Not a bad car wash but you’ll wait at least 45 minutes for a self-service wash, since not all bays are open.

Personally i dint feel that the auto wash gets the vehicle clean especially at the back and lowere sides of the vehicle. I like using the self service wash. But some of the equipment like the blow dryer doesn't work properly. There should be a time limit for the self service. The attendant should periodically check the equipment. Not just sit in the booth. Otherwise the facility is just passible

Lines can get long depending on time of day. If you see a line of three or four cars for either the automatic wash or self serve then be prepared for at least a 20 minute wait. Meter for self serve runs until you end the session so your bill will be high if you're not keeping track of time so be mindful of that.

This car wash had been closed for a year and recently was renovated and reopened. Unfortunately it continues to be plagued by problems with machines not working and being shut down. The good news is that the new vacuums are excellent! Just remember to push STOP on the machine when you’re finished or it will continue to charge your credit card.

It’s a car wash… that’s about it. They were closed for renovations for like 2 years and somehow half the bays are always down and good luck with the vacuums working. Also you would think with all the time they were down they could have repaved the area instead of leaving crater sized potholes everywhere…

Why five stars?? Where else can you get everything they offer at any self-serve Carwash for only $1.75 (for five minutes).

Wait in line over 30 mins to be told when I get in the bay I need to hurry up and be considerate of others in line. Bro I waited over 30 mins in the same line, I'm paying, ill take over 30 minutes to wash my car. I was willing to wait I should at least get the same time as everyone else before me.

Needs to be paved better around the car wash and allow for drying using air

This place is total trash. Expect to wait 45 minutes to get your car washed with only 2-3 people in front of you in the line. Why would anyone wait that long? Because they have barrels filled with sand that block you into your lane once you pull up to the car wash. So you’re stuck as soon as someone comes behind you in line. The reason the wait is so long is that the payment machine doesn’t work. You have to wait for the car in front to vacate the wash area before you can use your card to buy a wash, so that ends up building in a significant delay. Then when you finally go to pay, the machine is consistently broken and needs to be reset by the attendant. The attendant today insisted on grabbing my credit card to insert it into the machine himself. When I asked him why he needed to hold my card instead of just having me insert it, he got angry and stormed off. Never go here unless you have time to burn or want an exercise in frustration.

February 19th I came to this car wash and was attempting to scrub my wheels before doing a full wash on the car. I paid $2.50 just to get the water running long enough to get the wheels wet for approximately 45 seconds. I then turned the machine off and started to scrub the wheels with my own brush. 2 minutes in I get stopped by an employee who said "this is a paid wash" "you have to have the machine running at all times while in the bay." I said ok fine, turned the water back on and let it run down the drain while I continued to scrub my wheels. Halfway through the wash I find that the high pressure soap has zero soap in it and isn't high pressure. This car wash is only worried about you paying for every second you're in the bay, not worried about the customer getting quality service for every second in the bay. Spoke to the manager briefly and he claimed there was soap in it despite me rinsing my entire car with it and getting not one bubble. His magic solution was I should make an ice complaint (big surprise their facility isn't on the ICE complaint system).

2 stars instead of 1 because while I've waited in line I've finished school, started a career, picked up a new hobby, started selling the products of said hobby, retired from career and hobby hustle, then had time to write this review. Silver linings! However, the car wash ia not only slower than the process to get 100% VA rating, it's also poorly maintained.

Just sat in line for 30 min for the automatic wash. The maintenance guy/owner? Told me I cannot go through the auto wash because my completely stock jeep had a big bumper and will damage the machine. He had a massive attitude. Buddy half of the vehicles here are jeeps. Maybe you should adjust the machine instead of yelling at all your customers.

Did the self wash. Says it’s $2.50 for 5 min then the “x” amount per each one minute after is scratched out. I used just under 6 minutes. My car was charged for $20?! Then I pulled up to the vacuum area and before I vacuum I like to wipe the inside first and I was told I can only toss trash and vacuum there. Also I was parked at an out of order vac while doing so. The guy who informed me was very sweet about it all and then pointed towards the dumpster and said I can wipe my vehicle down there. Suggestions: Perhaps post the correct price for a wash. CLEARLY mark area to wipe or dry vehicles down after washing. Not everyone wants to drive off with a wet car that isn’t clean in the inside. I’ll stick to my side of the island by MCBH we’re I’m not ripped off and then made to feel stupid for wanting to clean my car at the car wash.

Does a good job for the price, but be prepared to wait awhile. They often have long lines, especially around lunch time hours.

Paid 20 dollar for a car wash that pretty much did nothing. One side of my car really didn't clean well at all. Went back to tell the man that worked there and l was gonna ask to go through the other port to see if that one does a better job. Before I could even get a word in he said "those are water spots, we don't get those, says it on the sign" I tried to get a word in about the dirt and gunk on the car says "this wash wont get those" and "need to put in the work yourself if you want them gone".

There are maybe 3 self service car washes operating on the island. This one requires base access and lots of patience. 25-45 minute wait time. The car wash cannot guarantee the payment system will work. The parking lot is filled with potholes and dirty water, be careful not get your car covered in grim after the wash.

This car wash has a weird vibe, and of course, it’s on a military base, so it has to be patronizing instead of just being normal. It’s not just the vibe; the entire area needs to be re-paved or completely redone with proper asphalt. You can get a perfectly clean car wash, only to immediately pick up gravel, pebbles, and dust as you drive off. It’s honestly counterproductive—what’s the point of a car wash if the exit ruins it? The auto machine looks like it’s decent, but it doesn’t offer a touch-free option, which is a major oversight. If you’re looking for that type of wash, you’re out of luck. Military bases are supposed to provide services for convenience, but sometimes they miss the mark by not considering the basics. This isn’t just about being picky—it’s about functionality. If you’re going to offer a car wash, at least ensure the area around it doesn’t undo the service. And the lack of touch-free washing is surprising; it’s a standard feature almost everywhere else. Honestly, it feels like another example of doing the bare minimum. Feedback might help, but given how things often go on bases, I’m not holding my breath for changes anytime soon.

Yeah they have a lot of options when washing your car yourself. But a lot of unnecessary nitpicking from the staff. There’s an option to wash your car yourself. Yourself. They have rules that you can’t bring your own chemicals which I understand but I can’t dry my own car with my own rags even if the machine is still running? Basically I washed my car one day and was drying my car with my rags, the staff told me I can’t stay in the lot if the equipment isn’t turned on which i understood. Came back yesterday, finished washing my car, kept the dryer running on the side because I wanted to wipe my car since the dryer doesn’t work that well. As I was wiping my car with a towel, a lady came and said I can’t dry my car with a towel. I have to use the dryer provided. That makes no sense. Why does it matter how I dry my car. The only rules for the car wash is you can’t bring your own chemicals. Better to go elsewhere. Horrible experience.

I arrived on Saturday at 9:30. Closed. And announcements that will soon close completely. Thank you That maintenance and washing for $2.5. The vacuum cleaner is also closed and the computers for receiving money have been taken away. This place is no longer available. It’s very pathetic.

I’ve sometimes waited 30+ minutes for a stall, other times no wait at all. Convenient location and good prices.
