I took advantage of the free wash they were offering during opening week. I wasn’t overly impressed with the final product upon examination when I got home. The wash got most of the debri off from our road trip, but there were still several dirty spots around the hood and back of the car that I scrubbed clean myself. The vacuums were great!

The wash itself is fine, however the overall design of the entry, exit, and vacuum area is very poor and extremely crowded. Other Hoffman's locations are much better.

Very irritated and disappointed in Hoffmans car wash. This isn’t the first complaint. I’ve heard recently two others having problems with them for detailing and cleaning. Tonight ( 9/7/24)I looked up what time cohoes was closing. Which was 8pm. Showed up at 7.32.enough time to vacuum quick. As soon as I started using the vacuum they got shut off. One or two other people we also there.

Overall not a bad place. Very good vacuums, great suction. The wash does a half way decent job, but the dryers do not dry the vehicle all the way, and since they insist on putting the next vehicle right behind you, inches from your bumper, it's not like I can drive slowly through the dryers. Then let's talk about the start of it all. I am more than old enough to know how to operate a car wash kiosk, While doing so myself, someone just HAD to come over start pushing buttons on my screen, interrupting me and being a general nuisance. They need to leave the customers alone that do know what they are doing if they way repeat business.

I actually particularly liked how slow the exterior car wash is for the unlimited memberships. Other Hoffman locations,I feel like I’m kind of zipping through and even though I know I’m paying for unlimited car wash I feel the slower the car wash goes the more thorough my car might be washed. I am accustomed to the location in Rensselaer. It is a smaller location, but it is in Cohoes so that makes logistical sense. The vacuums worked well. Nothing seemed to be in disrepair. I have never been to this location before and happened to be in the area.

Very easy and fast car wash. They have free vacuums on the property as well. I think it is the easiest Hoffmans to get in and out of in the area to be honest. It’s in a perfect location right off the 787 extension.

Free vacuums are quite well maintained here. I was surprised. The person assisting with the wash payment was in a good mood when I arrived. Nothing was broken or missing that I could tell. This was rt 32/ Dyke Ave in Green Island.

My car was a mess. I came here because of the free vacuums. I love that they offer that. They have 2 different sizes so you can get into any tight space within your car. They also have air so you can shoot air into places where you can’t clean. The vacuums are powerful enough, although a little more suction would be nice. In the end, my car looks so much cleaner than it did before. Will definitely return. The vacuuming/cleaning area does get very busy so I’d suggest arriving early in the morning. I came around 10 AM and it wasn’t too busy at all, but the place started to fill up with other cars shortly after.

This place was like no other and I don’t wanna go to any stupid touchless crappy ass garage size car wash again because I miss the old fashion like mile Wong car wash that’s actually brushes are scrubbing your car and you actually have a clean car. Hands-down the best car wash I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve been to hundreds believe me. It made me truly miss the fear I had when I was little when my parents took me to the car wash, and I was afraid of all those brushes spinning now I love it because it makes the salt go completely away in my car and I love it My car looks like brand new and a 2011 Jeep liberty it is gorgeous now because of you guys.

I'm not really confident I got the product I paid for or that it even made a difference which one I selected between the 3 times I went. I guess I just have to trust that in that giant line of people the sequence of cars don't get messed up between checkout time and approaching the entrance. Also that everything is programmed properly. Working in the semiconductor industry I know that incompetence is an epidemic, so my confidence in a car wash is pretty low here. I'm not convinced that it ever touches any of your undercarriage. My suspension components were still salty afterwards. You're better off going to the self service one and knowing for sure that you're undercarriage and suspension components have been cleaned of salt. $1 per minute close by. Okay if you want the exterior to look clean, I guess..

I was dissatisfied with my interaction I had with an employee named Zayd today. ○I just received my BMW out of the mechanic shop; after not having it for the last 6 weeks. ○I religiously wash my car & have my account set up with autopay. I've never had any issues with my "scan code sticker", when this young man asked me to remove the sticker off of my tinted windshield. I asked him why, then he explained that my account was not active. It didn't make any sense to me, but I proceeded to peel the sticker off with my long acrylic nails... which was a nuisance.(iykyk) But Zayd did not ask me for any other information regarding the account inactivity. ○When he was going to put the new sticker on, I asked him if I could place it myself. Or clean that spot on my windshield first because there was sticker residue on my tint. Zayd became argumentative & with a smirk, He crookedly stuck the new barcode sticker in my line of sight.... Without removing the previous sticker residue off cleaning my windshield. To be noted: the placement was not even close to where I had the previous sticker that he made me remove. The interaction made me uncomfortable, upset & confused. ○Though I did not say anything to the young man after he stuck the sticker on. Maybe it was just the audacity. Many businesses have "that one employee" that seems like they're not happy to be working there. So instead of ruining my day, or feeding into his negative energy, I proceeded to drive my BMW through the car wash & just leave. I went to the Hoffman's in Letham off of louden rd. There they were able to clean my windshield, give me a new sticker & with the placement that I wanted Without batting an eyelashe. The Lathan Hoffmans has always given me Amazing customer service & I probably should have just went there instead of running into Zayd today.
