Vee did a great job from first phone call to driving away in purchased vehicle. She had the vehicles ready for me to look at when I arrived, and all went smoothly from that point on. She is a knowledgeable salesperson, able to answer all my questions. I really appreciated her positive demeanor and making me feel comfortable about the purchase.

Let me just say right up front, JB Connors is THE GOAT! Would give 10 Stars if I could. He had the car completely detailed and ready to drive off the lot when I got there. He did everything possible to make the transaction easy both pre-sale and post sale. I drove 4 hours to pick up this car, I would drive 4 hours again for the same experience I had at Infiniti of Lexington

We bought a 2013 Infiniti from this dealership in June, 2025. Since the vehicle was 12 years old, we didn't expect it to be perfect. We were assured that the dealership had done a multi-point safety inspection to ensure the vehicle was safe. When we did the test drive, we heard a metallic clinking sound. I thought it was a loose exhaust hanger so it didn't trigger any concern. We have a scanner and checked for codes. There were none. After we got the vehicle home, there seemed to be issues with the traction control system. Also, when we used the A/C, a loud screeching sound started after a few days of ownership. The sound later became a loud, grinding sound to the point that we couldn't use the A/C. We took the vehicle to our local mechanic to diagnose the issues. He told us that the vehicle needed a new transmission and the metallic sound was the catalytic converters. They were bad and had to be replaced. It was going to cost over $8,000 to make the repairs. My husband contacted the dealership with the issues. There was no warranty, so we didn't expect them to pay for the repairs. We hoped they would offer to make the repairs at a discounted amount. The dealership manager called my husband. My husband called back a couple of times but never heard back. After doing some research, we discovered that codes can be erased and faulty catalytic convertors do show up on scans. Faulty catalytic converters are considered a safety issue. Why was this vehicle allowed to be sold if there was a safety issue? Did they erase the code and dump the vehicle on us? So many unanswered questions. The only option we had was to trade the vehicle. We paid $8,000 for the vehicle from Infiniti and got $1,800 in trade-in. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership and certainly will never recommend them.

I live in Louisville and was driving a 2020 infiniti QX50 i bought from Grand Rapids Infiniti. I previously owned a 2004 infiniti Q35 I purchased at the Dallas INFINITI dealership. I wanted a new vehicle, so I visited Volvo dealers in Chicago, Louisville, and Nashville looking for an XC60. I visited Jeep dealerships in Louisville and Cincinnati negotiating for a Grand Cherokee Summit like I bought in Grand Rapids after driving my innfinii Q35 in the snow for the first time. Because of my experience with driving an Infiniti, I visited the Louisville, Lexington, Chicago, Indianapolis, Northern Kentucky (which is owned by the Lexington dealership), and Nashville dealerships. After all the visits and negotiating with all the different sales associates, I chose Lexington to purchase my new QX50 SPORT. Why? The facility itself is first class and welcoming. Everyone I spoke with from JB my salesperson to the receptionist, a mechanic i spoke to about working there, and the parts department team were extremely nice and only interested in making sure I had a great experience . JB was very patient with me as I tried to exploit other dealers' ads and offers to get the best price possible. In the end, we vetted the "smoke and miirror" offers from their competitors and reached a deal that I am extremely satisfied with. What I am trying to convey is that the Lexington infiniti dealership plays it straight and treats you like a valued customer and respects your time, and does not play games. I highly recommend them as the place to buy a new car. Joe Hermes

We just purchased our 7th Infiniti from this dealership! Michael Bickett is almost like family now-having known him and worked with him since 2006. Michael (and the entire staff) is always professional but personable. He knows these cars inside and out and I trust him! That’s big when dealing with any salesperson. The sales and service departments are always great! It was a quick and painless car buying experience thanks to Michael and the staff at Infiniti of Lexington!

Outstanding service from Rusty Slone. We unexpectedly needed to find a new vehicle, and Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent support throughout the entire weekend. He worked with us over a holiday and made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. I highly recommend asking for Rusty at Infiniti of Lexington when buying your next vehicle—he’s a true Lexington local who genuinely cares! 10/10

I own an 01 Infiniti q45 bought it at the end of 2014. It’s really nice and dependable for a 25 yr old car. I’ve had this car serviced at Infiniti of Lexington off and on for 9 yrs and the service has always been to my liking. That is until February 2025 that all changed when I dropped it off to have my rack and pinion replaced.I purchased the part myself through Rock Auto because all the parts are discontinued through Infiniti. After they replaced the rack and pinion I assumed they took the car for a test drive to see how it performs. Thy did not! I pick my car up and the steering is all messed up. When I’d turn the wheel it would get stuck in whatever direction you turn the wheel. It would take both hands to straighten the wheel. Before the she service the steering wheel would move freely. On top of that 10 min after I pull in my driveway I notice a lot of fluid pouring out into the street and up my driveway. I’m thinking it’s power steering fluid since they just replaced the Rack and pinion But No it’s transmission fluid. Needless to say I dropped it off for problem and picked it up with a new one. They damaged my transmission cooler lines and said it was from wear and tear . Instead of owning up to the fact that they in fact damaged those lines during the replacement of my Rack and pinion. I later find out the Master mechanic who’d been working on my car all those yrs Retired and whoever they have in there now will never service my car or anyone I know who owns an Infiniti ever again!

To say that this dealership goes above and beyond is an understatement. Between their clear and in depth communication along with their willingness to make sure your needs and questions are being met. I haven't had this level of complete customer service in my extensive history of car buying. The only negative is that they're not local to me. Vinsetta and the entire staff really went out of their way to make me feel like I was their only customer, not just another set of initials on their line sheet. We were traveling with our two young boys and I expressed that I needed to be able to get in and get out and not waste time on paperwork. When we arrived, we were greeted like family and everything was ready to sign. We were asked multiple times if we needed anything even though they were short staffed that day. Even though they're about an hour and a half drive for me, they've gained a customer for life!!

Flew in from all the way in Colorado and had the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle! Vee and the staff there made things so easy, straightforward, and had the southern charm to make it feel like home. They insisted on picking me up at the airport, full tank of gas, and had everything taken care of was in/out in an hour. I cannot say enough good things about Vee and the folks here. Wish I lived closer because I would certainly go to these guys everytime if I could! They had no actual incentive to go above and beyond for an out of state customer but yet it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Vee and the staff here, nothing but the best.

Whew!!! How deceptive and unprofessional this dealership is. I bought a used 2022 Lexus GX this past summer from Deon. My issue is with their service dept & Leonard. My most recent five vehicles were Lexus’ and I bought them straight from Lexus-Integrity at its finest. This 2022 GX, I drove from Ohio to purchase as they’re pretty hard to find & are no longer in production so you have to buy used. During the test drive, the vehicle was vibrating if I went over 60mph. Even my sales guy noticed. Long story short, we couldn’t finish the test drive on a different pavement because of rush hour traffic. No worries. Deon told me to keep him posted on how the drive was going home (3.5 hours) so we could move forward with fixing the problem. Btw, I drove my perfect Lexus RX up there & the dealership bought it from me. The carfax had listed all of the supposed services the GX received at Infiniti. New tires, brakes, balance, wipers, oil, etc. Long story short, on the way home, the vehicle didn’t have the best steering and the vehicle felt like it was going to tip over. It felt very unstable & very loud when I went over a bump or anything, like it was going to fall apart. I had never experienced this before. It was a scary ride back & I’m happy I didn’t have my baby with me. So I contacted Deon the next day to let him know the vehicle was still vibrating & something was off. I ended up telling Deon that I was taking the vehicle to Lexus to have them look at it because something was wrong. He told me to keep him posted on the results. Lexus found out that Infiniti put four mismatched tires on my vehicle that were so badly off measurement wise from each other that it was impossible to balance the vehicle. They said they had never seen new tires so mismatched. My Lexus rep told me it was so dangerous that I drove 3.5 hours like that because I could’ve wrecked. How sad is that. I’m so happy I didn’t have my infant with me. They also told me my wipers were making noise because they didn’t fit properly being aftermarket. That’s neither here nor there. So Deon got with his management & called me back to tell me to go ahead & replace the tires & have the work done & send them the invoice & his management agreed to reimburse me & to have Lexus dispose of the tires because there’s nothing they can do with them. Fast forward. I have the work done, new tires, road force balance, wipers, etc. I send Lexus the bill for reimbursement and that’s when Leonard calls me. We go back and forth. The level of unprofessionalism this man showed would literally blow your mind. He told me he never agreed to pay for anything. That I should’ve driven the car back and let them fix it. Keep in mind, the same service department that lied in the carfax report. Remember, I traded my vehicle. So Leonard wanted me to drive on four mismatched tires, no balance 3.5 hours away with an infant to bring the vehicle back to them to “fix”. What a joke. All he did was shout on the phone. Leonard said they weren’t going to pay me even though my sales guy admitted in the room that the vehicle was vibrating during my test drive. Well, 2 months later my brakes started squeaking (remember, based on the details they put in the carfax, these are supposed to be new brakes). I just took the vehicle back to Lexus only to find out that my rear brakes measured at 4mm and my front brakes at 8mm. New brakes are supposed to measure at 10-12mm. The rear brakes had no dust boots and needed new calipers. Which is proof they were never changed. I haven’t even driven this vehicle 2k miles. Found out they also put conventional oil instead of the required synthetic 0W-20 in. More lies exposed. So, Infiniti of Lexington seems to be operating under deception and entering false services into Carfax. I signed an “as is” sheet when I bought the vehicle but guess what, that doesn’t matter when you enter in false information into Carfax and sell a dangerous vehicle. I just contacted the AG of Kentucky and the Vehicle Commission of Kentucky. Stay away from this dealership. Deceptive & unprofessional.

If I could leave 0 or even negative stars, I would. Infiniti of Lexington is nothing but an absolute scam. I’m originally from SC & had purchased my vehicle in 2019. Infiniti was the only dealership I had ever & would ever take my car in for maintenance … that was until I moved to KY & started having my services done at Infiniti of Lexington. Please pay attention to your service reports, they constantly had services in “red” as a serious/urgent issue needing fixed. I would go back for my next appt without having any of those services done & at the end of that report they would be detailed in “green” meaning all is good. Service techs get commission off what they sell to you, so of course, they say you need everything under the sun. They just want your money & have no concern for you or your vehicle(s). Customer service at this location is far worse than extremely poor. I’m friends with a Toyota manger & he said that if anyone tried to make me pay over $1 for a tire valve cap, to laugh & walk away. Infiniti wanted to charge me $25 for 1 cap. After confronting the tech & saying that I would refuse my other services that day, he said he’d let it slide & gave it to me for free. An absolute joke. Enjoy being given a quote & then a few months later when finally deciding the service is necessary, having that quote more than double for the exact same service. After arguing with the tech, he continuously stated “it is what it is” & there was “nothing he could do”. I went further & requested to speak to the service manager, he apologized & agreed with me that the issue at hand was not right nor ethical. He insured me that the tech would be spoken to & that they would honor the original quote since it was in writing in my previous service history records. This didn’t just happen, once, twice, or even three times. It was a battle with every service I went in for & that is why I will never be back. I was a loyal customer with Infiniti for years, ever since purchasing my vehicle in 2019. I have not been back to Infiniti of Lexington for a couple of years now & I could not be happier with my services elsewhere. I will never spend another penny at this location & I recommend you do the same.

I bought a CPO vehicle last fall from this dealership. I live in Texas. They did a solid job of conducting the transaction from afar. This past month after having vehicle serviced at my local Infiniti dealer, an issue was discovered with the brake pads which generally don’t fall under warranty items. I spoke with the GM, Zach and Service manager, Joe. Both were easy to work with and they covered the repair cost due to the unique situation with this vehicle. I appreciate both of them and this dealership for standing behind the cars they certify & sell. Thank you!

I can't say enough about this dealership and my salesman Rusty. I knew exactly what used car I wanted and founds options at several Infiniti dealers. After talking to Rusty I knew instantly I wanted to work with him and flew from Grand Rapids to pick the car up. Rusty got me a very fair deal, was super helpful in showing me the features of the car, and even picked me up at my hotel to save me an Uber fare. Sam Isaac's was also super helpful and was able to transfer my license plate and do all the registration paperwork flawlessly even though I was from Michigan. It was fantastic not needing to visit the Secretary of State (DMV).

Do not recommend. Worked with Rusty trying to buy a vehicle. They told me the best they could do was $300 off the asking price. Now only 2 weeks later, the asking price has gone down $1000. Great way to lose a customer

Rusty went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that i was taken care of and had a good experience. The entire process was nothing but smooth and fair which is all you can ask for when you're buying a car. The Team at Infiniti of Kentucky were top class!
