I bought car battery yesterday that had a 3 year warranty but lasted 7 years. My 20 year old car will continue to have batteries from AutoZone as it has had so far.

My daughter goes in for a new battery , the parts boy was to busy asking for her snap chat and getting upset that she wouldn’t give it to him that he put the battery on backwards. He went and got the manager and the manager flipped it around and said it would be fine. NO IT IS NOT FINE, had to tow it out because they blew the fuses and the alternator(which had previously been checked) Sexual harassment is real and punishing a young girl by purposely stranding her is not the way to get it !

Store manager says can't return battery since it was installed in vehicle. Date 04/30/2024 12:10 if that's kinda manager have I wouldn't use this store

Called up, they said my battery needed to be programmed, I was like alright but could you still put it in. They said sure, drove to the store and the refused to put it in. Wasted my gas and time

Great service got everything I needed, however while speaking to the associates they didn't seem to be confident about the information they were giving me when I asked them a question still a great store though the associates didn't seem very insightful or knowledgeable about the products still 5 star experience thanks auto zone..

My husband and I went to this location to test my car battery. The worker said the tester was broken which was fine. I asked my husband if we should just charge it or buy a new one. The worker interrupted us and said "hello, comprende"!! My husband and I were speaking English the whole time! He was so rude and racist with us. I spoke to the assistant manager about it and he didn't even care. Never again will i go there. Worst service Ebert

Friendly staff but it took a bit to find my online order. All of the items order were already at the store. When I placed my order it indicated I would be notified when it would be ready but I never was. It took the staff approximately 45 minutes to find out the order had already been fulfilled and was ready for pickup. Overall not a horrible experience but inconvenient.

Fidel was extremely helpful in finding the specific air filter we needed as well as being all around polite and professional. He helped us get the correct and affordable battery for our car. He then also helped us swap out the old for the new. His sociable and outgoing personality made the experience very pleasant in comparison to the normal visit for parts. Also, the audible commentary which I was told about but didnt hear was VERY much appreciated 😂😉

The guys there were very nice and helped me right away, the manager was kind enough to tell me how to install the part I needed. Although they did sell me the wrong part it was easily exchanged and all was good ☺ I was there after 9pm and there were a lot of crazy people walking by, lately there have been many game rooms opening up around town.

I went to get my battery checked & the guy that helped me was the manager. He checked the battery outside my car . Then he said the battery “was good” that is something draining the battery .” I must take it to a mechanic . “ Humm . I know my car so well and I know it was not that , so I proceed to take it to another auto zone in Nederland to get my “battery charged “ and the guy working there said that he was going to check it first and it showed on there “BAD BATTERY” .I knew I was right 😁 . Sad service and poor service .

Place a online order and paid for it to be express delivery l, same day. Never received my package to rudely be told it's a third party problem not theirs to call corporate. The guy at corporate was very professional but the employees at this store are not!!!!

Where do I begin? Kyra or Kara was her name. First, she answers a call from her son and proceeds to have a whole conversation with him about personal stuff WHILE she's helping me. Then, her attitude was so unprofessional and disrespectful. There was a man Don trying to help her help me and she stood there and put him down then demanded he go pull the part she pulled up for me. He is the ONLY reason I'm not giving one star. He helped me find my transmission fluid then carried it to the front. She seemed like maybe she was having a tough day at first, so I thanked her for what she did do. Well, she took that and ran with it. Proceeded to tell all the other employees how great she was. Then, while Don was actually trying to help her (because she was so busy boasting she was taking a while to close me out) she said "don't start with me boy!" That's a very degrading phrase. No one has the right to speak to anyone that way, especially not in the work place. Where is the respect for the individual??? She also asked me to give a Google review and said it goes a long way. Especially when an employee goes out of their way she said. Well DON went out of his way while Kara could use some lessons in soft skills and respect for others. So, thank you Don. I'm sorry you have to work with that. But you did a great job helping anyway.

Customer service is nonexistent here. I took off work because of back issues, thought coming here I could get some assistance. But, instead employees were rude & pretty much told me to do the work myself, exchanging my battery. Now why would I spend my hard earning money with people like that??

Very disappointed. Went to autozone this morning on gulfway drive, port arthur, TX. Was looking for "trim panel retainers". A young man went to see if he could find the 1 I brought with me that cane off my car. After about 4 minutes ge came back, he couldn't find it. He asked the manager, P.J. (who kept saying she was ready to go home) if they had that particular one. She then asked me if I would be replacing the door panel or someone else? I told her someone else. She replied " it's better if that person come, to eyeball it, because we have soo many and we wouldn't know which one". I went to the area to look for myself. After about 10 minutes I asked Google where could I buy them from? Autozone was 1 of the places that came up. I got on autozone website, put year, make, & model of my car. The panels came up with a reference number and company that makes them. I found them. Now here's the thing. Why as a manager she doesn't know that she could ho to the autozone website and find things in the store like I did? What if I would have just said okay, when she told me they have no way of knowing which ones to fit my car. I spent a total of 17 minutes in there unnecessarily. They need to do better. Did she just not feel like helping, or did she not know?

I went to AutoZone in hopes of receiving a new battery since the one I had was no longer working properly and I constantly needed to jump my car nearly everyday. Marybell at the front counter was so polite and had no problem with making sure I received the help needed. I'm so thankful that she took the time out to find a solution for me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is experiencing the same issue as me!
