absolutely fantastic establishment. You can tell people really like working here, the professionalism is outstanding. It reminds me of a time long ago when customers actually mattered and were cared for. I came in for window tinting and a paint correction and ceramic coating. They did an outstanding job, the tint came out perfect the coating really makes the paint pop. I think this is hands down the best detailing shop in Colorado Springs. I highly recommend for anyone who values their vehicle and their experience supporting a local business. J9’s treats you right. I’ll be bringing in my brand gx450 once I pick it up from the dealership for full body paint protection film and window tinting. Thanks guys way to go. Made a lifetime customer out of me.

They explained all the tint selections and were informative but NOT pushy, which I liked. 😇 The estimate was also true with no hidden fees or upcharges - I knew exactly what I was paying for.
