Extra mike on prepping my truck for wash. Nice staff. Very communicative and not trying to up sale. Only down side was the app didn't work. Charged me but then went into “time out” and never sent me code. But the wash I got was real good.

About six weeks ago, my experience at this car wash would not have earned a five-star review due to persistent payment issues. Although the payment was deducted from my bank account, the system wouldn’t automatically recognize my subscription, preventing me from entering the car wash. A helpful employee assisted me twice after I showed proof of my paid monthly subscription, allowing me to use the service. She assured me the issue would be resolved, but when I returned the next time and faced the same problem, I was extremely frustrated. I spoke with her again, insisting the issue be fixed that day. She took my credit card, made some adjustments in the system, and the problem was finally resolved. Another issue I’ve noticed is the towels, which often have a strong, unpleasant odor. I’ve avoided using them because of this, though I haven’t formally complained. However, this morning, the towels were fresh and comparable to those at the 61st Street location, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the service is improving, and I’m hopeful these issues are behind us. What I love about is the location Very easy access Friendly staff

Great car wash! Strong cleaning experience. Excellent appointments. Love the initial bug wash stations available prior to going through the wash process.. Always run through the wash on my way home after a road trip. The undercar wash removes the salts and road grime that accumulates over time. Also appreciate the auto monthly debit for my subscription with unlimited washes.

Since August, this business charged my card twice without authorization. I went in person in September to report the issue, but the charges continued. In total, my card was charged six times. Despite these charges, I was unable to use the car wash services and was never refunded. After posting my initial review, the company contacted me by email. I responded promptly, but they never replied again and no resolution or refund was provided. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business due to their lack of accountability and failure to resolve billing issues.

First the good: The vacuums are no extra cost and POWerFULL. The NOT so good? 1) An attendant asked me for a review before I had even finished vacuuming, much less experienced the auto-wash. 2) The menu was WAY too small to quickly understand which option included the under-vehicle wash (which was the only reason we needed a car wash in the first place). As a result, I had to go to a "Self-service Car wash" and soend another $2 just to make sure I had all the salt and sand rinsed off the undercarriage. Give people from out of town a larger menu or keep both "non-member" lanes open so I can take my time reading the menu without holding up the car(s) waiting behind me. You asked for your review. Here you go. Do better.

Just went through Endless Clean Express Carwash and had a great experience. The wash itself was quick, thorough, and left my car looking spotless, but what really stood out was the customer service. Manager Joey was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in how the place is run. You can tell he cares about customers and his team, and it shows in how smooth and efficient everything feels from start to finish. Definitely one of the better express washes I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back and recommending Endless Clean to others.
