Horrible customer service and poor quality in general. Been going here for years for all my vehicles, but this place really isn’t the same anymore. Workers have a bad attitude and so do the new managers. I got a horrible car wash and went back for a clean up/refund, but received no assistance in return. Instead, they became unprofessional & made a huge scene over something that could’ve been simply solved. I will not be spending my money here anymore, let alone let them touch any of my vehicles. Moving my purchases over to Martinez Hand Car Wash from now on. Pic below: that’s just some of the poor cleaning that was done to my car.

I Can't express enough on the fantastic job that Marlon and his crew does. They take good care of my car. I have a black car everyone knows how black cars are. I drive 25min to get my car detailed and washed. I like the way he handle his business, if you have a problem that he doesn't like with your car he'll fix the problem. He will not allow you to drive away unsatisfied. Thank you Marlon.

NEVER GOING BACK, WASNT GIVEN A REFUND FOR....Asked for an synthetic oil change and carwash total was given and I paid. Come to find out I was never going to get the upgraded carwash I asked for ($30) instead I got an extra charge for a Special Oil Filter a synthetic oil upcharge! I asked them to explain these extra charges and no one could! The manager told me next time ask for your receipt up front before you pay and ask your questions then so that way you get your carwash sorry no refund! So I took his information turned around and shared it with his customers only to be asked to leave. I don't understand why only I should be the only one to hold this great piece of information so I shared it! Tried to go about it the right way and no one cared so here you go KWIK KAR N Lube (Island Breeze) on Scarsdale. Pictures are attached showing my invoice that is given to you after the card has been ran .

My wife did the inspection at this shop yesterday. After reading the inspection report, i notice that her car has some issue with OBD light. The person who did the inspection named Victoria who failed to inform about the car issue and report issue. They just charged my wife $18.5 for doing nothing on the car inspection. I would not recommend anyone to come here doing the insepction because the workers there are incompetent. They dont know what to tell customer not understand what are the issues to inform customer. Moreover, they are excited to charge the customer for doing nothing.

I went in to ask for the prices for a car wash and Victoria was very rude and unprofessional she has no business being in customer service especially for how disrespectful she is and has a bad attitude I don’t know how she is still working there with how bad she is rude to customers and I wanted to speak to somebody different and Alliyah was very helpful and very nice and respectful If I could rate it ZERO stars I would because it was my very first time in there and Victoria was just very very VERY disrespectful but I ended up having a better interaction with Alliyah and her helping me she was very kind and stepped in and helped me because she had seen I was getting frustrated with Victoria.

Update 11/01/2022. They are no longer KiwkKar. Very straightforward, no pushing of services. Fairly decent work and timely. They were recommended by a friend of mine after a bad experience at my usual place @Jiffy lube on fuqua. Over charged me more than double for basic services. They are quite busy so I recommend 8 am. By the time I was leaving they had 9 more cars lined up. This will be my new go to place.

This business scratched my car dashboard on 4/22/2023 while they were “wiping down the interior.” I brought it to the management's attention and an incident report was immediately completed and left with the management. I was assured that management/supervisor would contact me. I was persistent with my follow-up, but management/a supervisor finally did contact me and was very gracious to offer a reasonable/workable resolution.

Been coming here for at least 15 years getting my car washed and vacuumed. Today I told it’ll be an extra $25 due to dog hair! I’ve had dogs in my car the entire time I’ve come here. I even came last month and was charged normally with my truck looking the same as it did today. I’ve moved and every time I’m down here I use this place but not anymore. Especially after being told this walking up to the counter with the normal price on the receipt

Took one hour to get my truck washed and it was not a busy day. Day was Tuesday at 1:42, had the $24.99 wash. Some sections of my dash were missed along with the inside of the windshield, parts of the body. I did let the young women know about the outside but felt bad to be picky about the rest, gave her a tip and left. Update 08/02/2019 Have been back to the carwash two more times since my last review. I'll have to say I'm very satisfied with how my truck was cleaned. I went with the $19.99 wash this time. I notice the employees meticulously clean the inside, dry the outside and apply the tire shine. They did a fine job and only took 20 minutes. Keep up the good work.

I just got my car washed here and it still looks dirty, like it wasn’t even cleaned. Definitely not worth the money.

This place over charges, a oil change for a Nissain Altima shouldnt be $100! This is High Way Robbery! The manager pockets money. The car washes are not good! Stay away from this place!

This is the best wash hands down we take our 8 cars here on a monthly plan since 2017 I have made the best choice so far to stay here they are not perfect in case anyone expects perfection ..,but they are good at what they do the staff is great from the wash to the garage great group of people ready to always help out check them out for your self what better way then to see for your selfs …

This is my second time bringing my car here to their repair shop, and once again, I’m very satisfied. They performed a thorough diagnostic and clearly explained everything to me. The staff is extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. They offered a fair price for both parts and labor. They checked the car with computer and lift up. I would gladly bring my cars here again. I definitely recommend them, so I offer 5 stars!!!

I paid for the Sunset Island package, and honestly I left feeling disappointed. The total came out to around $30 after the $26.99 base price, a surprise $2 SUV fee (which no one mentioned ahead of time), and an additional fee just for using a credit card. The exterior of my car looked great, shiny and clean—but the interior service was not worth what I paid. The trunk area wasn’t vacuumed at all, not even touched. The front carpets were done halfway at best, and I specifically requested the piña colada scent, which they usually provide with a scented square placed on the dash or door panels. That wasn’t in my vehicle at all. When I opened the doors, I expected a fresh, clean with attention to detailed carpets and a noticeable scent. I didn’t get that. For $30, I expected a more complete job. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning based on this experience.

Initial review: This management is absolutely deplorable. Juan—his name, the so-called manager at Island Breeze Car Wash—accused me of stealing a pink solution bottle after I had already completed my wash and gone inside to pay. Without hesitation, I calmly opened my trunk and invited him to search for whatever he believed I had taken. Would someone who had stolen something voluntarily offer that? After failing to find anything, he dismissed me in a patronizing tone, saying, “Okay, go, go, go,” as though he had caught me and was choosing to let me off. I do not take accusations of theft lightly. I calmly asked him if he knew how long I’ve been a customer. I’ve been coming to this location for over four years. I then asked if he was part of the new management, and he confirmed that he was—again, in a very condescending manner. He struck me as someone who does not handle being proven wrong well, especially when confronted respectfully. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. If it were possible, I would rate this place zero stars. It is deeply disappointing that a business I’ve supported for years now reflects such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from its management. Update: Management contacted me promptly the following morning, apologized sincerely for how the situation was handled, and offered to make things right. I respect the accountability shown and appreciate the follow-up. While the initial experience was unacceptable, their response demonstrates a commitment to customer service.

Nice staff and good service, but you can tell management cares more about turn a profit than quality service for the price you pay. $119 for wax which seems like it was jjust a spray on wax. My car still had scuff marks on the side. I had the carpet and matts cleaned, but it Matt's still had dirt. The interior wasn't even detailed. It was just wiped down with saturated cloth. See photos. Next time Im going to try these car washes on the side of the roads. Couldn't be worse. PS. The 4% extra for using Credit Card is illegal in Texas since they are making a profit on Visa charges, which is 3%. Mastercard agreement is 4%.
