This carwash is scamming community customers. I went for a single wash on June 23, 2025, and was greeted by friendly workers. The worker explained she was training a new worker, grabbed my card, and explained to the worker how to work the payment machine. I went back on July 5, 2025, for a single wash and was let in the wash without payment. I found this strange and went on with my day. To my surprise, I was signed up for an unlimited car wash with authorization, finding this out through charges to my bank account. I reached out to the Car Wash about this, and management defended the workers after I explained what happened. I let her know that this was fraud against customers, which she acknowledged, and I explained that this needed to be stopped immediately.

Very scammy place. We went in July 12 for a wash and they offered us unlimited washes until August 12 for $3. We agreed without knowing we were signing up for a $19.95 recurring membership. No monthly membership was mentioned, just $3 for a month. We are very savvy when it comes to recurring charges. The tech probably received an incentive and didn't explain we were signing on for life. They have a very complex process to undo, which we haven't accomplished yet.

UPDATING: The air gun issue still has not been resolved. Going to reduce my rating every time I go and they are still broken. Great cars wash. Most of the staff is friendly. I’ve had my membership since they first opened. My only complaint is… I wish they would replace/ fix the air gun handles. Most of them are broken or when you go to use them they have liquid coming out of them.

It’s Friday 10/31 and Im trying to get my car washed but they are basically closing up at 5 pm. Girl on her phone talking about personal problems. Nobody there to guide me in the Carwash. After that, all the towels are gone and trash bins are gone. It’s 6:00

I came regularly sing in for the membership. If you do your washing at least once a week is a good idea to get one. Today they has a problem with the drains I believe... It was informed to me by Jose, very professional and with a great attitude. I came back after 30 min it was fixed and Jose approach to me given me the info and invited me to go through first in case something else happened again. My 5 start to him as an employee to the pleace. To the management keep the good ones like him! Is nice to have someone that cares about your business and your customers.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE they don’t know what they’re doing at all and they cracked my windshield while washing my car the machine to do the car wash always breaks down. I have to use insurance now to replace my windshield that they broke !!!! This place will mess your car up and not pay for it or anything ! I spoke with the manger he said there is nothing they can do saying there is a “disclaimer” please read disclaimer before going if they mess up your windshield or mirrors they won’t be responsible for it you will .

I’ve been to Groves Carwash on Antoine several times, and every visit, Jahyre has been amazing. He’s always polite, helpful, and goes the extra mile—especially when it comes to assisting with my payment. It’s rare to find such consistent customer service. Thank you, Jahyre, for making each of my experience smooth and pleasant. Because of him, i signed up for the monthly service! I highly recommend this location for great customer service.

We had good expectations about this place but the opposite really happened, from the first day the customer service was terrible, the girl with whom we acquired the membership was rude and did not finish attending to us and put the plates of my car wrong even though I kindly asked her to correct it since the machine by itself was not going to let me continue by the automatic plate identification system, later another person activated the membership for her, they have good machines but they must strengthen the most important part, the customer service, a few days later we went to cancel the membership since whenever we are going to wash our car, this place has the washing area closed and they say that at the moment only the vacuuming area is working...
