Serious damage!!! Halethorpe Auto Spa Express is a fancy place and I used multiple time. But the robot chew my car and crush 😻 a 8 foot long molding on my Acura MDX. It crush it and would like payments on the damaged parts. So far they tell me my car was put together with scotch tape. No Acura don’t agree. This machine can take and damage your car.?? It happens to me and they did not feel sorry for it. A very bad experience!!!

On the morning of 01/24/2026, I visited this location as a Super member and received a standard wash. I went back around to make them aware cause I can see this happening on a busy day but it wasn't busy at all. I was offered another wash, but I declined due to concerns about the potential wear/ tear on my vehicle. I then asked if I could receive a coupon for a future visit instead to give to someone else but Max informed me that this was not possible. I was surprised by his response, as I had previously been given a coupon in a similar situation, and the recipient subsequently became a member attached to my account, resulting in a monthly discount on my second vehicle. Max's unwillingness to provide a coupon, while offering another wash, seemed counterintuitive. As a loyal customer attempting to bring in new business, I felt undervalued. I requested Max's business card, which he provided, along with the Customer Relations Department's contact information, which I plan to contact during regular business hours.

Amazing place , always loved getting my car washed here. Came by today and unfortunately locked my keys in my car and the SUPERRRSTARS of Auto Spa Express , the manager Ms.Demi and Mr.Nick were able to get my car unlocked under 5 minutes ! They were so extremely helpful and professional and are a truly hardworking amazing team ! I had a major problem where my credit card was charged twice in the same month and although one employee said there was nothing that could be done and it may take up to a week to clear up the Location Manager Jamila Mitchell step in and made sure my money was refunded back to my card and apologized for any inconvenience and just went out of her way to make sure I knew she took the matter seriously. Again MAJOR THANKS JAMILA MITCHELL you are the best.

This car wash is very unprofessional they treat their associates like slaves instead of employees. They have them outside power washing in the cold the rain the snow and heat, don't care when they fall and hurt themselves they put them back to work I have came there early in the morning to have a car wash and vacuum my car and seen employees standing outside waiting for management to open the building and most of them have been standing there for about an hour or more in the cold and the heat customer service is bad the management don't care about customers they don't smile they don't greet you most of them when you come to the window have an attitude have an angry look on their face as if you're bothering them most of the employees are on their phones at all times I suggest that the person who owns the company comes and takes a look at this building and the management that is upholding it they're very very unprofessional the manager Jamila is very unprofessional rude and has no customer service

I need to edit my first review which you can see below… the car wash has gotten really bad. First, they charged more now for monthly packages. Then the car wash ripped my back window wiper off and bent the actual mechanism. Finally, the vacuums never work and are always broken and have no suction. Needless to say, I cancelled both monthly packages I had and won’t be back. First review: Tried the new car wash and was so impressed I signed up for the monthly for two of my vehicles. The monthly includes unlimited (once a day) car washes per month plus free vacuums and floor mat washers. I wish they had the free interior dressing/window cleaner/fragrance spray bottles to use at the vacuum stations like other new car washes in the area have. Hopefully this location upgrades to that and stays nice, maintained, and clean.

The Halethorpe Auto Spa Express Car Wash has officially opened and today they offered FREE car washes. Ever so happy, I took up the offer. There was a smooth flow of cars through the line. Staff were so congenial and helpful. I received literature about the different membership packages. Staff input my service request and provided guidance. I easily moved through the lane following instructions. My vehicle did not click or clunk when getting on the conveyor belt. Kudos to the engineers! The wash process reminded me of being at a disco. So many beautiful lights. All of the lights led me along safely even telling me to RELAX (I thought: “Auto Spa’s Got This”). Upon exiting I drove up to the vacuum stations which were so neat and tidy although not available yet. I left Auto Spa as a very Happy Camper!😊

I do like the fact that you can vacuum after your wash. They even have machine's there to wash your floor mats. Clean towels are provided as well and the customer service is fairly decent.

Ive been a member since December and start having an issue with my membership being canceled. I initially signed up at the Hanover location and routinely visited HaLethorpe for convenience. As a result of hiccups and finally getting the membership issue resolved, Jamila got right on the matter and resolved the issue and explained that they have a new system and the system migration is not flawless. Jamila was so comforting in assuring me she was going to rectify the issue. Her demeanor, knowledge and compassion in listening to me was exceptional. This facility is always well staffed and everyone is great and the membership plans are definitely a bang for the buck. This was my first time coming here and I’m hooked! I love driving around in a clean car. I paid for the $25 wash and I am so impressed! I will definitely be back and am considering the membership. The $25 wash included tire shine too which is a nice touch! The free vacuums were awesome, I was able to clean out my whole car and it looks brand new! The clean microfiber towels were great too. Plenty of vacuum spaces. Easy to get to. There is a free mat cleaner available to use as well, I did not use it

This is my favorite carwash to go to the service is second to none Jamila Mitchell and Herb Wilson as well as the staff are Second to none if you have any issues they get right on it in a millisecond!!!
