Tim did a great job detailing my Honda CRV this past week. Being a super busy mom of 2, there were plenty of snacks in our car to make a whole meal but Tim made sure that everything looked brand new!! He communicated well for scheduling and showed up on time promptly at 8am to get his day started. I would definitely recommend and will be reaching out for any additional washes & details in the future!! Worth the time and $$$ for his great job - he’s also very nice & professional attitude!!

My wife’s car had some water on the carpets after tropical storm Debbie. I called Tim to see if he could help with this. He said he could take care of it and asked if i needed any other detail work. Last week, I posted in a local Facebook group looking for a good detailer. I got a bunch of responses, all tagging different detailing businesses. It was a bit of a challenge to choose, but I want to share why I ended up going with Holy City Auto Spa, especially from my perspective as a marketer/small business owner. Timothy, the owner, was really prompt in responding to me after my post got about 20 comments. He messaged me directly and addressed my need (a detail for my Suburban) and was upfront about the cost. His approach was more about being helpful than pushy. When I asked for some examples of his work, he quickly directed me to both his Facebook and website, which showcased great work. He offered two dates for the service, which made the decision easier for both of us. I chose a date, and he provided a detailed list of the services he'd perform, helping build trust in the process. On the day, he arrived early and even did extra stuff like vacuuming the car seats and closing the garage door to avoid water splashing inside. He spent the morning ensuring everything was perfect. This is an excellent example of how to conduct business from beginning to end. I highly recommend Holy City Auto Spa.

Very accommodating, fit me into their schedule with less than a week’s notice, while I was on vacation. Did an excellent job getting my wife’s vehicle cleaned inside and out. Was able to remove dirt from the interior that hadn’t been properly cleaned in well over a year and removed marks from the paint, which were assumed to be from a grocery cart hitting the vehicle in a parking lot. Excellent work and I will definitely be using again.

Been using this company for a few months now. The professionalism is far beyond what I expected. Appointment setting, reminders, updates on ETA, thorough and impressive work, a full rundown when he’s done, setting next appointment right then. You can also set recurring appointments for a better rate! And just the fact that I can work and not have to leave where I am… he comes to me?!?! Love it. Highly, highly recommended.
