This was my first time every going into a Harbour Freight store. This place was amazing compared to the Lowe’s next door especially for pricing and availability on power tools. Isaac that works there was super helpful! He was helping customers, ringing them up at the checkout line, answering the phone and grabbing large inventory from stock and wheeling it out to the customer’s trucks all at the same time and at lightning fast speed. Please give that man a raise and I will be back in the future.

99% of the time I can find what I need here. My only regret is everything‘s basically made in China. I’d be happy to pay a bit more if it was made here in the USA.

Store manager is always on point here, came in and had been told something wrong he helped me understand what the misleading advertising from corporate meant but still made it right for me, every time I come I'm I get great deals especially with coupons and the quality is certainly much better than in the past they are stepping up the game! Over the years I conti5 going here and it's been that same store manager always coming in helping and going the extra mile to make things more than right, can't recommend this location enough. The recent remodel has made it nice as well!

Zero customerservice skills with both workers and the manager Brandon. Website states tool sets I needed are in stock when actually the only tool sets I needed were missing pieces. Was told to pull my replacement socket out of a set on the shelf. Finally, after standing in line 3 times and asking for assistance, I got the manager to find the correct socket I needed and I left without purchasing any other tools. Shelves were not stocked.

Whenever I go into Harbor Freight in Idaho Falls, ID, I get the same feeling I used to get as a little boy when I walked into a Western Auto store or the Toy Department at King’s!!!! It’s the feeling of “I know they have what I came in for, but I also know I’m going to see some things I didn’t know I needed until I got there!!!! Thank Heavens I made it into Harbor Freight when I did”!!!!! If you want to lower you A1C, lower your blood pressure and blood sugar, shrink your prostate, dissolve your cataracts, dissolve the plaque in your arteries, lose weight, make your hearing and eyesight better, gain more confidence, make yourself more attractive to the opposite gender, become a better public speaker and get a 15% gain in the fuel mileage of your favorite vehicle…… If you want all these things and possibly more, get your sorry carcass down to your closest Harbor Freight Store!!!! I promise you will find something you need, even if you didn’t need anything before you get there!!!! Your mileage and your attraction to the opposite gender may vary!!!!🤪😵💫😳🫣🥴

They were great at helping me, it would have been 5 Stars but I could only get store credit for my never opened generator (over 550.00), it was over the 90 days. And I found out you can't get you $back on extended warranty after 90 days (lost 200). Other than that they always have decent prices and tools.

For some reason this location is super uptight. They act like this is a snap on store. I get looks from the pretentious old guys in their all the time. I've spent thousands at HF. Wish there was a different location to go to. Used to love going to HF. Since I moved to IF Im always reluctant to go here. Plus the cashier's always asking for my physical address. I'm not telling you where I live. You don't need that information.

Picked up the 3500 watt inverter generator with a $100 of coupon. Awesome generator. You just have to learn what to but and what NOT to buy from this place. There's a good amount of YouTube videos out there reviewing harbor freight tools. Some are great, some are garbage.

My dad and I came to purchase a safe that was listed on sale and we were promptly helped. We were helped by Chris who also noticed we didn’t get the sale price and took the receipt to be refunded and sold at the correct amount. This store is well stocked compared to my store back home. A bit on the dark side could use better lighting. As always harbor freight has improved by leaps and bounds with there line up of tools. Having add what I would consider true professional tools to the market. This store is easy to access being on one of the main drags in town. Give them a try the tools quality might shock you.

Great customer service and great place to get household tools. You can get a club membership price currently at $30 a year to get low prices on certain items. Pretty good if you are a frequent shopper. Overall the atmosphere is great and they go through great lengths to make sure you are satisfied.

It was a great experience!! I went because my son's birthday was the following day, and he wants to be a professional ninja when he grows up, lol! An associate walked with me throughout the store helping me come up with different ideas on what would be great for him. He was very happy with his ninja-set(tools) he received for his birthday!! Also, I have to mention, outstanding prices along with the personal customer service!! I highly recommend this store!!
