Love the store! But all 4 women on the front end were rude, unprofessional and very dismissive of customers. 2 cashiers, 2 lines of 4 to 5 each. And one cashier closes her line, moving all to the only cashier. I watched 2 men put their merchandise down and walk out. I continued to shop so the line came down, I go back to front now 3 cashiers and a manager (female) and no customers. I checkout on a register that had a cardboard box in front of it, I placed all merchandise on counter as I could reach. The cashier was not rude but she was not engaging at all. Not the best shopping experience for sure...

Brought a tool back that I was told I could return without a receipt. Was told that I could exchange as long as I purchased a warranty. They took 60.00 off returned tool without explaining that's how it works. Terrible customer service

Excellent prices on great tools and other things. They even have a few household, garden and kitchen items, along with a few toys. They carry wireless electronic alarms and lighting. There's lots to check out in there and they run great specials. If you get on their mailing list they send you coupons for free items each time you go there.

Good, but too distracting for men. It's like taking a woman to Ulta. If you don't need anything, keep driving like you've got a 4'7 guy in Dulley acting like he'll run you off the road even though you're doing 90. You should budget before you walk in the door, because they've got great stuff.

Sometimes the workers are great sometimes they're not so great. That's the only reason for 4 stars. I've been to over a dozen Harbor Freight stores in 5 states. They're all pretty much the same and exactly what you expect. Cheap tools for temporary tasks up to some decent stuff that lasts a long time.

I decided to come to this location to look at purchasing a few little home tools for projects I have going on around the house and upon entry to the store I was greeted with outstanding customer service by a sales floor rep by the name of Debbie. She was quick to offer assistance and provide some deals that they have going on in store and just overall my experience with this location was really nice and very professional. Thank you again Debbie for providing top of the line customer service!

They are not return friendly. I bought an electric motor and battery charger, neither one worked correctly. After the 2nd try on the charger, I gave up but had to pay a 20% restocking fee, for defective product returns. So my 40 dollar defective charger with a 6.99 extended warranty plus tax yielded a 28.54 refund!!!!!! I lost 25 dollars on a 40 dollar product that was defective. Do Not buy an electric or mechanical item from these people.

Went to harbor freight and got a buffer so I can buff my car and get the scratches up out of it. The paint got a 2-year warranty and my service is great and perfect. Everybody was good and they're the employees to help me find what I was looking for.

Purchased a Braun tactical light after waiting for it to become in stock. The tail cap latch broke less than 6 months since purchase. Harbor Freight customer service is absolute garbage, said the product is warrantied for 90 days only. Stay away, just buy TLR1 and go to Lowes/Home Depot, this shop’s products are garbage

Prior to sharing my observations from today's visit, I wish to underscore that my previous experiences at this establishment have consistently featured exemplary service. However, today's encounter did not align with those prior occasions. Today, I encountered an employee who exhibited a dismissive demeanor. My objective was to acquire a wet vacuum equipped with a pump system. I was summarily directed with the words, "aisle ten." Before I could request further assistance, the employee abruptly turned and departed. Recognizing that it was early and that morning operational routines can present challenges, I proceeded to aisle ten. Upon failing to locate the desired item, I sought assistance from another staff member, but I encountered the same employee. His behavior was the same, with one exception: this time he told me to go to "aisle eleven." The results were identical. In the past, the employees have walked down the rows of products to assist with the purchase. Not this guy. However, he was good at pointing a finger in the proper direction, turning and walking away, and saying, "aisle _______ whatever."
