I thought this place was pretty great since I usually wash my own car, but when I actually encountered the workers, I was extremely disappointed.I used my card to start the self wash area and noticed the hose was leaking everywhere, and the soap brush was not functioning. The heavy black boy with dreads who is a manager was very rude. He did not seem to care about the problem. He acted nonchalant and barely spoke to me. I get it it's a car wash, and maybe they are not used to interaction and trying to be friendly, but he was awful. I will not return. Not just due to him, but also, it seems they do not put effort into keeping the place up. When it opened, it was nice now everything is broken. The vacuums don't work, the water hoses do not have a lot of pressure and the brushes are damaged. For people with busy lives trying to keep our vehicles up, we look forward to things like this, but unfortunately, I'll drive a little further or either do it at home.

Joey is a keeper! My husband and I were having issues getting our card to process at reader and Joey came out and saved the day. When you receive so much bad customer service it’s always refreshing when you actually get good service. We want to thank him for his professionalism and personal interaction. He made a frustrating situation turn into a rewarding one.

The wash itself is great but the vacuums never seem to work properly. There is trash all over the parking lot and towels and cleaners are sometimes available. I enjoy using the facility but I would like to see these issues corrected.

Been coming here for years. Love the self service option for our boat, or the drive through when it’s just too darn hot! But lately none of the vacuums work or have very little suction, literally more than half of them were out of service. Also, I was offered a free car wash for a 5 star review, which I left until I went to vacuum my car and couldn’t because the FEW working vacuums were in use. Looks like they had a few bad reviews recently and are trying to bury them🤷🏼♀️

Disappointed in this place at 230pm Saturday Dec 21 I was cussed out by the team lead black guy with braids wearing black hoodie along with Marcus who was respectful need management to call me immediately about this situation....rude customer service and inadequate management...problem not resolved ...that guy needs to be fired he refused to give me his name...doesn't deserve to work in customer services jobs...corporate will know about this please get his info to me Asap

For almost two months I tried to get in contact with the manager at this location and have yet to hear back. Someone hit my vehicle in the wash then drove off and Zips have been no help. I submitted a claim and a police report when the incident occurred but they have yet to provide me with any information. I reached out online and was told I needed to go back to the location to submit another claim but still no response from the store manager. I was a loyal member for almost 10 years but this is ridiculous. They don’t have a direct number to the store and every time I go conveniently the manager isn’t in. Then they went up 25% on their monthly subscription and provided no update before charging my card.

Let me tell you! Zips car wash exceeded my expectations! The staff greeted me with a smile and was very helpful in choosing the best wash for my needs. The car wash was fun for my kids with all the glow in. The dark lights! So many spots to vacuums. They had a strong suction. Zips also offered towels and spray for detailing. I'm in Love with Zips on Ashley Phosphate.

I came to this location to change my debit card on file because the bank updated my card. So I wanted to make sure I didn’t have a interruption of service. Got it changed thought I was good to go then the next time I came to the location to get my car washed. They told me my plan expired in which I had my plan since they first opened. They told me if I changed my debit card I would lose my grandfather plan on both of my vehicles. I told them to cancel both of my plans in which the manager was present. Come to find only one was cancelled so they charged my account for the other vehicle. So I came to the location to see why it wasn’t cancelled. Robert was the best and he saved a long time customer. He apologized for what happen and he offered me another option. He did want the manager should have did in the first place to save the customer. Thank you so much Robert!! You deserve all 5 stars for your customer service and professionalism.

I received a full exterior wash. Over half of the vacuums were down for maintenance however, still plenty for all to use. It was nice to have towels they provided as well as free window spray so you could clean you windows inside and out. Extremely friendly staff and attentive to any questions one would have. Great product. I will be going back again.

I've never had a better car wash. Tons of amenities included with your wash as well, air blower hose, vacuums, rags, glass cleaner and more! Membership is a great deal as well. Unfortunately I moved far away and had to cancel my membership, and to my surprise it was hassle free, and I even got refunded the pro rated days on my account. Robert the manager provided outstanding service!! Highly recommend this place!!

Update: Tried calling yesterday and no agents available. Called again today and same thing. I pressed every single button to try to find an agent to talk to and nothing. Now it's telling me I have to go on site to cancel after going to the zips location they told me I have to do it online now. Used to be great until the equipment malfunctioned and damaged my light bar. The first time I let it go. The second time I was done as it completely damaged the whole light bar brackets and my pod holder. Driving down the road it constantly rattles now. I put a claim in and it has been months with not a word from them. Not a great location for anyone with extras on their vehicle. I loved this location but I'll be putting my business elsewhere and wash my vehicles at home! Also will note that I can't even cancel or get a refund until their customer service opens up on Sunday.

At the end of the wash concrete or tracking is messed up rocked my truck and actually had to drive out of the car wash because it wasn’t moving my vehicle last 4 times been there thought they would of fixed it by now. Water was coming out of the drains putting water all over the parking lot beside the vacuums ( hasn’t rained for a few days) putting dirt all over the vehicle after u just washed it. Scanner not working for monthly pass had to pay after paying monthly also most vacuums don’t work or clogged. Half the time they close earlier than what is posted would not recommend going to or getting the monthly pass

This is my fave car wash to come to on the regular! I have the membership & I can honestly say, it’s worth it. This location is so kind and prompt. Rich made me smile when he signed me up for the monthly washes. His customer service is always great when I do come. He’s such a cool dude! The new attendant, Robert, really did a great job as well. Both attendants do a great job making sure my car is prepped before entry. I always recommend this place. It’s quick and easy and FREE VACUUMS!

Great car wash! Recently I noticed improvements and upgrades. New vacuums with great suction! Customer service is A1. The young guys will greet you and hose your car down prior to entering the wash. Highly recommend the monthly subscription! It’s worth the money!

The car wash 70% of the it's not working when I go there are cones there all the time. As my vehicle is drying it hit a ditch with my back tire and drive out. This car wash was good at one time but not now.

Took my car through the wash and got home to find I needed to wash it again .. there is some white residue all over the car and windows that will NOT come off easily and was not there before the wash. My car looks absolutely disgusting. Now, in this 30 degree weather, I have to get outside and scrub my car down to get this mess off of it. Very disappointing. Worst $10 I've ever spent.

If I could give a minus star I would. My wheels are ruined. I was offered a free car wash.....the employee offered me some all purpose cleaner so I can try to get it off myself. So y'all be where the pink soap that comes out of their machines

Great car wash. They have air compressors at the vacuums and a wall to hang rubber mats, scrub them and then power wash them. They also have a supply of rags and window cleaner spray bottles. I am going to get their monthly unlimited package that is a good deal.
