New owners so I gave it a try. Not good. Basic wash & clean interior a little hi at $21. They tried to get me to upgrade to include wax & other things, then were very agitated when I said no. Exterior ok, they spent quite a while on interior but missed a lot. Vacuuming & windows were ok but missed a lot of dust on dashboard & steering wheel. Also seats were not vacuumed. Not a good deal at all for what they charge.

Best car wash to date!! Decided to try because I saw big sign saying new Management. So glad I did. Greeted by Very friendly staff who cleaned / vacuumed the entire interior of my car to perfection. Then I got in car and drove thru car wash. My car is sparkling again. Looks like I found my new place.

Stopped by this car wash for a quick wash. I have a Jeep Wrangler that had a nice layer of dirt on it. They were SO NICE and really worked hard to get it clean. Would definitely recommend for kind, courteous, and quick service!

The vacuums suck! I am not sure what is going on with the reviews here but at the time of writing this car wash holds 3 star rating. I am not sure why. This is a very friendly and quick automatic car wash that you drive through with the vacuums at the end. Staff is friendly and working quick. The wash itself is five stars but if I could, I would give vacuums six star. They suck big time! Update: under new management nothing has changed for better or for worse. Would still go here!

Terrible service. Been going there for a year and a half and a worker told me i couldent vacuum my car unless I got a car wash when the big sign in the front states free vacuum in big letters. Then the worker proceeded to tell me I’ve brought more than one car there when I only own one car. Guy was a joke

I took my mom’s car here to be cleaned, it was pretty dirty from not being used. They did an AWESOME job! Everyone was so nice and so friendly. They worked very hard and did a superb job! I thought the price was very reasonable too. I has a monthly package elsewhere but am going to start coming here instead. It’s closer and I think they do better work.

Good car wash, I’ve been here a handful of times but the employees do a good job and the cleaning machines work well. Plenty of space in the entrance and usually not too busy if you go in the morning/noon times.

I must say I’m very disappointed so I got the super triple$ 30 car wash and they barely wiped the interior of the car!! Awful!!! I do not recommend it. I will not return. I asked why its not properly done, they said “thats what you get”.

Place is under new management and the staff was very nice. Currently due to covid they are offering exterior washes only and providing free self-service vacuum cleaning for those that would like to park and clean their interior.

The absolute worst car wash. The only reason I go is because it’s conveniently located next to other businesses that I visit and it’s close to home. Every time I come here it gets worse and worse. I’m literally pulling out of the parking lot as we speak and there’s nothing but bird poop all over the side of my car that I asked them to please get off with a pre-wash or whatever they needed to use. I offered to pay extra money for the wash and also always get the top/most expensive choice which is supposed to include all the bells and whistles. The inside is never vacuumed or wiped down thoroughly. And when you complain to one of the workers, no one does anything to compensate or help. I will never be going back there, I might as well throw money right out the window, what a waste.

It’s really a shame as it’s a very convenient car wash for me however it’s not worth it. The windshield is never cleaned. The guys barely do a pre wash spray. Then a different guy goes to scrub the windshield however they don’t even do the other side which happens to be the driver side. The drying is atrocious. They have an older man and woman doing the drying and tire shine. Well neither gets done. They must be diluting the tire shine so much with water as I live a mile away and my tires are dry with no shine. My windows look horrible and water spots everywhere from no drying being done. This is not a one off situation either, I have been going there for over a year once a week and I’m over it. It never gets better. Today was the last straw. I guess I will have to go out of my way rather than patronizing my local car wash.

I went to this car wash five years ago when I first moved to Hawthorne. They scratched the side of my SUV pretty good so I never went back. Fast forward to today and I found out they have new owners. I went today to give them another try and they cracked off a nice piece of my front lip. 2 visits and damage both tines!!! Don't go here if you value your car!

Horrible car wash- save your money. I paid for highest end interior and exterior wash offered - there was still dirt marks all over the wheel, seats , and doors on interior as well as dirt on the carpets. There was also mud and bug splatter on the exterior. When I returned back and told the individual I was unhappy with the wash he was extremely rude and defensive insisting that the service was adequate and I “didn’t pay for a detail”. Meanwhile it all came clean when he wiped it - he continued being combative with me and my husband forcing me to go around my car and point out every single area I was unhappy with instead of just quickly wiping everything down. I told him I’ve received many washes I’ve never gone back anywhere to complain. In response to that he says “yeah you do this every time” I am disgusted by his behavior - not how you treat a customer who merely pointed out the fact the interior was still quite dirty and asked if it could be wiped.

They do ok on cleaning the cars. But they don't clean tires or rims. Even if u ask them to please ill pay extra. They say yes. Yet they are still dirty better to pay for a simple wash. Not spend over 20 or more for a good wash.

They can't pay me enough to go back to this scam. This car wash deserves negative stars, not only did they not clean my whole car exterior, they also scratched up my entire side panel door and window. They merely spray some water around the car so you can't notice until its fully dry when you get home. If you like paying to get your car sprayed w some water and scratched up, this is the place for you

I went for the a complete wash today. I had a satisfactory exterior wash once before. I was going to get a mid price until I saw the outstanding job being done on the car ahead of me and decided to go for the super. 2-3 men thoroughly cleaned the inside including taking out the mats and spraying them. A good wash down and then an excellent drying by 2 men. Very satisfied and will return!
