Good evening to all and the crew(s) are on the ball. It's has been a pleasant and courteous experience. It's a well run machine and a smooth operation as you go in and ready for a great experience whether it's just a regular car wash and/or a full wash plus and if any issues the staff addresses the customer issue with a smile and the customer leaves satisfied. I enjoy the efficiency and consistency. Well done!

I don't know why I paid $35 for the premium ultimate inside and out wash, inside wasn't even touched. Dash wasn't even wiped down, muddy dog prints still on passenger seat(wiped off with hand afterwards), cup holder untouched. I might go back for an outside wash but next time I'll spend $3 in quarters and vacuum the inside myself.

Why would a car wash company like this with multiple locations in the same area not have free vacuums at ALL of it's locations?? I have been going to the other Hoffman's down Central Ave a little ways for a while now and have never had an issue using their vacuums for free. On the day I visited a few weeks ago, another person with no uniform on was using the vacuums in one of these three bays for their car. As there are absolutely NO signs on the outside of the building saying you have to pay to use these (there is only a sign in the front with guiding arrows on it), I assumed they were free and even asked the other person to which they nodded. Turns out no, they are for people who pay to have their car detailed ONLY, and whoever else was in there was a random person they didn't tell to get out. I was in there not even for a few minutes before somebody came out of the office and told me I couldn't use the vacuums in there/needed to go to the other side of the lot to use their other vacuums which had to be paid for. From now on I will, and I encourage others to do the same, only be returning to the other Hoffman's down the road to vacuum my car. Why would ANYONE pay for these when you can drive a tiny bit further down the road and use them for completely free??

I did a full detail inside and out I payed $320 even though it's not a brand new car. A specifically told them before I left my car I want this car done the right way. For that price I should have no stains, no streaks in the window it's just a lot of errors in the detailing it's sad, My seats does not have grease on them it's just dirt they did a poor job I would never go for a full detail just a car wash. And on top that the managers was rude while I was talking he cut me off to talk to somebody that made me very upset and that was very rude. Even though I was hesitant on getting my car full detail at Hoffman car wash I did it anyways I should of follow my instance. They told me they don't do refunds I have to go through corporate office they said could do the work again inside. I bought the car and it is a use car and I wanted to clean before I start my working job business; if I could give him a zero star I would.

Overall good, but the vacuumming guy was distracted and therefore slow. He was chatting with his coworker while a line of cars, including mine, was waiting.

I've gone to this Hoffman's for years. Live out of town now and I figured I'd stop by. It was the worst cleaning I've ever seen to 40 minutes to even get in and there were only two cars ahead of me. On top of that the back seat which has a dog cover. If I could have done better vacuuming what they do for $44 definitely not worth a go somewhere else

I will no longer be going to this car wash- the last few times I have gone for a wash and interior cleaning- I need to go behind the workers and clean what they neglected to do. Dust all over, window streaks, dirty doors and floor mats etc…… for what they charge for a car wash- it should be done correctly. Workers seem to take no pride in the work they do and appear to go through the motions…..

Just went in to get their best interior package along with a basic car wash, gave them a $10 tip, but I really should have looked before tipping. Just spent 50 bucks to get my car to smell like vanilla... Realllllllly unhappy

Sooo I decided to get my car detailed. Booked online, super easy. Got confirmation texts and emails. I bring it in, everyone is very nice. I'm having inside and out done so it's going to take around 4 hours give or take. No problem. I get the call when it's complete and go over. When I look over the car I pop the truck and gas opening. Both untouched. I ask and was told they don't normally do those areas but they will clean them up for me. Okay thanks. When get home I look at the car more in detail because everything I touch inside has been waxed. You can see wax smears on the windows, plastic, it's everywhere. So I inspect and find unclean parts everywhere. Now when I shell out hundreds of dollars for a car to be detailed I literally expect it to be cleaned wherever dirt may be. Apparently my version of clean and Hoffman's version came from different dictionaries. These are a few photos I shot when I came home. It might seem like I'm nitpicking but detailing means cleaning all the details.Very disappointed. I regret not taking it to Zeibart.

I purchased a $30 flash deal for exterior and interior cleaning. When I got there they scanned my unlimited tag and told me I could have just paid for $25 for the interior. The nice young man did upgrade my wash to the next level to make up for it. I drove into a spot and got out and went to sit down. They washed the car and pulled it out. Wiped the dash and inside windshield with a rag and told me it was done. The windshield I noticed later when the sun hit it was smeared. I drove out without checking the rest of the car. At my next stop I realized that they had barely vacuumed so I went back. When I explained what happened another person was called out. They were impatient and I was told to drive around the building and they would vacuum it. I pulled up and got out. They quickly spent about 3 minutes vacuuming my front floor, back seat and at my request, my trunk, again and said is that good enough? I thanked them and left because I felt like they were disgusted with me for asking to have done what I had paid for. The wash was great. The interior was definitely NOT what I paid for or expected. The unfriendly attitude was unpleasant. I will not go back there.

Whew where do I begin… I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option so 1 star it is… Welp… I had to come back here twice to have them clean my interior and exterior. (Wasted my time, gas, energy and money). They said they couldn’t run my car through the traditional car wash and offered me touch less. Ok and my car is still dirty- both exterior and interior. I also requested a scent and the interior cleaned. Why was my trunk(which I specifically asked to have cleaned) the same way it looked when I arrived???? So was the inside of my car (minus light vacuuming). I highly suggest you wash your own car. This is one thing I will never waste my money on again.

Don't waste your money getting the interior cleaned, just do it yourself. We bought a used car recently and took it in for an exterior/interior clean. It looks almost exactly the same on the inside. All the main surfaces are still covered in dust. I can wipe my finger and make a line through it, its as if they didnt even clean it. Also never put in the air freshener. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Now have to spend more money on products and use more time to do it myself. I will never pay for an interior cleaning again.

Purchased an inside / outside wash because you can’t just get the interior cleaned. They barely touched the inside so I paid $44 and left with a still dirty car. I’ve never been to a car wash where they don’t wipe the gear shift, dash, cup holders or vacuum the backseat. Unbelievable to be honest. Will not go back.

This place has the laziest staff. Why am I paying $75 for an interior/exterior monthly plan and they can’t wipe the dust in my trunk?! Also, why is water dripping from my door jams? I’m paying $75, open the doors/trunk and WIPE IT DOWN! You tell the managers that the vehicle isn’t clean and they tell you “just get back in line, that’s why you have a monthly plan.” I don’t have all day to go through the line 50 times for your workers to do their job correctly. You have to babysit the workers if you want your vehicle cleaned properly.

After spending over $50 for an interior and exterior car wash, I shouldn’t need to rewash the inside of the windshield to remove the streaks and lousy job they did. I asked them specifically to clean the door jam around the trunk, they said they would, and they didn’t. The price included tire shine, which they didn’t do. There was leafs and crud left around the wipers and where the windshield meets the hood. I circled back around to point these things out and the attendant told me I should have told the workers at the end, where they finish your car outside. So I said, well that’s what I’m doing now. He told me to drive around the building and back to the exit and tell them to fix it. Ok, well that’s not the customers job. He then called a manager out and she had me park on the side and she redid the door jams and applied the tire shine. When I pointed out all the dirt left by the wipers, she said they don’t do that. I’ve never been to a car wash where they didn’t spray the leafs and dirt out of that area. The rubber floor mats were not very dirty when I arrived, and they seem more sandy afterwards. The seats and carpet were not vacuumed very well. I also pointed out other spots on the car that were still dirty, and the manager told me those spots need to be sprayed…..isn’t that why I went to Hoffman’s car wash? I’m attaching pictures, which were taken AFTER the manager touched it up. This was the Colonie location on Central Ave. Don’t waste your money going here. Update: They said to call or email and I’ve emailed the address given in their reply, twice, and no one ever replied to my email.

Did ultimate interior/exterior. Overpriced for service recieved. Workers went through motions but car looked like it was barely touched when I got back in it. Dust still seen and center area/cup holders still had spots. When they 'vacuumed"all they did was take the mats out and rinse them off, never did anything else. Not to mention, when they were starting on the car in front t of me, the worker got in and almost backed up into my car had i not layed on my horn. Exterior wasn't very clean either.

Paid for the highest tier car wash. Machine broke and didnt let me in after paying. After having to call the help desk they finally came to see what the issue was. Finally got the car wash and it did an Awful job. Still dirt and residue left on the car.
