Paid to wash my unit, and towel dry it. Once done had wet mark streaks all over. When asked if the machine line was messing up since some don’t move. Was told by one of the workers, that unless you pay over a certain amount it won’t release the cleaning solution. I paid nearly $20 for something I could’ve done with my water hose.

This place obviously need more help. I paid for a detailed wash and wipe down.. they didn’t wipe my truck down it was still wet when I left. Never again

Car wash sucks. Employees have terrible customer service. They don’t pre-wash your car well enough, the exterior bottom door panels front end and entire back end were still dirty after the wash may as well have washed it at home. The vacuums are weak. And when I drove up and employee came out of no where and grabbed for my card no intro or nothing

I do NOT recommend this car wash. Leaves big scratches on your car. The employees are rude also really bad customer service. The guys that were there today 3/16/2025 around 3pm looked liked they disliked their job and said something rude to us. Take your business elsewhere. Will not be returning to this car wash.

I brought my truck to get a wash paid $35 for the detail. No one told me that it cost more for extra after they were done. I went and checked my truck. It was still dirty. All the bottom part of the truck was dirty. the plastics were not properly cleaned on the outside. The tailgate of the truck was still dirty. The camera was covered in dirt and they told me that take it or leave it .They are so rude it’s not worth it at this place. They’re always smoking weed. It smells like weed all the time. Stop coming here don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your time. It’s not worth it, the guys are just walking around acting dumb not doing anything. I don’t even know why they’re getting paid to work there.

My entire rear bumper was ripped off while going through the wash, so if your car is over 7 years old you may not want to use this location. It tells you that on a sign before you enter the wash (I don't recall seeing it before then) but the problem with where the sign is located is that by that point it's too late. You've already paid and there are several cars behind you so you can't just back up...you have to go through it. But I have to admit it washed my car very well lol. Thankfully my stepdad is a mechanic and was able to reattach my bumper but don't make the same mistake I did if you drive an older car!

0 stars!! If you have a Hyundai Santa Fe DO NOT use this car wash. this car wash left HUGE SCRATCHES AND DENTS on my SUV April 13, 2023! The equipment barely washes because there was still lots of stains still on my car. no one answers when I call. Also knocked the shark fin antenna off of my Hyundai Sonata car. Smh. Terrible experiences on multiple occasions!!

Hey it’s been a while since I have been to this car wash, but today was a must wash moment and I spent $17.00 for spot free "Rinse” Rims and towel Dry. And again when I go through the wash the guy wet the car there is no water just sudds and a little water when you exit the wash bay. This is the third time the other time I figured that they were getting the stuff together 🤷🏾♂️ idk

Don’t trust this place to clean your vehicle! We paid for a wash and a detail of the inside, and they did a careless job. They quickly wiped so-called cleaner around on the dash and the mats, but there was still trash and tons of dirt in the floorboard and the console and the side cubbies of the truck. They didn’t vacuum the seats, around or under them, and also also spilled the cleaner and soaked the back seat. So disappointed in this choice of detailer!

Manager is rude as hell. Car wasn’t cleaned correctly and manager refused to let the car go back through the wash. When you can clearly see Dirt on the car. Do not waste your money going to this car wash. I paid $35 and my car was still dirty.

Been here 3 time during open hrs according to the website and all the times is closed with 2 guys just flagging people off the property also went to get inspection 2 times with both times find out there’s no tech available that day and to come back another so close to where I live yet never available
