HoRRIBLE service. Courtney overcharged us by 3 dollars then told us to come back tomorrow to speak with a manager. REFUSED to fix the problem. go down the road for gas or a drink....

Was doubled charged for fuel and when told the money would be put back in my account the next day after taking my name and number they still have yet to refund my account.

This store stays closed more then it is opened. You have a now hiring sign posted but several candidates were denied. The hiring sign should be taken down. The store should be shut down, if that's the case, cause this company is not hiring.

Worst experience ever. Never been so offended as a customer. Good thing this kind of ignorance only pays so little. Cashiers attitude towards me could've gone very wrong.

How about if your gonna lock your right hand door. Put a sign on it!! I had a coffee, and 2 dogs with ketchup and mustard in a trey that went all over me as I walked into the door that "WE IN AMERICA" USE AS THE COMMON TRAFFIC FLOW!! At no time did either associate who saw it happen , ask to help me clean it up or for me to get another couple dogs. . I will never use circle k again!!

I will never visit this store again. The rudest cashiers I have ever encountered. Leslie with long braids should never work with the public. Customers in line left the store without buying a thing after her disgusting treatment. A sad testament of customer service. If I were the manager of this store, she would be fired on the spot. I will be filing a formal complaint to local and corporate offices in writing.

Purchased gas here 12/13/19. The pumps were pumping extremely slowly so I didn't fill my tank. Within a mile my car began to sputter and wouldn't accelerate. I barely made it home now my car won't start. After contacting the store I was give the manager's phone number and left a voicemail. I've also contacted the regional customer care center and left a message. Ive yet to receive any response. Be Leary of this station, I've had several other people tell me of similar instances.

Pumps are always out of order and the people working behind the counter are rude. Final straw was me prepaying with a card and the pump stopped before my prepaid amount was reached…tried to ask why. Woman behind the counter got an attitude and was very condescending. Tried to ask how I would know im getting a refund for the remaining amount I prepaid and she kept saying “they say” this and that. Save yourself a headache and get gas at the Spinx down the road.

Younger lady was very rude and went out of her way to make snide comments to insult me. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income, I have to be careful of where I go. This store was conveniently located but I will never go there again. I’m too old to be talked down to by someone half my age

Go here all the time and most of the people are very friendly and awesome. Today however, I ran into an employee named Courteney who was very rude. Got gas at pump and forgot receipt at pump so went in by the side and asked because I knew the process takes 2 seconds to do and she was giving me an attitude and telling me to get in line. I question her ability to do her job correctly.

I frequent this store almost everyday. Most of the personnel are nice and professional, but not this one. She will have a line out of the door, very disrespectful, very unprofessional and cares more about what's going on with her phone than work. Headphones on talking on the phone the entire time, definitely not about work. Never acknowledges or greets customers while at the register, just says the total. Then tells whomever she is talking to she can't stand some of the customers that come to the store. She was working 12/4/2020 at 345 pm.

When I walked in the cashier was having an issue with his register so after waiting 10 mins for him to get the register to open he began taking customers he rang up my drinks and I asked why the scene doesn’t have the phone number option for cigarette and gas discounts he said you have to get gas I said I am and cigarettes so after that the phone number option still diss not show up. But instead of helping figure out why he told me to stand to the side and wait. I said no and told him to just ring me up and be done with it ! Unfortunately in times of hardship like we are going through I use a lot of discount apps and cards to help lower my everyday expenses but I was not able to do that today bc someone could take a moment to help a customer!

Don't stop here, cashiers are not well trained, they have specials on items but cashiers don't know how to process the purchase, so the default answer is pay full price and try again later. Very incompetent cashiers, I dealt with Rosa IQ is below average based on her responses. Manager has answers but needs to train her subordinates. Very disappointed. Avoiding store close to my residence but will travel further to spend my $ at at a competent convenience store/gas station

Seriously.. At 832am on a Monday?? My fleet of trucks and workers need fuel, drinks and snacks for the day! Be back in an hour.. This is supposed to be a convenience store. Doesn't seem very convenient to be losing so much business so somebody can sit in the back. This isn't the first time that has happened at this location. We get excuses from the workers all the time about no food at lunch drama about not restocking the store, and how clean it is sometimes. If I was a district manager I would look at the cameras for today and see how much business you lost by turning away all your customers. It shouldn't be on us to be neglected because this store cannot operate function properly.

If I could give this Gas station a zero I would. This is the worst gas station to go too. None of the employees are ever dressed appropriately, they always have an attitude, they take forever to get a product and there is always a line. It’s ridiculous!
