Paid $21 for the middle package . Just wanted to get the bugs off of the front of my car. It didn’t remove hardly any. Came home and hand washed it.

A $23 car wash should at least get the pollen off your vehicle. Not only was my truck not clean, the brushes tore off the windshield cowl seal.

UPDATE: the company commented on my review advising me to call or email the company. Did that, no response 🙄 I’d go elsewhere to get your car cleaned. I paid for the most expensive package and was given a half ass job and then when I brought it to their attention at the end the girl gave it a quick little rub across the dash. One of the kids actually wiped the trunk and passenger side door down but they definitely didn’t vacuum the inside at all. They missed the front windshield and left the cup holder soaking wet (I’m talking there was a puddle in the cup holders) and closed them like I wouldn’t notice. The list goes on. I wish I took pictures but I was too worried about having it clean as I am selling it and someone was coming to look at it. Listen to the bad reviews and go elsewhere. I know next time I’ll wait for my detail guy to have an opening.

Used to live in Clifton Park and tried this car wash out. Unfortunately the emblem of the front grill of my car and once I noticed I had driven home already. Other than that I was really impressed and satisfied with my car wash. I know things like this happen and it’s the risk I take by using these types of car washes. My biggest praise is the manager Cody. I called about the emblem months ago and he put it up but I never picked it up because life got in the way and I ended up moving to NC. Now I’m wanting that emblem back and I talked to Cody once again and he still has it! I’m having a friend mail it to me and I will glue it on my car. Cody was so kind and patient with my requests even after not coming to pick it up in a timely manner the first time. He just saved me $100 for that emblem 😭😅 thank you Cody!

My car had dust spots all over from rain and some mud from driving down a dirt road. The car wash was $20 for the middle "package" and didn't remove any of the dust spots nor did it get the majority of the mud spots. I only realized how poor of a job it did when I returned home at which point I didn't have the time to return and have it addressed on site. I called customer service and the only thing they offered was a "rewash" ticket which they have to physically mail because apparently it's still 1986. Frankly I took it out of spite because why would I bother returning to a place to get a rewash when it didn't wash my car in the first place. A total waste of my time and money. Go some place else if you actually want your car washed and decent customer service.

Car comes out shining every time I go, vacuums keep the inside of my car close to brand new. Want to thank Donny and Andy for helping me get back one of my earbuds that I accidentally sucked up, they were more than happy to help even if I was half convinced that the earbud was a gonner. Recommend this place just for the clean on the car alone, but everything else adds so much to the experience.
