Not the newest but certainly clean. Very accommodating staff. I've used laundromats across the country and back, and this is the first to give me the option of adding an extra rinse! And about the only place on the island to open New Year's Day! I would agree that seating is limited, so I set a timer on my phone and went out to my car. Update: two weeks later, and I'm back. Apparently this was industrial laundry day because all but a few of the washing machines were taken, and all the dryers. When my laundry was done, the manager cleaned out one of the industrial dryers for me to use! I appreciate the service!

Their washers/dryers are pretty clean and they have large ones so we recently started using this place for my cleaning business. I’m not happy with their service today. Today we arrived at around 5:30. They close at 8pm, started locking doors at 6:45ish. When a woman started loading a washer at that time the employee reminded her they close at 8 pm and the sign on their window says last wash at 7 pm. We had been using their industrial sized dryers for a while. At 7 the worker told us they closed in 50 minutes, I told her I was planning on folding at home and she said that was fine. 10 minutes later she told us they closed at 7:45. Then at 7:22 she told everyone there we had to leave. She said that her boss sees the cameras and was demanding we and the few others there get out because they were now closed. When we were packing up the car we noticed they closed the gate on the street side. The parking spot we were in was angled to back up to the gate & the two parking spots next to us had concrete blocks on them to block people from using those 2 spots. We were blocked into our spot and had to get out and move a heavy concrete block just to leave. After that we had to go to another laundry facility to dry slightly damp laundry that took 8 minutes to dry.

Clean and plenty of washers and dryers. Reasonable prices. Not too busy. The laundry manager was very nice and helpful! There is a family dollar just diagonal across the corner for full size laundry detergent instead of buying the small ones at the laundromat if you forget yours (I did and bought what they had but could have easily run across the street).

The point of a washateria first and foremost is to wash clothes properly. Unfortunately, I’ve been there multiple times, giving them many chances over the last year and consistently their machines do not have hot water or even warm many times. I NEED hot water to sanitize cloth diapers so it costs me extra to then have to go somewhere else to wash them properly (thank you to the place on Broadway and 23rd!). I don’t have this problem at the other laundromats on the island. I’m done with this place.

I wanted to try this place out because I noticed that their big machines were cheaper than where I usually go, but I am not really impressed. There aren't many spots to sit while you wait on your clothes (just a few benches), there wasn't any soap or paper towels in the restrooms (huge health concern), and the attendant wasn't super friendly. Overall, I'd rather spend more money at my usual place (the washateria on Broadway and 23rd) than to continue coming here. You don't know until you try it, but I tried it and it made me appreciate my other place more!

The ladies are super sweet and happy to help! We put our clothes in and left. Came back to switch them and left again! We swooped in and grabbed our items and left! I will say the ac was not working very well that day and those poor ladies were sweating!

I recently went to Iwash laundromat, and it left a positive impression. The attendant was friendly and helpful, making the experience pleasant. The washers and dryers were reasonably priced and in good working order, providing good value for money. They have snacks, ice cream, and sodas for sale. Overall, it was a clean place, and as far as my laundry day went, it was a great day.

Here for an emergency hospital trip for family, stayed longer than I expected and needed to do laundry. Read the reviews for iWash and I'm here to tell you, its clean, quiet, and staff was amazingly helpful. I dont use laundromats very often, but the prices for the different size washers seems very appropriately priced.
