So glad to have this so close to home. So convenient. The young shorter guy with the leg tattoo and the older gentleman with the beard are a pleasure and very helpful. Some of the newer,younger guys could use a lesson in smiling and customer service!! Besides that,Love this place. That young man with the leg tattoo is the top worker there and should be recognized as such. I am always glad when he is working. He sorays for bugs and keeps the flow. He recognizes us and says hello.

One person was working the inside alone, around 6:45 pm, 3/16, and when I asked he sprayed my entire car BOTH sides, on his own and acted like he cared about my car, and he did. The person working outside was also fantastic. I went through twice, it's just what I do lol. But my car looks fantastic, everything was spinning and in perfect working order. It also seems the drying vacuums are stronger.

I visited here today for a free first wash and I honestly wasn't impressed. The free wash was for the Ultimate package which would normally cost $25 and there was no prewash involved. The attendent stood at the entrance with a sign and waved people through but paid no attention to any of the cars coming through, it seemed like regardless of which package they had. I have recently had $10 washes at other car wash locations that they at least spray my car with a pressure washer before I enter the wash. The car was was sufficient but for dirt, salt and sand that is really stuck onto the car in these harsh winter conditions I think that the attendents can be doing more than holding a sign and waving people through.

We go to this car wash only because when it first opened it was great never had a problem and we signed up for the package for unlimited washes, but as time goes on they are getting bad. They no longer spray my car when pulling in nor do any of the attendees pay attention to what’s going on. Something needs to change!!

I have been a member of the monthly unlimited for about two years now. I recently bought a new Lexus F sport, which sits very low to the ground. There have been a couple attendants that do not pay attention when they’re telling you to pull in and my wheel has hit, the part where you pull in a couple times.Yesterday I took my Lexus for its first complementary oil change and tire rotation. At Burdick in Syracuse, it was noticed that both of my wheels are damaged. I had a sneaky suspicion when the attendant pulled me in that day, and I had to open my window and yell at them to pull me in correctly without scraping my tire Now I have to repair my wheels and I have decided to cancel my membership at Hoffman‘s. I believe that if the attendants were paying attention and not just waving us in one after the other, this would not have happened to my wheels. The attendants have not been spraying both sides of my car for bugs , I’m lucky if they put the spray to remove the bugs on the driver side the passenger side doesn’t stayed at all.

Just used this car wash. Paid $27 for the highest wash. Fortunately I had a towel to hand dry my car after going through the car wash. Two things I did not like was that I had to completely wipe down my car afterwards and I'm not sure what they put all over my wheels and tires but whatever it was, was dripping off and got all over the side of my truck. I've been to much better car washes for the money. I also add that I am from out of town and this one came up with the highest reviews.

I’ve been to this car wash many many times I have a monthly subscription pulled in with my jeep today and I just assumed I did not have to tell them to turn off the top spinners so they don’t hit my light bar on my raised 2020 jeep wrangler Rubicon, well they did not so I had to hit my brakes and honk my horn. They got me past the first spinner, and the second spinner turned on. I had to hit the brakes again ..I’m sure there’s a lot of cars that go through that car wash ,You would think they would remember a raised bright yellow Jeep which one of a kind in this area ,they would remember one simple request . The manager did apologize but come on!!!! We pay alot for our vehicles and for your membership . I will mention it every time for now on, I guess!!😤

My father bought me an unlimited (90 days) car wash for Chrsitmas. I was sent the QR code. When I went to the car wash for the first time on Upper Front St. in Binghamton, the lady scanned the QR code and put a sticker on my windshield that their camera is supposed to scan, so it opens the gate automatically. It has never scanned, not once! I beeped my horn, someone came out, I explained the situation and he opened the gate and just said the camera may not be working. The next time I went, same thing happened. The gentleman attempted to fix the problem saying the woman who applied the sticker missed a digit in my barcode when she entered it. I was assured it was fixed. The next time, same thing happened and the gentleman gave me a card to call corporate because only they could fix the problem. So, I called corporate on Friday, February 21, 2025. I explained to Deena the problem. She asked for the QR code #, the barcode # on my windshield, and i also provided her the email address that was used during the purchase. She told me no such membership exists and do I have a copy of the receipt? At this point, I lost my mind. She raised her voice at me and kept trying to over talk me. I told her to forget it and that I shouldn't have to go through this nonsense. I will have my father dispute the$109.00 charge with his credit card company. I immediately hung up and called my stepmother to let her know and to have my father dispute the charge because I've never once been able to successfully use my membership. Money hungry thieves and TERRIBLE customer service all the way around. Pictures to prove it!

Purchased unlimited package and used twice. After second wash noticed two scuff marks on hood of car. Went back later that day gentleman filled outa report and took pictures. Since it was a Saturday he told me corporate would get back to me the following week. Never received a response and gentleman at the establishment basically told me that nothing would be done. I canceled my account and now using a touch less wash.

I had the unlimited wash for a month and went through the wash about 8-10 times. It did a good job of cleaning the car, but it would always use the brushes even though I had it set to touchless. I had the underbody wash option but that did not do very much, the underside of my car was still dirty after. The main reasons I ended up canceling my subscription is the wash gets so backed up it takes about 20 minutes to go through during the busier times, and it would always buckle my roof with the dryers. One time it even ripped off my splash guard and I almost got hit from someone backing up in the tunnel. It is an ok option but it got to the point where it started to damage my car and was not worth the wait.

Used to be great. They dont use the brush on the bumpers anymore, and they rarely spray down the front when going through regardless of what wash you select - add in the fact there aren't really jets on the front end of tje cars when going through and it just doesnt clean. Pay $20-30 for a wash or membership and you drive out with a car that looks like it hasnt been washed because its got bugs all over it still.

I like the polish look this car wash gives my car a great shine. Always ask about there on going deals. March deal is unlimited for $19.99 the 1st month on any package. You can always cancel, upgrade or down grade base on needs. Brody M. help me pick out both a plan for me and my girlfriend. Again thank you

I got the Ultimate Package (~$20) because I wanted the undercarriage wash to wash the salt from under my EV. The top of the car looked brand new when it came out of the wash! But sadly the undercarriage seems to be untouched. Note: I got a coupon for the wash in the mail, so it was free, which I appreciate :) Adding an extra star for that. It was a dry day and I drove the car straight home to my garage in the same neighborhood. This photo of the undercarriage is taken the next day after the car had time to dry in the garage. I should also mention that I do wash the underside of my car with some regularity in the winter, so it probably wasn't super dirty underneath to begin with.

Please dont make the mistake I made a try and go to one of these automatic car washes stratched up my car all over. Just get a buckets, some soapy water, and a towel. Yah your having to actually clean your car but at least you wont ruin your paint and make it all rust easier during salt season.
