These guys are the best! Best junkyard in all of Idaho Falls in my opinion. Bradyn helped me track down a rear end for my Yukon Denali from another yard (even though they didn’t have one) and helped get my truck back on the road. They are the best when it comes to communication and pricing and are super easy to work with. I’ve bought several parts from them and would recommend them to anyone over any other yard around here. I’m from Houston, Texas and I have to say they have the cleanest facilities I’ve ever seen (and I’ve seen a lot). Highly recommend them to anyone needing used auto parts!

Their salesman Jose sold me a transmission that will not work with my vehicle. Put me in a huge bind and made no efforts to help fix the situation I've been put in, other than, "bring it back and we'll refund you". This place is no better than autozone, you're better off buying parts literally anywhere else.

I have spoken to one of your employees, Austin, at least three times this week. I don’t know much about vehicles and every time I have brought up a concern or needed anything, he has always been super pleasant to talk to and has helped me understand even the simplest things. I feel like Austin’s customer service is by far top notch. He is very knowledgeable about the work that is done at your business, and has left quite a big impression. Never used your services before now, but as long as he is there to help make sure things are in order and efficiently resolving my concerns, I won’t go anywhere else!

We needed both left doors for 2007 Dodge Ram. Justin was very courteous (and patient with this ole lady), color matched the doors and had parts pulled and ready for pickup at the time he said. ordered a pcm from this guys 3 weeks ago. i got told it would be here within the next 2 to 3 days. called them back a week and a half later and they told me that i hasn't been shipped yet so i say that's fine it happens. call in today and the guy told me that it was still there, so it never got shipped. would not recommend this guys for used parts if you're in another state

Piss poor packaging of items and when you complain they don’t care or reply ! BUYERS BEWARE. check eBay feedback! These people do not care about shipping your purchase properly. Even the UPS driver pointed out how poorly the tape job was on the box. It’s Ridiculous how little of effort they put into the packaging and shipping. plenty of buyers having same issue but seller doesn’t care and refuses to accept any wrong doing. The wheel had paper around edge to keep it from moving around inside box. But the face of the wheel had nothing between it and the cardboard so all it did was rub entire way of shipping. All it would have took was a simple piece of bubble or foam wrap around the face of the wheel. But no. Too complicated for intermountainauto! No it isn’t complicated just that they don’t care

These guys are fantastic to deal With. I travelled about 1000 miles to get a rust free truck box from them. They had sent me pictures before hand, and it was exactly as described. Disappointing experience. I was told a certain timeframe, but the wait was much longer, and there was very little communication or urgency. When you’re working on your daily driver, time and clarity really matter. Customer service felt indifferent, and I didn’t feel like my situation was taken seriously. I understand places get busy, but a little compassion and better communication would go a long way. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return based on this experience

Was unable to pickup during business hours and they were willing to work with me to pick up outside of their normal hours. Would highly recommend for someone looking for affordable replacement parts for their vehicle.
