I ate here four times this week due to being severely depressed and isolated. Tonight I ordered my food as normal. I ended up standing waiting for my food for like ten minutes before I asked some kid “hey is that my order?” To which he responded “yes”. I then asked why my food was sitting and getting cold as I stand waiting for nothing. A extremely rude and condescending girl who looked to be in her early 20s with a tattoo on her forearm says “because it’s not paid for we keep it here because it’s not paid.” All other times coming to the store I opted for paying in store and this NEVER happened. I eventually just left because my food was cold and I had no intention of paying for cold food because some stupid teenager couldn’t do their job

One of the biggest reasons why I’m putting a 1 is because this is my second bad experience at this location. The most recent involved, just watching the manager, using his bare hands to take food out of a freezer. Regardless, if someone is going to fry food or not, I have no idea what that person was doing with their hands before hand. For all, I know, he literally could’ve used the bathroom seconds earlier, did his duty and then grabbed a handful of food. We’re talking 10 seconds to be sanitary and put on gloves which during my food process I never saw him put gloves on at all. I did see one lady using gloves making someone else’s food.

Nice and clean. Good people food's pretty good. The made to order drinks are tasty. I like the new coffee machines that grind the beans a n d brew the coffee as you order it no more coffee that has been sitting there for hours and no wasting water or beans.

To whoever made my burrito on 8/23/24 around 4pm, you suck. 3 out of the 7 things that I asked for on my burrito were straight up missing. Thanks for making us pay extra for guac and pico for nothing.(also this is not the first time that my order has been messed up by this specific Sheetz, I’ve just finally gotten tired of it.)

Best Sheetz in the area! Staff is very friendly and store is always clean! This is my go to Sheetz! I really like that they have a fountain club. It is very easy to use and saves $. Team members couldn't be more kind or efficient! Simply the best

This is a nice Sheetz location that is close to me. Plenty of gas pumps and parking. The store itself is clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are clean. Very well lit at night. Sometimes I get MTO food which can take a while for them to prepare depending on how busy it is.

Best Sheetz in all of Lancaster county. Very clean and super nice employees, especially the older gentlemen at the register. Always look forward to seeing him after a long day of work. Always nice and seems to always have a smile of his face!

This was awful, wouldn't take my dog here, he deserves better. Order was entirely wrong, bread was stale, ingredients were scarce and trashy. Service was fast though, so at least you can be disappointed quickly!

I drive past the sheets every day and I never stop. I usually go to the one north of here because I work at Myerstown but I live over towards Downingtown where there are no sheets so I wanted to fill up and get the fuel discount so I came down here and filled up while I was filling up. I said let me order a meal to go. I filled my tank up. I went inside. She was making my food which was good. I got the food came out in the parking lot started to eat my food at first everything was fantastic. The fries were hot, but I had a meatball sandwich and the bread is stale. I mean really stale like you couldn’t bite into it so I had to eat my meatball sandwich with a spoon and just eat the meatballs and the cheese really disappointed you think you would catch that as you grab the bread to put the meatballs in that’s just almost looking neglectful thing or does that happen on the regular basis. I’ve been eating at sheets for a while. I usually go down to North Carolina and eat the ones down there or in Virginia and I’ve been eating up here for years, but this is the first time I really had a bad experience. I can excuse cold, but I can’t excuse that steel bread that was just had to be purposely overlooked very disappointed.

No heavy mayo, pickle, salt, pepper, or parm chz. Brittany acted like it was no big deal. Called and she said oh yeah, that was me. I messed up. Called corporate. They apologiEd. First and last time I was at that Sheetz. Will not be back again!

Check your food before leaving I ordered food for myself and a coworker two orders of two chicken tacos and an order of 3 beef tacos when I got back to my office to eat there was only one order of the chicken tacos I was missing half my order and on top of that I heard the guys complaining about making tacos that early in the morning so they took their time three people who ordered after me were served and gone before I was I didn’t have enough to time to drive back and make a complaint about my missing tacos I paid for because they took my whole lunch time to basically make 5 of the 7 tacos I ordered

I have been to multiple Sheetz throughout the east coast and my chicken wraps I ordered at 1:30 A.M were by far the most well made and presentable wraps I've ever had. Very good service, thank you! I wish I would have taken a picture.

I used to love the sheetz mto food. Has always been quick and easy for a late night snack especially as a bartender. Very very disappointed the jalapeño poppers were discontinued. At least in my area. I thought they brought variety to your menu and I ordered two orders all the time. Anyway very disappointed and will be moving to WAWA
