They spent like 20 mins on my car... which if you think about it is a very good thing. Surprised they charge almost normal carwash prices for detailed handwash.

Overall an okay service, not the best but not the worst. The only bad thing is the guy .. who charges you for the service he has an ugly rude attitude...also the prices are some what reasonable but I wouldn't get the full service or at least not expect much from it.

Great car wash. Abraham runs a great operation. And they have a coffee shop attached so you can hang out there while you have your car washed. Great place!

The new owner “manager” is very rude and inconsiderate. I WAS a regular there even after the old managers left. I told him what I wanted done and instead of him trying to help me, he attempted to overcharge me as if I’m stupid. After correcting him, he goes to change his mind but at that moment I was over it. Be careful. He’s more about money than customer satisfaction.

This business is very bad!!! I stopped here to wash my pick up truck and they hit the wheel well with the post for their carport !!! After I paid for my wash the lady stood right next to it so I wouldn’t be able to walk through that side to inspect it!!! But I saw them hit the truck when I was inside their cafe and told them when I came outside they tried to play it off by saying that the damage was their previously after they admitted that they hit it the owner said he would repair I tried to be nice and let them take care of the damage which was a big mistake that I should’ve just called my insurance cause they fixed it to where the damage is still visible and after having my truck at their shop for 2 weeks!!!

This car wash is the best car wash establishment I have ever been to. No machines all hand wash and detailing. You can get a excellent coffee while you wait, and believe you will not be waiting long, they have excellent speedy service. Price is right to boot!!

One of the best hand car wash places in Houston that I have visited recently. Hard working people. They cleaned the interior of my car with a lot of care and surprisingly were open on Thanksgiving. I will visit them again for sure. There is a coffee shop just behind it where you can sit and wait while your car is being cleaned.

Went to get a car wash and got my ticket to pay. Walk inside and see both employees eating so I figured someone else was going to help me nope, when they finally got around to finishing the conversation and most of their food one of them helped me. I ordered a coffee and waited literally 25min for my coffee until I finally made eye contact with the girl who took my order which also never got a receipt for my coffee and drink. I saw someone else order after me and get their drink before me. Once they were done washing my car I walk outside and noticed that my tire shine was just dripping all over the rims as if they rushed to put it on.I had to be back to work so couldn’t wait any longer. Most likely my first and last time getting my car washed here.

Beware: the employees who directly you into each lane of the wash are absolutely not qualified to do so. Different cars have different turning radiuses and therefore a long truck will turn differently from a small Corolla. They had one driver almost obliterate his side panel due to instructing the driver to pull forward while turning. If the driver had damaged his truck and had damaged the business’s property, the driver would have been responsible, not the idiots telling him that he had enough space and were telling him to drive forward. The quality of the wash and the quality of the interior clean is good. It is worth the $.

Finally stopped by this car wash one weekend on my way to work. I'm always busy with work or school and don't have time to wash my car anymore. Being picky, I never go to automatic car washes and only use hand car washes. Opted for the Presidential package ($25) and was impressed. They cleaned my car very well inside and out. The interior was spotless, they removed dirt and lint I was unable to clean myself. The waiting area has a beautiful coffee shop where you can buy a great cup of coffee and watch your car being cleaned. Have recommended them to friends and coworkers.

Great quality care wash for price. I was impressed with the quality of wheel cleaning hecause that is my biggest complaint with most places. They cleaned the drum, which is something i rarely see done. Thank you!

I got a car wash couple days ago, and the sale rep told me that the $80 car wash including the hand wax, but it didn't really provide it. In addition, since the package includes the mat cleaning, they pulled out my mats and washed it, but it didn't dry it out at all. Not only that, they folded my trunk mat in a ridiculous way so that after I open my trunk, I figure out my trunk mat is broken. PS: I ordered a ice Americano, it was very light. Just like a ice water with couple drips of coffee... even though it is lighter than my third pulling of coffee at home.
