The staff guiding the cars in need to do a better job. The time between paying for my wash at the kiosk and traveling the 20 feet into the actual washing bay took over 15 minutes. I was in the left hand lane and tried to merge in the order that the gates to enter were going up. People in the center lanes were jumping spots and not allowing me to enter, and the staff wasn’t paying attention. I tried to force my way in after several other cars wouldn’t allow me in, and I got chewed out by a staff member for doing so. The guy tried to claim the order of entry didn’t matter, told me to wait for one more car to go by, and then watched as two more forced their way in front of me and didn’t say anything. No apologies. No attempting to guide the flow better. Just a bad attitude and not paying attention.

Terrible. I bought the most expensive package and my car had several untouched parts. The wood on my console, untouched..same condition I drove in with and my car exterior had visual dirt on it as well as my windshield. Don’t waste your money here.

For the basic full service wash, the price is $18.99(tax inclusive). The automatic car wash is standard at best. It's the after car wash care that is quite impeccable. The staff at the full service bays take their time cleaning the inside of the car thoroughly. The average wait time I've had is about 15-19 minutes and I was satisfied with the exterior wash and the interior cleaning. One room for improvement could be that they try to push the beggars and scammers away from their lot who bother the customers waiting for their car to get done.

This is a spacious car wash. They can accommodate a large number of cars quickly. The drying area is covered with large canopy tenting. I really like the $5 Express Car Wash.

Went in to get my car cleaned and their equipment tore my antenna off the roof of my car. Their number on Google search sends you straight to voicemail and they won't call you back. I will be filling a police report for better results and maybe looking into a lawyer

A bunch of lines and conversations with cars in front to be told to pull to a machine off to the side and wait while the middle lines go straight through. You pay for their top line express and eventually get to the front and someone mumbles what I think was neutral brake, the only 2 words uttered, and then you drive through. For an suv it usually takes more than 20 seconds to dry a vehicle but that's all you get. The bright spot was Helga (sp) when I pulled her aside to ask about the armor all on the tires I promised she just smiled and said I can do and stopped detailing the gentleman's truck she was working on to help me out. As an outsider just in town for a moment, very disorganized and unfriendly experience. Staff was not the best. At least the SUV looks decent.

I have been patronizing this car wash for two years now, and the rules have changed, it seems. Which means it's time to find another business to spend money with. I had to take the rental car back this morning and came for the vacuum. In the two years I've come, we've never had to pay for the vacuum for a car. Which is fine if we had to pay, but the price was absurd. We were a little early for their opening but waited patiently since they opened the gate. They purposely didn't set the vacuums up where we were parked, and again, we waited until moving over to a different vacuum that was set up. We were on a time crunch, and that whole time, no one talked to us. Which is fine it's a vacuum simple enough to use. So, we began to use the vacuum, and with no words, they went and turned off all the vacuums despite them being open. So, we asked (again, since none of them came to inform us that we had to pay). They gave us the run around since we had to ask several employees. One finally told us a vacuum is 6.50 and is only for paying customers. 6 dollars seemed ignorant since that's the price for a wash which we didn't need. They tried to make it seem like we were wrong for pushing back on that when another car pulled up and thought the vacuums were free (since they've always been). Either way, the treatment and ignoring of us is wild.

Horrible car wash there equipment will mess your car Up it caught on to something and pulled my bumper off! After waiting over an hour for The Manager Alex because no one claims to speak English. Nothing resolve. Went ahead and did a police report for better results!

5 dollar wash all day. I cant not beat that because every time i wash my car else where it rain on me. So 5 will do. And we come every week. Saturday is crazy busy.crazy. free vacuum . Great job!!!!

I went there and paid $42 it included washing, waxing , underbody wash along with other things. Only half of my car was chased well the driver's side was still partially washed the under body was not cleaned on the driver's side. And when I complained one lady went to my passenger side and started cleaning my window again. Something I never complained about. When I left there my window was totally messed up. The lady deliberately put wax or some on my window. I think when you pay your hard earned money you should get the services you paid for.

Long term customer but this will stop after today. I pointed out that I needed to go through the wash again as it did not get some bird poop off of my car and the manager told me I had to pay extra. Not sure if it's new management but they have terrible customer service now. Will not be back.

I paid $21 for full service and was told I would have my tires shine put on and they lied . I ask for the supervisor and they stop talking and ignored me. I ask another person about the supervisor and the same out come. Do not believe the prices or package and they did not do a good job. I will not recommend them.

Short staffed, doesnot clean the tracks and stuff in rails that damage your car. Stay away. Rude manager will first blame ghat your car damaged their wheels ask for your car info and then threaten so that they can then make false insurance claims that your car damaged their rails. Stay aware

I just got my car washed — full interior and exterior cleaning for only $25! They did an amazing job; my car looks spotless inside and out. I also want to thank the lady who cleaned my car — she found a precious bracelet I lost over a month ago underneath the seat and placed it right in front of me when I got back. I really appreciate her honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for everything!

Due to this business reputation of evading liability for damages to their customers vehicles I would not recommend them to any consumer. After being advised that my expenses with attempting to locate owner could result in additional losses I decided to drop my small claim court case. I would advise not using them.
