Love the free vacuums! Decided to stop impulsively as my car was beyond trashed. Pleasantly surprised that the vacuum was free. Got it cleaned out and was on my way! My fiance is a regular here and I've got to say I love that our cars come out looking brand new! Love this place!

Up until when it was bought out a few years ago you got a great wash at a great price and free vacuuming. Price doubled and the free vacuum suction is now so low we gave up after a minute.

New equipment gives your car the best wash possible. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. John at the Brunswick location updated my account while waiting ( had to change my debit card number) and it only took a few minutes,

Only car wash in town. They do a great service for the small lot. Many cars pass through here and it moves pretty smoothly. Tire shine can be too much sometimes. Would be nice to have larger self service bays. Overall good wash. Free vacuums are decent.

I’m not one that writes reviews but I took the time to write this one, I go to an different location that scans my license plate and opens the gate but the one time I go to an dif location like this one I show the sticker up, lady goes “ i’m not accusing you of giving people your sticker, but I have to to take it from you” what bc I show it up and don’t have it attached to my car?? I been an customer for years every year when it gets cold I get the most expensive package 50$ an month, I switch locations and now I have to cancel my membership like you can look up my plate my vin it correspond with my car, not only she came off rude no one had an problem but her I understand it’s policy but I have an tinted windows and windshield I have the sticker in my hand showing it every time and the outside sticker last 8-9 washers and falls off. Well I know me leaving wasn’t and big deal but for all my car lovers with tints stay cautious at this location they might give you an hard time.

Girlfriends car was still covered in dirt and still not clean. Wasn't even that dirty to begin with. The wash goes way too fast to even get the car clean. I would never spend the money to not wash my car.

I am a regular car wash user. I’ve been going to multiple other locations for a while… I switched to Hoffman this month because it’s on my route and what a month it’s been!!! In the beginning of the month I decided to get an internal cleaning. My 11-year-old would’ve done way better. I initially reached out to management to let them know, and they offered me a free redo. The redo was decent and the least worth the $25 that I spent. I wasn’t expecting a detail at that price, but at least to look like they at least attempted to do anything. I was made to feel like “that Karen.” Fast-forward maybe a week later, an incident occurs in the car wash and in the car wash, my car falls off the track. My car goes sideways and it receives cosmetic damage. I tried to report this, and they told me it’s my fault because my hands were on the wheel. OK fine, I was not steering, but if that is the rule and they have signs that I did not pay attention to then fine. However, I will not be going back. I thought it ended there. However, they charged me for the next month on the 30th so I called and asked for a refund because I will not be going back. They refused to give me the refund due to the fact that it was actually billed on the 28th (came out of my bank 30th) and I used two car washes since then (28 and 29). I understand how billing works but how is someone supposed to know that it was billed two days without seeing it come out of their account? I was supposed to remember I signed up on the 28th is what I was told. My billing statement shows it came out on the 30th for the next month which is after I have not been back since. Regardless of the one or two times that were used since the 28th, they refused to refund after the head aches I’ve been through there and I’ve never experienced such lack of customer service or effort to work with customers. On 28th, I went as a regular day. No intention of cancelling. The 29th the incident occurred. The 30th I wanted a refund of the next bill (that came out that day) but they are refusing. I understand business, charges and money, I do. But I’m really let down by Hoffmanns issues. I will be driving out of my way to get car washes then settling for the issues. I’ve never had to be a Karen before and it doesn’t sit right, but I’m clearly irritated by all of this.

Squeaky clean! Fair prices! Was in and out within no time. More importantly, some snow from the top of my car had blown all over my car at the final drying stage, and they offered to re-wash my car for free.

The touch free was did not remove much of the road salt or dirt. Last wash (hand wash) was 10 days prior to this so the dirt did was not even on the car for long.

For a very basic automated wash it costs $15 here, and it not even a decent job for that price. Not enough scrap for a touch wash. Went to this place right after getting off the interstate, the bugs shouldn’t be that hard to clean.

Used the spot free rinse in the bay a week ago just for a quick rinse and it left spots and white mineral deposits everywhere. I went back to redo it, spent fifteen minutes soap and rinse, deposits didn't come off. So, I made sure to try the dryer. Then mechanism got caught up on the ceiling and when I tried to pull it towards me, the hose fell on the hood of my brand new car, leaving a stream of scratches. They will probably say user error, but I think if the hose were clean and the ceiling mechanism impossible to tangle, this wouldn't have happened. Be very, very careful in the self serve. I'll stay out of the bays and stick to towel drying moving forward.

I came to your guys car wash a few days ago. There was a kid that worked there named Aidan Kylie. He was very very rude to me. I saw him smoking on the job not that’s my problem or business, but he sent my car in my car and I didn’t get washed. I came back around and gave me an attitude very disrespectful kid. Don’t know why you guys have a disrespectful guy working there. And I believe he was talking to my daughter from Past reference, apparently there was touching involved from this kid. This kid has a pass. I know the kid because the Used to go to my daughter’s classroom she told me the kid has a BMW B 58 Very bad kid

The new equipment inside the wash is pretty good, but there's still no substitute for a good worker with a brush to get the back of the vehicle, and a spray wand to get the bumpers, back, and wheel wells. For those of you with a tongue and ball installed on your hitch receiver, take it off! They don't tell you that if there's a tongue in place, they press a button for the machine to skip the back of your vehicle! (A sign on the way in would be nice, no one says anything. As far as I'm concerned, that's almost dishonest, you're still paying full price for a wash, but not getting the whole thing. Need a sign, or for one of the workers to speak up! It takes 15 seconds to remove a hitch tongue! We can do it if you tell us! Lastly, only about ¼ of the vacuums actually have suction. If you're going to get me in there with your big push on FREE VACUUMS, let's check once in a while to see if they're all working as intended. Tom, Ron, I know you guys can do better! I look forward to updating my review!

Quick, gets the car clean. I recommend the monthly subscription pass. The plus side, the vacuums don't require a subscription. They are free.

I do appreciate the unlimited membership. I pay around $40per month for unlimited car washes in the automatic wash. I could go every day. I could go repeatedly all day every day. I can't go in the touch free wash though. And they can't turn the high power (VERY HIGH POWER) blow dryer off. I asked. *Makes me nervous with my louvers I have also noticed that the auto wash does not clean under my spoiler. They used to manually use a power washer to get there. Idk why they stopped. I asked. They just can't 🤷♀️
