What a disappointment! Getting your car washed inside and out is a special treat that I can ill afford. I thought I’d treat myself for my birthday and I will NEVER EVER ever go there again. For $38 (plus a nice tip!!) all that was done was a very poor exterior wash, my car-interior and exterior- was still dirty. The dash, console, steering wheel area, and everywhere else was not wiped down whatsoever. There were fingerprints still on the interior windows, and the backseats weren’t even touched! Nothing on the menu I paid for was done. Everything still had dirt and dust all over on every surface of my car. The interior was supposed to be vacuumed, but either the vacuums do not work at all or they absolutely didn’t do it. I’m so disappointed! And mad! I might as well just driven down the highway and thrown my hard-earned money out the window and hoped for the best. . They rush you out of there really fast, so you don’t really get a chance to actually look. The pictures make the car look better than the reality, but trust me, it was just about as dirty as it was when I brought it in. Happy birthday to me. Not.

Preston always does an amazing job! He’s super friendly, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in his work. Every time I bring my car, he makes sure it comes out spotless — inside and out. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend him if you want your car to look brand new every time!

Paid $60 for a hand wash. Exterior only. A waste of money. Quality control is definitely not a priority. I remember when Hutch's was the place to go for a good wash

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was the worst wash I have ever received. $45+ for a “Premium Full Service” wash, the most expensive wash available. Dirt on my doors, bumpers and hood still. Water spots and dirt on windows. Inside doesn’t even look like they wiped it down. No interior or exterior plastic or tire protection. Worst part is I brought it up to the guy cleaning and he just replied, “I don’t know, it’s done.” I don’t know what happened because there are people that swear by this place but I won’t go back unless they invite me to come get it cleaned properly, free of charge. See pictures, interior pictures are taken while still at the facility with them not wanting to do better.

I see other people’s negative comments and I really scratch my head. Not sure the level of detail one expects for $30-35 bucks but my 4Runner was 100% FILTHY and when they were finished with it, it looked brand new. And that’s pretty much always been my experience for the past 3 years I’ve been bringing my vehicles here.

Wow, they did a great job with the interior detailing! The guy next to me in the detail bay had a Ferrari, so that says a lot about the range of cars they can handle with care. My new car smelled like the previous owner hot boxed cigarettes on the daily. I had left the windows open for a week, and it still smelled of smoke. Hutch's got that smell out! Couldn't be more pleased with their service.

In addition to the standard car wash fee, I paid an additional five dollars to have my front mat cleaned. The total cost of the car wash was approximately sixty dollars. Upon receiving notification that my car was ready, the attendant approached me and requested that I inspect the vehicle for any areas that required attention. While the exterior of the car appeared satisfactory, the interior of the vehicle was exceptionally dark, making it difficult to discern any details. I had anticipated that at the very least, routine cleaning tasks such as wiping down the interior surfaces and vacuuming would have been performed adequately. Upon examining the car under the light, I discovered that the quality of the cleaning was extremely poor. Consequently, I will refrain from paying for car washes at this establishment in the future, unless it offers a simple drive-through service.

Use the automated wash and never had any issues. Sometimes they run out of wipes and scents which is a bummer, but those are extra goodies anyway so it’s definitely understandable. Overall, always a great experience, especially with Stacy and Preston! Love to see them when I pull through, always brightens my day! Amazing people work here.

I got a great experience here. I got a 3 service detail on my Kia. It took about 3 hours for them to do it, but the thing was spotless when I picked up. I had some tough stains and they were somehow able to get them out. Shout out to Laura for being so nice today.

Shout-Out to Hutch's Car Wash Team! I want to give a huge shout-out to all the hardworking employees at Hutch's Car Wash. They do an incredible job detailing vehicles non-stop all day long! If you have kids, pets, or just drive daily, I highly recommend getting The Works monthly membership. It comes with awesome discounts on detailing, hand waxing, and even some maintenance services. With the monthly service, you can keep your car clean every single day — hassle-free! If you ever have any concerns, just let the managers know before you leave — they’re always happy to make things right. The entire team, including the cashiers, greets you with a smile from start to finish. A special shout-out to Juan Preston, one of the managers with cashier Paulina, whose customer service stands out every time. I’ve seen how much he and the team care about making every visit a great experience. With that said, I kindly suggest showing appreciation for their hard work — maybe treating them to lunch like pizza would be a great gesture, especially considering how tirelessly they work in the heat. Thank you all for your amazing service and for keeping our rides looking sharp!

I just stopped at the former Hutch's Car Wash, which is now The Wash Shop. What an incredible upgrade to the overall experience. I'm watching my car finish getting into your vacuum and washed on, the attentiveness of their attendance, the friendliness of their employees. The overall feel is just pretty amazing here.

Buff and dry? Try spray crap all over and walk away. Vacuuming interior? Nope, literally nothing was vacuumed. Waste of money and time. Sprayed a bunch of products everywhere on my car then walked away. The staff are too busy trying to upsell you on a membership to actually clean the damn cars. Took my brand new Honda pilot in for a top of the line car wash - not detail. Not expecting detail job but an appropriate wash with wiping down of all the crap they sprayed everywhere and vacuuming would have been nice. Spent nearly an hour and a half and $50 plus tip for this trashy job. That I am going to have to pay someone else to fix cause there's speckled product spots everywhere now. Very disappointed. Poor service. Poor quality job not cleaning the car. Will not be back. Manager and owners should be ashamed of calling this a service. If you're satisfied with this service raise your standards. They didn't actually clean the car;they made it dirtier somehow.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, went in for a complete interior detail and was not happy at all, not only was my car not cleaned and detailed fully, my cars glass was damaged in the process. The manager was no help and insisted that I created the scratches, would not recommend going here at all. The vacuums they have don’t get any fine details so the Wash Shop shouldn’t be offering detailing services. 200 dollars for this service is highway robbery
