TLDR: very good for the price point, but dont expect absolute perfection and maybe ask about the rain-x I decided to treat my boyfriend while they're away by getting their car washed! Their windshield is horrendous in the rain and desperately needed rain-x, but needed a good washing first. Luckily, this place says on the site that rain-x is included***[more on this later]*** All in all, it was a pretty good experience. Navigating in the location can be a little tight, but with lots of legible lettering and there always being staff in sight it was a lot less daunting. When I pulled up, I was quickly greeted by staff who took my order. I told them I wanted the #2 [$16](the site says it adds hot wax, I figured let's give some more extra protection), but the person charged me for the #3 which admittedly is less expensive [$13]. I wouldve liked the #2 but that's fine. Having people on hand at the entrance and exit is very nice- one to prep for the wash and the other to wipe the droplets and fully dry the car. The people drying and wiping at the end werent the best as they missed a number of spots. Also. The Rain-X. For those unaware, it's a protective coating for windows that keeps water from sticking and streaking. If you dont have it, get it for your windshield TRUST ME. It's a life-saver. On the site the video shows a sign light up to tell you when the rain-x is being applied but I never saw that. I have some at home and just went at the windows with a coat just to be safe, though that feature was the main reason I chose this car wash over others. I couldve just missed the sign behind one of the giant brushes but idk.

The new ownership leaves a lot to be desired, starting with the front of the business, the greeter. I've been a loyal customer for the past 20 years, however, I am moving on, cheers.

There are very few businesses out there as well run at this one. They take amazing care of their customers, their work is outstanding, and their prices are way more than reasonable. I have gone here for every single oil change and car wash for the last 10 years even when the dealership offered me a free oil changes when we bought a new car. The staff is friendly, educational, and never ever pushy. Courtney is an amazing asset to this company and one of the biggest reasons I continue to come back. I always get the interior cleaning along with the exterior cleaning when I get my oil changed for a very small up charge and the car is like brand new every time. I truly cannot say enough nice things about this company.

I very highly recommend Landis Wash & Lube in Lititz, PA! I go out of my way , 25 minutes to get my oil change done here regularly, etc. They've always been honest and knowledgeable and friendly and worth the drive! Their prices are great too! During my recent visit, they definitely went above and beyond! Mike was truly a lifesaver and blessing! When I came this time for my regular oil change, my car began to overheat as I arrived. Mike kindly fixed serious mistakes from a recent mechanic which could have ruined my engine and transmission. He did not have to take the extra time to do that for me, but he did. I am so grateful and can't thank him enough! This place is Amazing!! A plus plus!!!! :)

Great wash! A great alternative to Riptide. Landis is an automatic car wash like Riptide, but also have a man prepping before driving thru, then people hand wiping the car at the finish....AND they're cheaper! I signed up for their unlimited plan, a great deal!

I was so impressed with the honesty of the service person who helped me. I came in for an oil change & car wash. I waited 40 minutes but when they brought my car into the shop the service person came and told me that I actually didn't need an oil change. I was over by date but not miles. I was actually about 2000 under. He proceeded to tell me that my oil was full & and clean, and if he were to do the oil change, he would just be taking my money. This day in age it's so refreshing to find such an honest business.

Got the full service, including inside detailing. They did a great job vacuuming the car. The windows still had nose prints from my dog and dirt on the outside windows. I was disappointed with the exterior cleaning.

The staff here is always very kind, courteous and understanding. I've never had a long wait time coming here even when there was three or four cars ahead of me. The prices are very good. This is a family-owned business and as a small business owner myself I'm happy to support them. Definitely worth it.

I came here hoping for a decent cleaning, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. My car’s interior is still dirty, and the floor is far from spotless. There were three people working on my car, and this is the best they could do? The wash was no better. Honestly, save your money and go somewhere else. For $40, I expected a much better result. Very disappointed

Beware this location has changed ownership and is now a mess. Took my car in for the 120$ interior and external wash. When I picked my car up they forgot to wash the outside of my car. The person who took my phone call hung up on me when I politely asked for a partial refund. I am now forced to issue a charge back via my CC company. Scam.

I have used the services for car wash and interior clean as well as oil change many times. Always good customer service. I wish the attention to detail is a bit better. Particularly for the interior cleaning. I usually have to continue cleaning surfaces when I get home but I know I’m not paying for detailed service. This time behind the driver seat was completely missed. Exterior was suppose to clean the wheels. Will stick with the basic next time.

This location is no longer Landis Wash & Lube—it’s now a Valvoline shop, and the car wash is no longer in service. I’m not sure why the Landis name is still on Google or why their website remains active. Prices also differ from what was previously listed. I brought my car in for an oil change and the technicians were friendly and did a good job. My 3-star rating isn’t about their service quality, but about the lack of clear communication and outdated online information.

This car wash and interior cleaning is exactly what I was looking for. My local car wash doesn’t do interior cleaning anymore. So I decided to go to the next town over in Lititz and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to do better work than I was receiving before at my local car wash in Ephrata. It’s totally worth the drive and the price was on par, so I will be back.

This was my first time here I was a little confused on where I was supposed to go, but everybody was super friendly no matter what package you pick. They dry the car for you and even wipe out the door jams.

I had my car interior cleaned at this location on Saturday. I had accidentally dropped my debit card I between the seat, today I got two unauthorized transactions at a sheets in Lititz and a 257$ transaction at Walmart Palmyra. Reported it stolen, never going back here. Please do a background check on your employees! Utterly disgusted
