They used to do a great job in the past, even scrubbing the fenders and windshields by hand before running the car through, but now they barely care. My car came out with bugs and dirt still on my car. Hardly worth the money now.

I use the touch free wash often at this location and the experience is typically great! Although, the other day while using the touch free wash the machine broke while it was washing my car and the blue sprayer bar ended up hitting the front left side of my car and leaving behind a few scratches. After speaking with Jared (the manger at this location) and watching the video of the bar hitting my car in his office he sent me to the central ave store where they buffed out the scratches (and even a scratch my metal buckle on my bag had left on the door) for free. Although I was unhappy about the machine hitting my car Jared and Dennis (center ave manager) quickly and kindly got my car looking just as good as the day I got it. Thank you to both of them for making this process much more painless than it could’ve been.

What’s not to love with all the options on how to have your car washed AND free vacuums. Sucks you have to pay $20 to have the undercarriage of your car washed in the winter if you don’t have the plan where you pay monthly. When I lived in the area I bought the membership and made it worth the money. This is the best car wash company in the capital district though, there’s no debating that.

Obviously free vaccums is why you come here. The car cleanings are ok but the automatic one doesn't get deep into the care for 25 dollars. Just you the self clean if you really want it to come clean. All and all great place for a car wash with options

Hoffman's always gives back to the community and it's customers 👍 I ❤️ when they do their donate a non perishable food drive then a free 🚙 wash 😊 Sometimes it is not always about the 💵, but giving back when you can or feasible and Hoffman Car Wash proves that! I think all businesses should do it as a good example so that customers can feel appreciated and not what is in their wallet, purse or cc. It is about paying it forward, if a car wash can do it so can a business small, large, franchise or corporation do too!

The sun finally came out and I decided it was a good day for a car wash! Headed to the EG Hoffman’s, and as usual it did not disappoint. The line moved rapidly, being as it was Memorial Day I was surprised. It's a great location. Free vacuums. I wish they would spend a little more time spraying the trunk area of the car. I'm tired of coming out of the wash and the dirt on the trunk around the tail lights and license plate is still there
