Do not come here. These people will charge you for a monthly membership you never signed up for then will not answer your phone calls or emails when requesting a refund. All the other reviews are fake because they offer to give you a free drink from the cooler if you rate them 5 stars. Avoid this place at all costs!!!! You will not get refunded no matter how many times you email, call and text. They will continue to ignore you. Update: months will go by and this business will ignore all your phone calls and when once in a blue moon they do answer and you ask to speak with a manager they are somehow never around. Especially the “manager” named Adam. Not sure how this place is still running when it’s scamming people everyday.

I went there for a simple exterior wash and when the worker took my car to put it into the car wash my tire got caught in the track and it popped. The manager was very courteous and did all he could to help. They got a new tire and comped me a complete wash. My issue was the replacement tire. It had a pin hole in it and I only discovered the leak on my way home later in the day. I had to go to Mavis because they were the only place open and they had to fully replace the tire because the hole was in the wall. It wasn’t in the tread so it couldn’t be plugged. I called to see if they could help me out with my bill and I was offered free memberships and other perks that I really don’t care about to be perfectly honest. Maybe the monetary value of the offer was larger from what they said but I’m still out money for the repair. I just wanted to be made whole for the money I had to drop for the repair. I know the manager did all he could and was limited with what he could offer me. I have no issues with him so I blame the owner for this one by way of not doing the right thing. I wouldn’t have been in this mess if not for the original tire rupture and it created a hellish day where I didn’t get home until late at night waiting for this additional work to be done. If the monetary value of the offer was greater than the repair then you should’ve had no issue squaring up with me for the repair. Even a portion of it would’ve been better than nothing.

Sorry, today it really wasn't right. I noticed my car was left in reverse instead of neutral. Thank God, Adam was able to turn off the wash and set it back into neutral but, the trust is gone. that is just complete negligence. I was presented with an almost dry car. I had my own microfiber towel cloth to finish the rest, but other that don't will have a dirty car again after leaving. the floor mat was given to me completely soaked - my foot was slipping off the brake pedal. again, I can look past the bent front plate, the car still being wet, and the soaking wet floor mat, but the car being left in reverse is just too much.

Very easy to set up a membership I was paying $40 somewhere else for a membership where I would still have to clean on the inside myself and this one for an extra $10. They clean inside and out very easy process to set it up and they’re very nice. They also include a full detail once a month in that price!!!!Appreciate their services. they’re really good at what they do. They have great pricing and Adam is very helpful manager. 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend that no one go to this car wash. I hope they get run out of town. Either the company or someone who works there is a scammer and stole hundreds of dollars from me over a year long period. Without my consent they enrolled me in a monthly service. I only went to this place 1 time. When confronted about it the company first seems helpful but then refused to call me back and eventually blocked my phone number. I am getting the police involved.

I am really picky and this car wash is the only one that has worked for me. I always have my dog in my car and they clean it as if he was never there! They are super friendly and I genuinely like bringing my car here it never disappoints :)

1-Star Review Avoid this place. After a single visit to Apex Auto Spa in Stamford, a family member started seeing recurring monthly charges on their credit card for a membership they did not knowingly authorize or sign up for. There was no clear explanation that they were being enrolled in any ongoing billing program. They’re now out more than $500. They have repeatedly contacted the business to cancel and request a refund. No meaningful response. No resolution. No longer answers the phone. Blocked the number. When I looked deeper into these google reviews, I noticed a pattern in the 1-star ratings that describe similar billing concerns. At the same time, customers are offered $10 off a wash for leaving a 5-star review, which raises serious questions about the reliability of the overall rating. If you go here, read everything carefully and monitor your credit card statements afterward. Charges are being disputed and we’re considering filing charges with the local authorities and notifying the FBI. Transparency and basic customer service should not be this difficult.

I want to share my experience so others can proceed with caution. I initially brought my car here for auto body repair and was quoted $860, with a promised turnaround time of 2–3 days. Unfortunately, communication from the autobody department was very poor throughout the process, and the job ended up taking nearly a month with little to no proactive updates. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was unexpectedly told the total was $1,360. I was informed that approximately $500 worth of additional work had been completed without my authorization. I did not agree to these added services, which led to a dispute and ultimately required police involvement. I agreed to pay the originally quoted $860, which was the only amount I had authorized. During this situation, the responding officers advised me that there have been multiple complaints associated with this location involving unauthorized charges, and that the establishment has a concerning reputation locally. I do want to be fair: the individual who assisted me that day was professional, kind, and clearly caught in the middle. The quality of the repair itself looks very good, and my car was even fully detailed inside, which I appreciated — though it was not something I requested. Overall, while the workmanship appears solid, the business practices and management are deeply concerning. I strongly advise anyone using this establishment to look elsewhere or to get all pricing and scope of work clearly documented in writing or via text before proceeding.

I have a gold membership with them. Their car wash is to notch. I get both inside and outside. The guy in the counter is a great dude himself. He’s very knowledgeable and always goes out the extra mile to take care of his customers. I used another car wash prior to this guys. I have gotten so many scratches on my car but they never took any responsibility. These guys are different. I haven’t gotten any scratches on my car after using 2 months with them. And I know they will take the responsibility if the issue occurs.

I’ve been a Gold membership customer here for almost two months, paying $65+tax per month for full service. Unfortunately, from day one until today, every single visit has been disappointing — and it keeps getting worse. They didn’t use soap and didn’t rinse the car properly, leaving road salt residue all over the vehicle, especially on the rocker panels, under the doors, and bumpers. After the wash, my car looked worse than before. On top of that, instead of removing the floor mats and cleaning them outside, they spray water inside the car, which causes water spots and stains on the seats. To make it worse, the floor mats are left soaking wet and not dried at all. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a paid full-service car wash and absolutely not worth a monthly membership. I would not recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.
