Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I came to visit my family and decided to get there car washed for them so I came this place on a Saturday afternoon because I noticed there was no wait time, and I really wish I hadn't. If I could give them a negative rating, I would! First off, while the guy was vacuuming my car, I was stunned to see him vaping inside it my family car. That’s just unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a customer! Their customer service is very POOR! Then there was the wait time. It took longer than I expected, and when I finally got my car back, I was disappointed. There were smears on the windows and mirrors, and water spots all over the car. Honestly, it’s not surprising that there were no other customers around—clearly, this place is not focused on providing good service. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend that anyone else considering this place take a close look at their car before leaving. There are better options out there!

I paid for the $40 package and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish the service was great. Everyone was friendly, professional and understanding, and took great care of my car. They paid close attention to every little detail, being thorough and efficient. Ive been coming to this wash for the longest time ever and so far it doesn’t look like imma change that. VIP King car wash really does an exceptional job every single time!
