Dallas Details was extremely responsive and able to come to my home on somewhat short notice to do a full detail. I am VERY particular about my cars and detailing. My best review is to say that they are outside right now doing my 2022 X5M for a second time and I will be a regular customer for the foreseeable future.

Booked online for the next day, they call the next day saying their two separate calendars allowed a double booking. Reschedule for next week we agreed on a time over the phone but day of they change to 3 hours later. I ask for a refund of the deposit and they only refund $57 of the $60 deposit. Only used this service because it was recommended on Reddit and google but sure as heck avoiding them now. Be careful out there. 5 month update: these slimy scammers just charged my card for $150 out of the blue.

This is the only place I’ll be going to get my car detailed from now on. From the interior to the exterior, everything met my expectations and then some. All scratches that I had problem with were buffed out and the polishing done to my car had it glistening in the dark. Will definitely recommend to friends and family in need of a good detail!!!

Words can’t explain how well the detail was on my car. I wasn’t expecting what I got, he really went above & beyond during the detail. First detail (first picture) I had no idea the stains could get out of my carpet but luckily he did it! Second detail (second picture) I just got my wheels powder coated and he polished the immaculately. Always going to recommend anyone to Dallas Details.

These guys did an amazing job with my Mercedes SUV. After a night out my friend wasn’t feeling too well and vomited all over my passenger seat and they made it look even better then it was before the incident.
