I went to Harbor Freight in Fort Smith on June 24, 2025. "Red" proceeded to take a phone call while he was in the middle of ringing me up and made ME hold while he dealt with someone else for quite a while. Then when the transaction was complete, he handed me my receipt without making eye contact OR saying a word. He didn't say "Thank you" or "Have a nice day" or anything.

We come here to buy one single item and leave with both of our hands full!! I just love walking around in the store. Everything is put away and it's not messy, it's very organized. They have prices on everything. I have almost anything that you would need their.

Always busy neighborhood Harbor Freight. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable (ask for Matt if you need anything - he's awesome!). The prices are cheaper than other big box tool shops but you should do research on products before grabbing tools (if you have concerns). If you opt for the yearly membership, you get a lot of special pricing, discounts, and freebies throughout the year. Great place to stop in for staples like tarps, zip ties, cable straps, LED shop lighting, and various other daily staples for the home and garage.

Friendly informed clerks. Very helpful . Great selection of tools. I built up a whole collection of hand and power tools without going broke. As a DIYer, these tools are perfect and they have everything you need for any project...big or small.

Tools of course are a great price, and excellent quality for the money! Service is always good here at this location but like everywhere else locally in this day and age they're a little short staffed at times. Not a huge issue, considering the quality of tools for the money though to be honest, and I'd take it every time if it means keeping harbor freight in business. Employee's are nice and helpful every time I've gone in at this location. Love harbor freight tools!

Every time I go, I still think about and visualize the layout of the old JoAnn fabric store that used to be in this building. Anyway, for some reason I enjoy wandering around a store like this looking at all of the Chinese things I never knew I needed but they have some things that other places do not and so we usually go here with a purpose and just buy what we went in there for. The store is neat and orderly and staff have always been friendly and helpful. Only improvement would be adding free popcorn like Atwood’s has and like Yeagers used to. But then they might have to raise product prices…so on second thought, leave it like it is.
