Paying close to $50 and having the job rushed with quality compromised is not the way to treat a customer. Multiple spots missed through their “hand wash”. Focus on quality not mediocrely washing as many cars as you can in a day.

I did outside wash only. Charged me $44.66. The car is almost as dirty as it was before. As good of a car wash as the rain. Waste of money.

I don’t know about the other locations, but I feel that the quality of the car wash has really gone downhill in the past couple of years compared to what it was before Covid. I just took my wife’s car to get washed and the entire car is still dirty. I think for almost $50 for what’s called the works. They could’ve done and should have done much better. Why did I have to take it home and actually wash it again myself the interior was still absolutely disgusting. They were supposed to vacuum. It was a very poor job. I’ve always felt that splash charges too much but when they can’t even wash the car properly, it’s a waste of money.

Wish I could give zero stars - they scratched the shit out of my new car. $50 for “the works” now I have to find a reputable detailer and pay a lot to get this fixed. Do not go here - do not waste your money.

I went for an express detail and when I got the car back the mirrors weren't done, the wheels weren't done, there were leaves and debris in where the wipers are and in door jams were dirty. I called to talk to the manager and told him that i just paid $145 for a detail and the car isn't anywhere near what I expected for what I paid. He said come back he will go over it with the detailers. When I got there it was just a bunch of excuses. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want your car detailed!!! UPDATE: I spoke with Jose their regional manager who contacted me after I made this post. He had one of this employees hand deliver a free five star certificate to me yesterday and assured me when I come in and have it done that he will oversee the entire process.

HORRIBLE to go and pay what they call their Top Tier for soap and water and air dry. Place wasn’t busy as expected to go in the afternoon with kids in school and people back to work and 5 people working on your car not worth the money that they charge

Terrible job for a $40+ “full service with mats”. The interior and exterior are still dirty. Not sure how it’s possible, but the hood still has bird poop and the dashboard is still dusty. Awful job, I’d never go back.

Absolutely terrible cleaning service. I paid $40 for a car wash and cleaning and there is still dirt and dust on the inside of my car. It was a complete waste of money. Safe to say that I will not be going back here again.

I had a bad experience at this car wash. It was the first—and last—time I went there to get my car washed. I chose the service, which cost almost $45, and they handed it back to me with a dirty interior. When I complained that they hadn't vacuumed or cleaned the car mats properly, they told me that for better cleaning next time, I should subscribe to their monthly program. That was incredible! It makes no sense that I paid a subscription if I'm asking for something as basic as vacuuming and washing the mats. They just do the job and give the impression that many of their customers don't receive the service they offer and leave feeling deceived. Terrible service. Last time, I don't recommend them.

I just left the car wash after waiting in line for 20-30 minutes and paid for highest package with tire shine and wax. The inside of my car was not cleaned properly , tires never shined . I paid 50 dollars and my car is not clean what’s going on splash?! Higher prices worse quality?

I got the most expensive option, and got in the car as I left it. He has the audacity to tell me vacuum is only the interior and not the door pockets. And the dash was not even wiped properly , What the hell am I paying for? This is absolute rip off would not recommend.

I have to say I never leave reviews this is probably the first time I've done this. I am not interested in negatively impacting a business but I couldn't let this one go. I've gone to Splash Car Wash in Stamford about 2x a month and ever 2 months or so I spend about $80 to get the interior cleaned thoroughly. Let's be honest Splash is probably the most expensive car wash I've ever been too but it is the most convenient. That is perhaps the biggest reason I go, and also they used to do a decent job when I wanted extra and purchase the super interior. On 10/9 I went paid the additional $ in addition to the wash and purchased the super interior which usually goes for $39. Please note the pictures below. For almost $40 they vacuum the carpets, dash/console and blow air. But the super interior does not include actually cleaning the interior. Wow what a surprise. I wish I kept the receipt but I lost it. As far as I'm concerned when you call something a super interior clean and charge $40 you should actually clean the interior!!! I guess I will find a new car wash and save some money in the process.

I read the reviews and gave splash a shot! Even considered a monthly package. Unfortunately, less than pleasant experience here. Paid for an almost $40 wash and left with a half washed car. Outside 5/10 (wasn’t really dirty but had some small bugs and finger prints) Inside 3/10- they didn’t really vacuum and left dirty rubber mats. I know it’s not a detail but if I shook out the mats, they would have been cleaner. Windows- 2/10- not sure how they managed to miss a whole window but they did. I kindly asked the person who checks the receipts if they vacuumed and he said “yes but lightly, let me wipe it down for you”. That’s fine and I appreciate it, but it doesn’t clean what was missed. Back to searching for a better car wash! 8/14 update: I am glad Splash replied here, the email address isn’t valid anymore and the phone number is a call serivce who hardly speaks English.

I drove 20 minutes out of the way for r a quick wash as Splash. The line was out to the road . After a long wait I told the guy I just wanted the basic $17 rinse. I was told the cheapest option was $49.99 and if I wanted the basic I had to come between 6 and 8pm. A precious hour of my day off wasted. I used to be a member at Splash. Big ripoff
