My husband and I utilized Shawn’s services after receiving a Groupon as a gift! We were so impressed with the thorough auto detail he provided us with. What a great service he provides coming to our home to complete the job and the price is very reasonable for what you get! It was clear the job was not rushed and we appreciate the fact he offered appointments on a Sunday! Shawn was also very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. Would highly recommend It’s A Wash and would absolutely use them in the future!

My experience with Its A Wash was great! My friend referred me to them and they did an excellent job of getting my car to looking and smelling almost as good as new after a few muddy hiking trips with our dogs. Will definitely be back!

Highly recommended this company! I had my Audi, my truck and my boat all detailed by this company. He did an amazing job! For each vehicle, he spent at least 3 hours on each one! He is very meticulous and gets in every crack and crevice. Also very reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed. I would hire him again and again! Thank you so much!

Shawn and his crew were great! I was a bit hesitant to use a mobile detailing company as my car is sooo extremely full of fur from the pups. Shawn and crew really killed it, it’s cleaner than any other shop I’ve used and they were very prompt and professional. I do have to add they are extremely well priced as I usually have to spend and extra $100 for fur removal.

One of the easiest, smoothest, hands-off way to get your car looking awesome. I was shocked how good my GTI looked when Shawn was done. He arrived right on time, was very polite and handled everything very professionally. As good a detailing experience as I've ever had — and he comes to you! Fantastic. How cool is it that I got my car detailed in my own backyard!? Shawn is AMAZING just like his work. I booked online w a 35$ deposit. Very easy. I received a confirmation text for the service, the same day. I was able to get the time slot I had hoped for. Price is very fair ! He arrived on time (early) which was welcomed. He was very professional & I felt comfortable speaking with him. My car interior was a train wreck due to working 2 jobs & kids. He did not make me feel less than for my mess! I gave this as a gift to my sister, as she is my driver. She was thrilled with the job Shawn did. It’s like driving a new car she said. He was very meticulous and friendly. His communication from setting up the appointment to completing the job was phenomenal. You don’t hear about that type of customer service much any more. The owner Shawn came to my home to detail my absolutely disgusting Jeep Cherokee and I cried tears of JOY when he was done. Shawn communicated clearly throughout the process, arrived on time and ready to go, and got my Jeep looking showroom new. I can't say enough great things about It's a Wash Cleveland! They did an amazing job detailing my car. They were punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient. My car now looks and smells brand new, which feels like a small miracle considering how dirty it was from my dogs—there was slobber, hair, dust, and mud everywhere. I was honestly embarrassed about the state of my car, but they handled it without a single judgment. Now, I can finally enjoy a ride without needing a lint roller! I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future—it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend enough! Everything went perfectly! Let me start w/ booking. It's super easy to book online, the deposit is totally reasonable and showed me that they take their business seriously and expect their customers to as well! I appreciated that after previously having an appt with a different company no-showed w/ no notice. This was the complete opposite of the experience I had with It's a Wash. The appointment was confirmed in text after booking, the day before and the day of! I loved that! We had to shift the appt an hour due to temperatures and it was communicated with me far in advance and in a respectful manner - epic customer service! I loved that I didn't miss work for this appt, he set up right in my work parking lot and handled everything basically within 3 parking spots! He was doing such a thorough job that multiple people in my building stopped me to ask for his info!! My car looks AMAZING!!! Beautiful! Prettiest car in the parking lot! And for that price - it's a HUGE VALUE! Like unbeatable! I couldn't be more happy with my decision to book w/ It's a Wash and I will totally be doing so in the future!

Highly recommend! For me, it's not only the excellent cleaning that was much needed on my vehicle, but the professional courtesy and customer service that is so lacking these days. Online scheduling? Check. Confirmation via text after booking? Check. Texting you the day before to remind you/confirm? Check. Showing up on time and ready to do the job? Check.
