I've never gotten my car washed there, but I can say this: trying to turn the corner from Franklin Ave. on a busy day like today, is a nightmare. It is an accident waiting to happen. Total gridlock causing a lot of frustration for drivers.

If I could give it a zero I would, I came here and got more stains on my car after. Decided to give it a second chance, still the same thing plus scratches ALL over my car. Ridiculous (update 9/11/24): they lied about the car in the review saying how they told us on the phone we needed detailing. Said they would give a refund and didn’t. Had to go in person and show them the proof and then they proceeded to tell me that I SCRATCHED MY OWN CAR and they did not. After yelling saying the same thing for 5 minutes they finally decided to give me the refund. Moral of the story; don’t go here and if you have anything less than a luxury car they will belittle you like they did to us. Honestly this place is a joke just save your time. Sucks cause I really wanted to love it.

I go to this car wash from time to time and enjoy the job it does. The line in all seriousness isn’t so bad, although it’s annoying to have to sit in. My only complaint is the blockage of the right lane of franklin ave increasing the risk of an accident. I understand it may impact business for them but both lanes really should remain clear on a busy road like franklin ave is

I’ve been a consistent costumer for 2 years with 2 different vehicles, Cadillac and new Limited F150…. The manger Arturo share a poor example of customer service constantly, very repulsive behavior towards certain customers and people…. Has no problem telling customers not to return and cancel their membership is his first suggestion to any issue…. For example, a VIP membership consists of tire shine, often the car wash will shine only one side of tires….. when confronted about the reoccurrence, “manager “ Arturo suggested I should cancel my membership... Go to RVC , better service. “Manager “ Arturo says ownership is sleeping and he’s IN CHARGE here. (Franklin Square).

This is an automated drive thru car wash. They put your car on a belt and put it through while machines clean it. I would give this 3 stars but they don’t have a machine that dries your car. You have to do that yourself by getting out of your car and manually wiping the vehicle yourself. Not sure what they’re charging $13 for but it’s not worth going to this place.

Honestly the worst car wash I have ever seen in my life. $16 for an exterior wash and this is what my wheels look like after they were done. Not to mention they didn't even try the car off. I spent an extra 10 minutes by myself trying it off with a rag. How could you walk away from a completed vehicle knowing the wheels look like this and say it's complete? Literally an embarrassment

Wouldn’t go so far as to call it a car wash. More of a rinse. Plan for another 15 mins after to finish washing and drying it yourself Vacuums aren’t good Impossible to maneuver in and out of when it’s busy Spend the extra $10 and go somewhere legit

This is a great place especially if you wash your car more than 3x a week. Fast and quick. No extra B.S. and for the price you pay, you actually get a clean car. Thank Harry. FYI: get a monthly membership, if cheaper than more place even if you wash your car 2x a month. It’s still worth it.

First time coming to this car wash at first you see the line and want to check in on the people to see if they are okay because 80% need to go home they’re cars are spotless they don’t need a car wash “tell me you have OcD without telling me you have OCD” then you see why because they have unlimited car wash memberships. Unfortunately as it was too late for me to get out of the line I see people vacuuming their own car and taking trash out….. then my car gets washed I come out first I can’t find a spot to park and I’m looking to see who is going to dry my car because it’s wet… I go to one of the guys with blue jacket and he rudely tells me each person do for them selves I’m literally 5’1 how im going to reach anywho…. I will tell you who needs to go here anyone who wants appreciate immigrants work your hands get so cold I couldn’t dry my car and I’m going to get a real car wash today. I’m going to pay $25 instead of $23 and get the frustration I had with this carwash.

Came at 450 for a wash. Person manning the line told me no vacuum it's too late. I said ok will you give me the wash for cheaper then? I'm on line and I've been waiting. He said no. I left. Great customer service guys!

The uber drivers are always hogging the vacuum areas and could not dry my car plus they are chilling there and talking to each other. Tight space for car wash. Please put limit on spots.

My first time here since it opened new. Definitely better than the old one that was there. Only thing here is you’re basically paying for an exterior wash only. everything else you do on your own. Commercial grade vacuums available for own use. There weren’t any clean rags when I went to wipe the outside and there’s no spray or anything for the inside of your car. But hey it was $15 so I can’t complain that much. $20/month membership which is interesting id probably do it.

Worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. My car came out still dirty, with mud on the sides and streaks all over the windows. The tires weren’t cleaned at all and there was soap residue left everywhere. When I complained, the staff didn’t care. No apology, no offer to rewash, just attitude. I basically paid to have my car sprayed with water. Complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very small area my left side mirror is scratch. I don’t like I naver come to this car wash. Hey everyone, be careful the car wash otherwise broke your left right mirror
