The overall detailing service was poor. I had to ask for the rims to be re-cleaned, and I had to return just to have the areas between the seats vacuumed and around the emergency brake. Even then, there were still multiple areas that weren’t properly cleaned—including the bottom of the car. When I let the cupholders out, they were still dirty. It’s upsetting to spend my hard-earned money and not receive the quality of service I expected. I’ll upload the pictures so yall don’t make the same mistake I did by coming here.

I personally wouldn’t recommend I-20 East Hand Car Wash due to my recent experience. I cleaned out my car & placed all my personal items in my trunk before arriving so that the person cleaning my car can focus on the “actual cleaning”. As I was informing the person assigned to clean my car of the areas to focus on (steering wheel, cup holder, etc) the owner cut me off to remind me I’m not paying for a “detail”, I’m paying for a “$45 wash”. After paying the $45, my car was returned to me with every area I pointed out still dirty. I was in shock! The person who was assigned to my car offered to clean the dirty spots, but I was confused why he was comfortable returning my car with the noticeable dirty spots. I got finessed out of $45. The owner asked “well do you want your money back?” I responded no thank you. I simply informed them of my unpleasant experience & that I wouldn’t be returning. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone.

I 100000000% recommend this car wash. The owner (Norman) was very friendly and knowledgeable on what he was doing. Very hands on as he was teaching his employees what correct motions to do and the owner made very nice conversation customer service on 10 for real. He brought us cold waters. Their work was amazing and I have no complaints they did everything I asked for and quite frankly I’ve never seen my car cleaner and they are very attentive to detail and no wait right when I pulled up they got started. He even makes his own cleaning concoctions. Very affordable prices for the work done. Very nice man he told me to call him Unc after I called him Sir I felt very comfortable and at home.

Excellent experience at I-20 East Hand Car Wash. Friendly staff, very fair pricing, and an extremely well-done and thorough exterior and interior clean. They did an especially good job on my tires, going over the same spots multiple times without asking in order to give a great result. I also appreciate how they accept multiple forms of payment, which is in contrast to some other places which are cash only. This will definitely be my go-to car wash in Atlanta. Try and come during off-peak hours to avoid waiting.
