I was given a "rain check" for 5 cases of water by an HEB clerk because the cases of water were on sale and there were none left. Several weeks later, I returned to the store to purchase them. I was then told that I could only have 2 cases. I became agitated because their employee wrote up the "rain check" for 5 not 2. I wanted the store to adhere to what their employee notated on the "rain check"! The Male supervisor refused and stated I could return the next day and discuss it with the manager. Please note, the clerk never gave me the "rain check" back. I abhor incompetence in big corporations. I feel it is managements' responsibility to make sure that employees are educated and informed so they can successfuly serve customers. Instead of spending my time and gas on returning to the store (which is costly for me), I've chosen to never return and instead have chosen to share my experience with my 3 large women's group.

Same thing here got some good employees and very helpful. Just everybody here in this community is waiting for H-E-B to build the brand new HEB here in Port Arthur Tx. I think if they could get the union hall Plus the property where the church used to sit. there will be a good size H-E-B store

I love going to HEB it's got everything I need n want been shopping there since they open. They have great sales. That's my store I know where everythings at. The meat is always so fresh. They also have fresh produce. As far as my grocery that's the only store I shop at.

Consequent this store a lot and all very well only that there is an older cashier! I have not noticed his name tag, but he is between 50-60 years old, his treatment is very bad, even if one as a client improves his attitude !!

I went their and purchased my groceries and some good quality meat from great cashiers and experienced wonderful customer service. I received wonderful customer assistance from their employees as I always do!!!! I just love shopping at H.E.B.!!!!

I went in all the stuff was old, the sushi was made two days ago, the milk already expired, everything is misplaced or out of stocked, the person who checked me out was so rude towards me and my mother. My mother tried lighting the mood by cracking a joke and the check out person replied in an extremely rude way. This ruined my mothers morning. Definitely not coming back again

Parking is too congested. Some cashiers need to practice being more customer friendly. The young men hardly ever ask if you need help getting your purchases out to your car. They have really great managers so I'm hoping that they will work on these soon. UPDATE: NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED AS OF YET. Painfully obvious that I may just have to bypass this HEB. Manager Jessica is no Mr Eric but hopefully corporate can get this location to value its customers

This review is NOT for the Gulfway location!! It’s for the Hwy 365 location, but apparently they only allow one review per email 😡. Anyway, I had a grocery pickup for 7:30, for the first 30 minutes I was circling and circling trying to find a pickup spot!! Like make it make sense H-E-B!!! U got 77 people picking up and 12 spots 😡. Even Walmart expanded their pickup spots so people don’t have to fight in the parking lot for a simple space. On top of that, why give me a 30 min window and it takes a freaking hour for my 13 item order to come out!! IT MAKES NO TYPE OF SENSE. Next time, Walmart pickup for me 😡

I love my curb service at HEB. I've had some issues. My concern, whoever are picking the fresh items apparently don't know what fresh look like. I'm prone to just go back and grocery shop for myself.
