This place has been around along time in Lititz. It’s the old time sprayers, and they are powerful. The different varieties of washes all worked…amazing. I’ve used this place twice now since I’m visiting friends and relatives in the local area. For $5 dollars you get about 7 minutes and 30 seconds. The vacuums work too! The overall place was kept up.

It's difficult to understand how each individual chooses to operate their business. Seems like maintenance would be potentially more profitable than the current state this car wash is in. Currently, only two bays open.

Pulled into large bay with our RV and went to get $10 in change. Tokens only... ok since we were planning to use more than that. That bay doesn't take tokens however! The small handwritten note on tape informed us only when we went to use the tokens. Of course no one available to refund the tokens. Used the quarters we did have to proceed. Fortunately we also had dish soap in the RV as the foam brush ran for several minutes without any foam, bubbles or anything to indicate there was soap being dispensed. Total waste of time and money. Will throw my tokens in the trash rather than come back here with any vehicles of mine.

"See updates" very sad Went was over charged on debit card, went again a week later put 5 bucks in and hose had hole, went to another bay put in more money no soap. Called no response, no call back nothing. Becareful calling the state on them for this. I feel robbed. "UPDATE: TRIED AGAIN TODAY AUG. 29TH NO SOAP, NO TRIPLE FOAM, NO FOAM BRUSH, 4 BUCKS FOR WATER. THE ONWERS NEVER GOT BACK TO ME SO IM FILING THE REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS. "Update April 21st 25" spoke with Warwick township office and the ag of pas office. Complaint filed with pa... yesterday seen an older couple get ripped off yet again. How much money this place taking and the services paid for not rendered. It's amazing when taken care of!! So sad....DONT GO HERE PEOPLE!

Total rip off. Very low pressure, the foam gun takes 20 seconds to start and only dispense foam for 5 seconds oer minute,switch to the foam brush and barely a trickle. Decided to terminate the wash at $1.81 spent but minimum charge is $5.00.Now the best part of this scaming place is that the coin slot was tape over with the message,only accepts credit cards.What a scam,will never try again.I've used this place for 10 or more years,must be new owners.AVOID THIS PLACE.

Car wash did not work at all. No soap and no wax. Paid the $12. in bay # 1 put in a $20 and got $8.00 worth of quarters. What am I going to do with them? I had to come right home and hand wash my car even sick with the flu. I'm extremely angry.

I pulled up the one of the two automatic car wash bays only to find handwritten notes that it is cash only. I had to back up to use the other bay so I could pay with my credit card as the wash I wanted was more than the $10.00 bill I had. The $12.00 charge went through on my card and the voice told me to proceed into the bay and then NOTHING. I tried backing out slowly and pulling back in and not one drop of water hit my car. I tried calling the phone number which goes to a voicemail that is NEVER answered even after several tries. If you want to waste your money, go ahead and go to this ridiculous place. I won't be coming back and will be refusing the charge on my credit card.

The carwash overcharges you every single time. My total was $3.64. My card was charged $10. Half the functions of the carwash do not function i.e. foaming brush, triple foam gun, etc. Terrible water pressure. Utterly subpar experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. 1. they do not service this car wash. no soap, barely any water pressure, no foaming brush. YOU WILL LEAVE HERE WITH A DIRTY CAR 2. their automatic car was has a tendency to malfunction. a couple years ago now i took my car through the auto wash, and one of the mechanisms swung down and ripped my front bumper off of my car. i called for about an hour, just being sent to voicemail. once they finally picked up they were the most disrespectful and rude people i’ve ever interacted with. they made the process of me getting my bumper replaced at the expense of them as hard as possible. 3. sometimes the system will not stop charging your card, making what should be a $5 car wash, a $200 one. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!

Worst car wash I've ever been too. No high pressure to the manual wash wand. No soap in foam brush. No spot free rinse. Wash wouldn't turn off when I was done. Called High Car wash and voicemail was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. Terrible.

Wash has gone downhill over the years but is terrible now. I won’t be back. Credit card machine overcharges. Charged me $15 when I used $8 of time and on the most recent time charged $10 when I used $7. Always out of soap and foam, or it will give a little bit then stop so you rack up more time. Some of their bays don’t take the tokens they sell. Vacuums are very old and sometimes keep quarters. At least one vending machine out of order for air fresheners. Trash cans chained shut so you can’t throw anything bigger than a small cup in them. Done wasting my money here.

Went a month ago and there was no high pressure for washing and rinsing. $12.00 and I left with a still dirty vehicle. Gave the benefit of the doubt and went back again. Swiped card, it started charging and again no high pressure water. My kitchen sink has more pressure. Instantly turned it off and was charged $5.00. Maybe that's a convenience fee for just pulling in and wasting time and money. Conveniently nobody answers the phone or returns calls and the website does not load. This place is a complete rip off, do not waste your time and money !!!!!

I attempted to wash my vehicle in one of the self-service bays. The machine would not accept cash, so I used a card that was charged $10 automatically. Unfortunately there was no soap whatsoever. I have been unable to reach anyone regarding a refund as their voicemail mailbox is full after calling several days in a row.

SHAME OF LITITZ! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! Complete scammers! Do not ever use this car wash! I used my card and it said before I even use the card that it would be a $3 charge. It was only at $1.86 when I hit the button to stop it from charging my card. Then it said it was charging me $5. The charge came through on my card and it was $10. This place is the biggest rip off ever! There is also no water pressure hardly, the soap took almost a minute before it started spraying out, the phone brush did not work, and the car isn't even clean! It doesn't even look like how my car looks when I even do just the spray job at other car washes. This is the shame spot of lititz! You can't get a hold of anybody to talk to them about what happened. The office says temporarily closed. They have no website no email. Can't even leave a message because their phones voicemail is full. I guess I have to dispute the charge with my card company. I will be reporting to the better Business bureau too.

Thank you High Car Wash! Driving in Lititz trucks can get a little dirty, your over sized wash bay was big enough to fit my truck. As a trucker we don't get to wash our trucks all the time, and even then, washing it for $15 is unbelievable!! Yes you wash it yourself so depending on your speed determines how much you pay. I'm a bigger guy and it only took me $15. Granted I couldn't get the higher part but I was able to wash 90% of my truck. Clean trucks make for happy drivers. Sense of pride.... Again... Thank you High Car Wash!!

Used like $3.50 on my card and it charged me $10 automatically. Seems like this is a common occurrence. Don’t go unless you’re ready to spend $10

Went to auto wash, it took my $20, said it doesnt have change and to see an attendant, ( no attendant there) washed my pickup half way back then stopped. No phone number to call. I seen the low rating n thought surely it's not that bad, but I was wrong. Avoid this place like the plague!! Management: If you reply with your phone number so I can get my $20 back i will delete this review.

This is the worst automatic car wash around. I use to go here all the time until my car got hit two different times and damaged. Decided you know what it’s been 5 years I will try it again. Cant even get into the automatic wash because it won’t even register my car. This place is a dump and should honestly never be used.

Sprayed high pressure soap on then tried to use brush but no soap in brush. Finished cleaning with dry brush best I could. Machine shut of at 15 bucks, swiped card again to finish spraying off. Shut the machine off at $1.57 but my card was charged 20 bucks total. Stay away its a scam. As said by previous review, no one on site and no phone number to call and complain. Total scam!
