If you need your part right away this is the place,don't go the other o'Reilly store in Nederland, they don't know sht.. about cars guarantees and stuff. This is the auto parts store where you want to shop ,they know what they do and what they have ,all the people working there are helpful.

Carrol was amazing today . I just can't say thank you enough. It's always I intimidating for a female to purchase auto parts or it use to be (not so much anymore) I drive a diesel truck for work (so much more to learn when àll u have ever driven is gas automóviles ...this store manager went out of his way helping me with product and answering 101 questions that I had for him .

I went there to get my rotors turn on the machine this one old man name Coral he looked at them and he told me they trash I've been doing mechanic work since 2009 and I knew my rotors they are thick and they can be shaved with no problem I went to Jerry front end on Memorial they was really nice and really good service they turn my rotors my rotors now work like a brand new I find out my rotors they are not trash the old man Coral he is trash

I went in to get my wiper blade. I won't say there young man's name because im SURE it was an accident, but he broke a specific piece on my car. That was ok. TO LIE ABOUT IT AND SAY THAT SOMEONE ELSE MUST HAVE DONE IT, WAS NOT OK. I found that piece as I backed out of their driveway, so for lack of integrity I have no choice but to give 3 stars. He did earn those for his friendliness and willingness to help.

I knew something didn't sound right in my car. I pulled up to this O'Reilly's and I forgot the gentleman's name he had just moved to TX from Arizona and when I started my car he immediately said he knew at least one problem right away. We diagnosed a lot of things, and I got it to my mechanic and they said the same thing he did. Definitely recommend this location!!!!

Very frustrating every time I go to an O'Reilly store. This morning I called and the manager Carrol answered. He didn't have the part I needed but the College street store did. He said he could order it and have it on Gulfway at 2:30. I asked him to call me if it didn't come and he said it was no problem, it would be there. Well guess what? It wasn't there and he wouldn't come out and speak to me about it. We seem to have an issue each time we go. Seems to me with so much competition within half a mile, they would try harder to take care of the customer. I went across the street to Auto Zone and they had my part in stock and at a better price. I'm done with O'Reilly.

Battery died and I needed a new one like yesterday. Robert and Alberto made it happen in less than an hour- which was great because thats when my husband needed the car to go to work. I feel like anything that could have gone wrong with the transaction, did go wrong but between the two of them juggling my weird problems, along with a parking lot full of other peoples' problems, they got it done relatively quickly. I purchased brake light bulbs for my car at an O’Reilly’s in another town. My car was in Groves, and I didn’t have the correct tools to change the bulb. We drove to this O’Reilly’s, and they happily changed the bulb for me. Great service, and greatly appreciated!

I brought 2 batteries in to get tested. They were bought less than a year ago. They told me they would need to go uncharge for an hour and 40 minutes after 2 hours. I returned and they said they needed a charge for another 30 minutes after the 30 minutes. I returned and they told me they needed another hour. The people at the port author o'reilly's have no clue what the hell they're doing, they're slow and unfriendly, and unwilling to help
