Great friendly place. The attendant did a great job explaining what each wash did what was appropriate for my rarely washed well traveled ride. Between the guys scrubbing and the machine my ride looked restored. The DIY vacuums were nice and powerful and cleaned out interior in a handful of minutes.

There’s two things keeping this from 5 stars - 1. Many times as of late the vacuums and air compressors aren’t actually turned on, and 2. You get very different service depending on time of day you come for a wash. 6/10 times you will get a very thorough prep spray and rinse, mirror fold-in, etc. followed by a great hand towel dry post-wash. The other 4 times you’ll get skipped for the pre wash prep, no mirror fold and a hit or miss towel dry. They also raised prices recently, still better value for the lowest cost wash than other spots in Vegas, but would be more warranted if service was more consistent. I’ve been using this car wash for almost a year and have seen many of the same faces which says a lot for a high turnover industry - so if the price increase was due to paying your employee well I’m all for it.

I love their car wash. They power wash debris off your car really well prior to entering car wash. My car always comes out super clean. $16 for the top tier wash. Best quality drive thru car wash in town! They towel dry your car and you can use their high powered vacuum lot.

Thought all car washes were pretty much the same. But these guys are next level. Had bugs on my windshield from a road-trip and they scrubbed the windshield clean before it even went into the wash. Super nice, friendly service. Great experience all around!!

***Update: Since ownership cared enough about my review to invite me back and take care of my carwash and experience Im giving this place another chance. I'll update this again after I return and re-evaluate my experience*** I have to say, I'm disappointed. I've been coming here for years and liked this car wash until the one and only time I brought in a receipt to get a rain re-wash from the prior week. For those that don't know, this place states that they guarantee that they'll let you come back in amd get your car re-washed if it rains within 48 hours of getting it washed. This finally happened to me so I brought in my receipt and the girl working the window said "this receipt is from last week". I said "yeah, it rained the next day after I got my car washed and I've been busy ever since, but now I'm here and want to get rewashed". She says "no, you gotta bring it in after 48 hours" to which I replied it was still raining at that time. She stands there and just says "it's been too long, you can't get it washed and our guarantee isn't valid" lol. Wow. It's been 6 days. I'm really big on honesty and doing business with places that keep their word and have integrity, so although this place did do a decent job washing my car, I won't be doing business here any longer, sadly.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for about 6 years now. It was great for a while. But over the past year or so it’s been going downhill. Prewash is spotty and rushed, the people drying really don’t do that great of a job. Seems like the vacuums have even lost their suction. lol!

What a great car wash! The workers were nice and it was so convenient. They really scrubbed your car down before you go into the automatic car wash part. And if you get the service that includes the towel dry at the end, they're waiting for you patiently to dry your car! Even if it's out of the way, I'd keep going to this car wash over other ones around town.

Update: I don't know if their short staff but lately I haven't been able to get in especially in the morning. Just like clockwork I come to get gas and coffee but the door is locked....at 730 am. No one can be found,not even at the car wash attendant which is post to be there. Old review:Friendly service, they did a pretty decent job of drying off the water after the wash unlike most other car washes I been to which I had to go out and personally clean up after it was done.

What a NICE car wash. We got the #1 because it was only $16 and we’re used to $20+ back home and they don’t do the hand drying and super nice vacuum station either. They do a very good job with a pre wash before entering the automatic washing. They do a nice rinse, scrub with a brush and an additional rinse before entering! The guys were very thorough with drying and the tire shine stuff. Definitely 5 stars here!!

I've been coming here for the last 3 years. Quality has went extremely down hill over the last 6 months... i always get the #1 package. My visit today cemented me never coming back. Incase management cares about who was working @ 3:30 on 04/9/24 The gentlemen who you pay at the booth seemed like he hated the fact that he was there, but he at least put some effort into rinsing the car before it went in the wash. The other guy? Not so much effort. The people that are drying the car left water on the car still ie; side view mirrors, Cargo door. The worst part of all is that I pay for the rim to be cleaned and shined and I just experienced the laziest work. One guy grabbed the shine, spent less than 2 seconds on driver side tire, and then spent less than 2 on the driver rear tire, and this shows on the rim. All 4 tires and rims have dirt everywhere, on the rim all along the sides, and the tire wasn't touched when usually this is always cleaned and shining black. Tires look like they've been everywhere but a car wash. I've had to go back in the past and ask them to redo rims and tires but at this point I'm done. Pictures going up on yelp. Please hire people that actually want to work there. Your most recent reviews indicate I'm not the only one experiencing issues.

AVOID Haddie’s! We had our Jeep washed there about two weeks ago. During the wash, as we sat in the car, the brushes came forward to wash the front end. The brush got caught in the grill of our Jeep Wrangler Sport. The onsite team turned off the brushes and grabbed the grill as quickly as they could—but not before it had knocked into our turn signal lights and broken them. Theclips that hold the grill into place were also broken. We filed a damage claim, then waited for the Manager, John, to contact us. We called a second time. Then we went there in person, but John was not there. An employee on site kindly gave his direct dial number but when we reached him— and despite the fact that we offered to share the cost of the damage by paying for the replacement of the clips —he refused to cover the damaged lights because of a 1/4’ rust spot on the body! He also screamed at us and said we had no right to call him directly and that we were “harassing” him. A company that can’t acknowledge their responsibility clearly doesn’t care about customers or their vehicles. DON’T GO TO HADDIES UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR COSTLY REPAIRS TO DAMAGE THEY CAUSE.

I always enjoy a positive experience when engaging Haddie's. The staff are all very professional and polite while displaying an experienced alacrity towards completing the task at hand from pre-wash to drying and detailing. And I am always pleased with the results of such cordial efficiency. My truck always beams when I pull away. I highly recommend Haddie's for a great experience and superior car wash.

I was happy to find this place when I first moved to Las Vegas. I thought it was a great value because they do a prewash and then you go through the actual car wash and as you come out, they start drying it off for you so it actually looks good when you leave. Then, you can go use the vacuums if you want to. :-)

This gas station HAD the best salads! Better than most food joints.. they have a little deli in here that makes breakfast and lunch. The salads was always a good portion with a fair amount of toppings and it was under $10 … today I went in there and unfortunately, the salads are no longer super great.. because they were only half full .. still in the same bowl as before, so it looks not complete and the price is still the same.. this gas station was my favorite simply because of the salad :(

I prefer this place over other places like WOW bc they take the time to do a pre wash and get the parts of my van that the actual car wash won’t get and they also wipe down after as well. They don’t have as many spots for to vacuum so if you go during a busy time you might have to wait
