Customer interaction was great. The pricing seemed pretty high. Was not pleased with the hand wax on our vehicle, and the cleaning inside was not great but not terrible. I expected better results all around for how many high-end vehicles come to this establishment. Don't plan on returning for waxing/interior cleaning in the future.

I have been going to this car wash for a couple of years and they are always extremely professional. Eric, the owner is very nice & respectful and he constantly make sure before I drive away that everything is done right. I am very picky and particular and I am always happy upon picking my car at the end of the day. A solid five stars 👍🏻

This car wash is by far the absolute worst! The owners son is extremely disrespectful! He literally cursed at me! After going to this car wash for 8 years- and being a loyal client, I couldn’t believe my ears when he yelled at me and cursed me out! I would NEVER recommend anyone going to this establishment!!!! The treatment was brutal! It’s so unfortunate the owner would absolutely lie in his response. None of that ever took place. I am so happy I no longer go there. Such poor and acceptable service. This is extremely unfortunate. Please if you need your car washed go to the car wash next to them on the corner of Spaulding. MUCH BETTER SERVICE!

I’ve been coming to happy days for a little over a year now. I moved over 30 minutes away and still make the drive there because it’s the only place that has my car immaculate. I have 3 children so my car can get pretty bad because I don’t always have time to make it to get a wash, and every time I leave happy days I leave with a brand new vehicle.

my car is extremely important to me and i was worried when i was reading reviews as it was getting washed but my car looks reallyy good and clean ! plus they had complimentary snacks and drinks 🙏 ( i got the outside washed and it was 22 which isn’t bad either )

I think this place is probably the best hand wash in North Atlanta, even better than California Hand Wash. The primary reason being they probably employ the best drying technique. While not perfect, it is probably the most gentle producing the least amount of swirls. Could they improve with the use of a pressure washer? Could they have a better system in place to speed up the wait time? Yes, but I’ve learned any commercial hand wash is going to have its pros and cons and this place at its core, is probably the most gentle on your paint.

Paid for the “delux” but interior had many spots missed. Big dirt streaks that should have been obvious on black leather missed. Pack included floor mats to be washed but they still look dirty. Expected seats to be clean but back seat still messy. Def not worth the extra money. Would have probably had same result if paid for basic service

They asked for payment and tip BEFORE doing the wash. What message does that send to customers? Tip for businesses - please do not do that. You look like a SCAMMER if you do that.

Spoke with the owner today about detailing truck. He told me they were open till 6 o’clock showed up at four and the bar was across entrance with all the signs saying Open . sunny day. I called. He answered himself and said sorry we decided to close early and cut our losses today. Then he proceeded to walk out of the building, right past my truck and left. Don’t waste your time or money. Absolutely zero work ethic.

I should have read the comments before deciding between this car wash and the one next to them. They cleaned as far as the appearances and a quick glance can admit. No door sills, handles, floor, no thoroughness at all. You can see it "clean" and dirty at the same time. Basic pricing means that they literally won't care about doing a good job, apparently.

Happy Days Car Wash has been my go to for hand car washes for a long time. The staff there are always very nice and courteous. They have always done good work on my vehicles. They keep the waiting area, inside and outside, nice. Plus they have been reliable. I've seen a few hand car wash businesses come and go over the years, but Happy Days has been here for the long haul.

The price is about right for the service promised but at times they forget to clean what they need to. Had to come back and waist an additional 30 minutes of my kids time because they failed to clean and vacuum all the truck including the trunk. I have 5 kids so yes they can get messy but thats why I pay the extra for the truck to be cleaned and vacuumed properly.

I have supported this business for more than two years, but the level of service has become consistently unacceptable. Nearly every time I picked up my vehicle, I found obvious areas left completely uncleaned—especially in the trunk of my van, along the inner door panels, and other spots that should not be missed if anyone is paying attention. I repeatedly had to point these issues out, and the manager would come out, see the mistakes for himself, and then clean the areas personally. This has happened at least three times, which is completely unreasonable for a paid service. During my most recent visit, I clearly told the manager at drop-off that I wanted the van cleaned thoroughly because of the repeated issues. Despite that, the same mistakes were made again. When I pointed out the missed areas, he became irritated instead of taking responsibility for the ongoing poor service. I paid $60 for that cleaning, and the quality was still not acceptable. Shortly afterward, I used the restroom and realized my phone was missing. I checked everywhere, including the restroom, and when I couldn’t find it, I asked the manager to review the CCTV for security purposes. Not only did he refuse, but he became hostile, tried to remove me from the property, and showed zero concern for the situation. I had no choice but to call the police. When the officers arrived, the manager continued refusing to check the cameras and stated that only a detective on another day could review the footage. Thankfully, one of the responding officers personally checked the restroom again and found my phone there. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, I was told not to return to the business and was issued a trespass warning—despite being the customer and the one who had been repeatedly patient with their mistakes. I later learned the manager is reportedly the owner’s son who has taken over the business, which explains the lack of accountability. I do not take leaving negative reviews lightly, but this experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and alarming. Customers deserve better. I will no longer be returning, and neither will my friends or family. Consider this a warning to others—using this establishment. I wish I could leave a review without the 1star.
