Took our 2024 Ford Expedition in to have it washed. Had limited time, and the staff let us know that they could accommodate us. They were very professional and personable. My wife took her car there this week for detail on the inside parts for wiped down and then there were parts that were not wiped down there were spray in places where the spray was not white also the outside had a lot of spots and residue

A month ago bought my Husband car for a detail and grow became mildew and grew mold! I called and went to the place several times! Even sent a Facebook message! Everything in the car was ruined and had to pay someone else to fix the problem! DO NOT GO TO THE PLACE !

They did a wonderful job cleaning and detailing my car. It was basically cleaner than when I first bought it! I highly recommend this wash if you’re looking to have your car detailed. It’s such a great location too, right by Lizzie’s Diner, Fisherman’s Market, and The Shops at Guthrie. It was easy to drop my car off, grab lunch, and do some shopping while it was being detailed. Will definitely be using them again!

This place is top notch! I was greeted by a smiling young man that I could tell appreciated my business. These guys had my truck looking brand new in no time, what would have taken me a couple of hours to do myself. Their attention to detail is better than any other hand car wash I’ve used in town. Would give zero stars if I could. Stopped in to get an exterior wash on my truck. There were two vehicles being finished up, with one waiting ahead of me. Said I wanted an exterior wash, and the guy shakes his head “oof well there’s three cars already” like he couldn’t be bothered. Don’t bother going here. They don’t want your business. El dorado detail will get the job done without the attitude.

Needless to say, I was disappointed when I was finally able to pick my vehicle today! I dropped it off at 10:30ish this morning. Went by at 2:15 to check and see if it was ready, since I was only getting the "Basic in and out" service. So I thought, surely it would be done. 🤷♀️ They had just put my vehicle in the bay to start on it. Went back at 3:30. They had my vehicle for a total of 5 hours!!! I needed my vehicle to pick up my granddaughter from school! The gentleman behind the counter gave me my total. 85 bucks! I ask 85 dollars? Is that for just the basic? He told me yes. They were bought out by a company and they raised prices! I replied, yes they sure did! It was cleaner than it was when I left it but not 85 dollars and 5 hours later clean!! The windows are all streaked, it was wiped down on the inside, but new dust was there like it had sat with the doors opened for a minute. Over spray of, I am not sure what on the outside of the windshield and on the inside of the console, and door panels. A much better job was done on my last visit than today and I only paid 55 plus 10 for tip. The new company that owns Heritage needs to realize a great job keeps a customer coming back no matter if your getting just the basic or the more expensive detail! Good reliable service is very important! Treat everyone the same! Don't treat someone less because they are not spending the big bucks. Maybe next time I would be willing to spend the big bucks to get an awesome detail. Unfortunately it probably will not be using Heritage. 😐

They always do a great job on my Lexus. They are very nice and professional and my car looks great. The hard part is getting in they stay so busy, but you can make an appointment. I only wish they were open later than five o’clock. Thank you guys for doing such a great job
