I took my 2014 Volt to get ceramic coating on it. It was shipped to Charleston from Texas so it was pretty dirty from the transport. They got most of the oxidation off but they left a lot of bug residue on the front bumper. Since it's already coated there is no way for me to remove it.

Amazing service by ElitePro!!! I got the bronze ceramic coat to protect my paint bc I think Hondas have soft paint in general. This coat has added so much protection but also soooo much shine! We recently drove to Disney and back… I was able to hand wipe my car clean with water and had no chips. I will forever keep my car ceramic coated!! Ty to the whole team and especially Kyle for the application! 10/10 recommend!

FANTASTIC. These guys showed up on time, were professional, respectful, and got right to work. I haven’t seen my car in this condition since I first bought it. They got stains out of the carpet and seats that I had assumed were permanent. I was expecting a vacuum/wipe down/wash but I got so much more. They buffed out scratches, fixed squeaky hinges, and got in every nook and crannie. I am floored with how great the car looks.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this company really deserves one, and not in a good way. From start to finish, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I scheduled a full detail expecting a thorough job, but when I got my car back it looked like it had barely been touched. The windows were streaky, dust was still on the dashboard, and the carpets had obvious dirt and crumbs left behind. Even the door jambs and cupholders, which are basic detailing spots, were ignored. For the price they charge, the lack of attention to detail was unacceptable. What made things worse was the complete lack of communication. I reached out multiple times to address my concerns, and either got no response or vague excuses. At one point I was promised a call back that never came. It’s clear they don’t value their customers once they have your money. If you’re looking for a professional detailer who takes pride in their work and actually cares about customer service, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration ,this company is not worth it.

4 out of 5 stars: At time of pick up, the RV was not fully completed as I had to point out several areas that needed more attention. The top of the cab wasn't even washed much less oxidation taken off and waxed. So we had to wait over an hour for Kyle and Henry to finish. Finally, I am not sure what process was used on my windshield, but it was horrible to drive home tonight in the dark with all of the smearing. Seemed like the windshield had a light film of wax. I'll check the other windows tomorrow. My side view mirrors were pushed out of alignment from whomever cleaned them. I found that out in the highway. For a $1200 detailing job, this fell short of my expectations. They have assured me that going forward with me doing regular washings and waxing, the shine will maintain! So that is what I am counting on...no more oxidation...!!!

Would like to start off that the customer service was great everyone was polite and friendly. However the service was disappointing. It’s only been less than a week since the service was completed and the first time it rained my truck looks a complete mess. I say this because I had requested a wax to be done which I later found out it is just a quick spray and wipe wax. Honestly, I couldn’t tell a difference it didn’t make it shiny or anything. I had previously used a different detailing company (needed my truck done sooner than they were able to come out) that did come and do an actual wax/ detailing, and my truck looked clean and shiny throughout rain and pollen for a couple months. Aside from that elite pro did have to come back out because the windows weren’t cleaned properly nor the windshield and there were still debris spots around the vehicle. To be honest, the price for the service is not at all worth the results. Unfortunately this was my mistake I should have kept my normal detailing company and waited the few weeks to get it done right. Update: Elite Pro has reached out in order to Rectify the situation. We came to a solution of a partial refund for the services provided. Like I said in the previous post, the customer service is great. And they did try to fix it as much as possible. I’m more content now with how everything ended. Thank you.

The guys at ElitePro did a stand up job on my 96 Ford. I painted it in myself and paid them to cut, buff, polish and ceramic coat the truck. There were some complications due to my work but Brandon worked with me and made it right. Solid group of dudes running this company.

I want to start by saying that the guy who came from ElitePro was genuinely a nice person, and I appreciate his efforts. However, the experience was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, he left without finishing the vehicle, and only after he had driven away did he text to let us know that he doesn’t normally do car detailing, but rather sales, and hadn’t been sent with the proper chemicals. This meant that we had to call another service to come in and complete the job. While the paint did look decent, the rest of the vehicle was completely neglected. There was no trim work, no tire shine, no chrome polish, and no window cleaning. The car was still covered in streaks and dirt. Given that we paid $414.20 for what was supposed to be an “exterior detail,” I have to say, I was truly dissatisfied with the outcome. The photos speak for themselves. It’s hard to recommend this service when it feels like such a ripoff. I can’t, in good conscience, suggest this to anyone else. The next service came in and knocked out all the nitty gritty work, now the vehicle looks amazing.

Called to get a quote to have just the rear window on a 2014 Dodge dart tinted. The glass is brand new not installed in the vehicle, so before getting it installed in the car I was needing it tinted. Elite qouted the job at $200. Every other place I’ve called was around the $75 mark. Essentially I would’ve just brought them the glass so it would’ve been a simple fast in and out job. Not for $200 though. I feel like this was way over priced. Will add a picture of said window.

These guys did an amazing job on my Cadillac XT6. All aspects of my experience with Elite Pro was amazing. I initially made an inquiry after seeing the ad they were running on FB. As a small business owner myself, it’s the little things that speak the loudest to me. I see it is a reflection on how they run their business as a whole. The lady that helped me on the phone was very kind and patient with me. I am a “needs proof” economic shopper. I like to think things over and explore my options. I tend to ask questions and do research. She was very accommodating and what was impressive is she got back to me several times right on time per my request. I had some requests that were perhaps unorthodox as well, to which they graciously allowed the flexibility. I had a friend pick me up and drop me off and even she was so impressed that she was taking pictures of my car and looked at their website to get a quote for herself as well. I can be very particular and I appreciate that they dotted their i’s and crossed their t’s as that level of customer service seems rare these days. I will definitely be a return customer!

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at ElitePro. I trusted them with my one-week-old Nissan Armada to have the roof wrapped and windows tinted. The results were a disaster. The wrap was misaligned with large gaps, edges lifting, and bubbles throughout. It looked so bad that I had them remove it. Even worse, my brand-new vehicle was damaged. The sunroof seal was sliced, which now causes a loud whistling when driving, and the surrounding paint was scraped. When I raised these concerns, I was told that “if you don’t want white to show, you should have bought a black car” and that there was nothing more they could do because they use a template. That kind of response is completely unprofessional. I gave them another chance after being assured they could fix it. I even rented a car again while they worked on it. After three days, they removed the wrap but refused to provide a refund because the owner wasn’t there. They also denied responsibility for the damage, claiming the seals were already bad, which is simply false. My vehicle was brand new. ElitePro should be held accountable for the damage caused, the time wasted, and the extra expense of renting vehicles. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere.

We had offered the service from the dealership we bought our 2026 vehicle but we wanted to give our business to a local business so we give them a chance, we got there after the holidays and dropped our brand new vehicle with no more that 100 miles on the odometer and they told us the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day, they texted us around 4 and tell us we have to pick our vehicle at 5 because they will be closing at that time so I asked them if they could give us some room since we were not close by the area but they told us the vehicle needed to be picked at 5 because that’s the time they close ( even when the website says they closed at 6 pm ) so they said either we need to be there at 5 or the next day. Maybe I’m making a big deal but I believe after you get a service that cost you almost 2k you would be getting a better customer service, I guess they were expecting us just to pick our vehicle and don’t even taking the time to go through the details they were offering? We got there at 5 pm sharp and after we went to the inspection we found out a very poor quality on the finish product, residual of the material on several areas and of course they were trying to fix it at the spot but being a very special product you can’t just fixed after is being applied, long story short not only we are disappointed with the lack of quality from the service they provide but also the very poor customer service and attention to the customer that will be definitely keeping us away from making business again with them , we feel like we were just getting a cheap car wash from those new drive through companies ( a very expensive one by the way) , we were also waiting for them to reach out to us not to get a discount of course but at least to ask us for any feedback or to express an apology but I guess we were only another one time customer and they have plenty of those coming through their doors on the daily basis, great sales advertisement they have, just hoping they would put the same amount of effort into the actual service they offer I attached some pictures for reference, for almost 2k we were expecting at least to get all the residual stuff off our vehicle, by the way I don’t think they cover all our vehicle with the coating like they advertise and charge for
