Great car wash and they even started giving out complimentary dash wipes too. Staff are all delightful people. Vacuums could be better but they’re also free so can’t ask for much.

Received a car wash today from the new Jax car Wash. This is a new company that took over the car wash that I had signed up for at at Hall Road and Van Dyke. Their service has gone down since Jax took over. Their membership line was closed. I question the representative and he said that they've had all kinds of problems since they took it over. I believe that because they did not have any malfunctions of any of their services before they took it over. I am very disappointed. One day they were completely closed. And it wasn't Christmas Eve or Christmas Day or New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.

The entire back end of my car was untouched. Employee at the end wiped my dirty back window. This should be an embarrassment for the company. I am considering ending my unlimited subscription as this is the second location that hasn't cleaned my whole car.

Best Carwash I’ve used and I’ve used a lot! Technically a 5 star but leaving room for improvements. The locations are convenient, numerous, and most are quick. You can wash twice a day and if you drive as much as I do you will need it! I’ve went to every location in Macomb and most in Oakland. The worst experience would be on Romeo…the management isn’t the best. The best is the new site on M59 mostly because it has the new conveyor. Need to work on the vaccums because most locations don’t function properly. I use them often and usually just go to my preferred sites if I need to clean the inside. The employees are stellar. Thanks!

So initially I thought this was a beautiful car wash place. The vacuums, spaces, building, all looked great. I began cleaning, emptied my trunk, moved little odds and ends to my passenger seat emptied glove box, middle council, rugs etc. And BAM vacuums not working. Stuff happens so I'm thinking ok let me check another. Nope. I stay looking a round at other customers that have their car parked. And they all were experiencing the same thing. So I walked around and checked all of the empty spaces. At this point I was a little frustrated honestly, so I called the Desk and a woman by the name of Julia, answers the phone. This women was so rude, her demeanor was so uncalled for. I asked her why none of the vacuums, we're working, and she responded extremely offensive saying that "welp Emily the manager left and Cody was supposed to check the vacuums, and he is late, so there's nothing I can do for you. " I was going to ask her another question, and she hung up in my face. Rather than calm back, I pulled right up to the office and went inside. I asked her. What was the reason that she hung up in my face? That was very unnecessary, and all I wanted to know was if someone was going to come and check the vacuums if it was worth waiting or not. She again responded so angrily and rude saying "this is a private establishment and I don't hand to yell you anything. There's nothing I can tell you. So bye bye" 👋 I just walked out because this place and her energy are not worth it. 22 vacumes all down. No apologies for the inconvenience, no positive feedback such as a wait time or a possible resolution. She just really did not care. Whoever the owner of this place is should really consider customer service because you know that can ruin a business very quickly.

Use three different locations regularly. Upon entering, the pre wash is marginal at best. Employees usually just spray the drivers side of the car and ignore passenger side. Dryers (manual drying when you exit) dust over car at best. Not like the old days at Jax. Vacuums at 26 Mile Rd location are terrible (light suction). On the upside the greeters at the entrance are always polite and professional !!

Worst Jax car wash location. My windshield got damaged because of their poor equipment. I left with half dirty car and a lots off snow still seating on my car. I do not recommend this location. p.s. I took my car after one hour to Macomb location and they did amazing job.

This place is going downhill fast. The equipment is falling into disrepair. I pay more for a car wash because I want it to do its job. The overhead drying chamois was broken. Multiple vacuum hoses removed from vacuum stations. Air hoses broken. I used to really like this place but if they don’t turn things around I’ll be taking my membership to Jax.

Car came out looking about the same as it went in. Tire shine upgrade is a joke. Horrible wash. Save your money.

The young guy who assisted me was awesome. He answered my questions to add my wife to the plan. However you all were short staff having to wait about 15-20 min to sign up. He was the only person assisting all of the customers due to your reader not recognizing cars license plates

If I could leave negative stats I would. Now this is only for the Jax car wash on mound. I want to say it’s between 13 and 14 mile road. Went to get my car washed (I have a plan membership) and it was busy. Multiple cars went in at once. I was concerned about this because the cars were very close. Well the car wash stopped once and I couldn’t see a thing, but didn’t think anything of it. Car wash started up again and not a min later, stops again. Except this time I was hit. The truck behind me hit my car. Then an employee ran up to my car and said, you’ve been in an accident. I was shocked but knew something was off. I get out of the car wash and am waiting for someone to dry off my car…when I hear the truck behind me HONKING and doesn’t stop. I told him I was not moving but he wouldn’t stop. Finally I moved and noticed other drivers pulled off to the side and I park next to them. I asked a gentleman if he was also hit and he said yes. In fact 4 cars got hit that day. Tried calling the Warren/madison heights police department and was told they were not coming out because it was private property. Absolutely ridiculous and shame on the police department for not allowing any of us to get an accident report. All of the people who were hit were very upset and demand to speak to the owner/manager except he didn’t come either (shocker). Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. We all wanted to see the camera footage because clearly, negligence and lack of paying attention is the reason why this happened. We all exchanged phone numbers and went about our day. Later got a text message from one of the gentleman and was told, the manager would not be showing or handing over the video footage and that the car wash did nothing wrong and also said, that the accident was between two cars. Funny thing is MORE THAN 2 CARS WERE HIT. So I will NEVER be going to that JAX CAR WASH ever again. I advise everyone who reads this to think twice, you may be the next cat that gets hit because people cannot do their jobs correctly. I get mistakes happen but the disgusting behavior from the manager and employees shocks me, and the fact that they refuse to take responsibility, they cower and hide. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE CAR WASH. There are plenty of JAX CAR WASHS all about Michigan that are way better. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU THERE.

As mentioned in some of the other reviews my brand new truck was also scratched from vacuums and from the wash. Took me four different bays to finally find one working vacuum. Don’t go to this one not worth the hassle. The line for the wash is also always backed up and extremely narrow. Go to other locations

I’m not happy since it switched to Jax, I loved being able to get my car washed within minutes I could pull up and the gate would open immediately then I would pull around and go right through, now you have to pull up and press a bunch of buttons Then when you get to the end of the car was your stuck waiting on whoever is in front of you to get their car towel dried even if you don’t want that. I let them do it once and this guy had keys on his belt loop that were clanking against my car and scratching it so I asked him to stop. The workers seem less professional and the vacuum cleaners don’t suck and that’s not a compliment, I had some crumbs on the floor from kids eating snacks in the car and the vacuum cleaner wouldn’t pick them up. The things I do like are the location and the actual car wash itself, the machine works well and actually cleans your car.

Unlimited club member. Jax has always been known as one of the finer car wash options in metro Detroit. They are trying to continue this. I get the exterior only wash option (I keep the interior of my car clean so that doesn't need their service). The wash and dry are very good quality. My only issue is that the back of my crossover (rear hatch, bumper, window) is always left with some dirt and wet even after they towel dry the car. I guess they think I don't see it while I drive so it doesn't matter? It does matter and should be wiped clean and dry just like the hood and windshield. Also, like most places, they don't change the drying towels soon enough so they leave streaks on the windows from getting too wet and residual dirt that accumulates. Invest in more towels and change them more frequently. Just a tip from a customer that knows how to clean well...

Car still had snow after wash. Guy at this location dried car properly to my surprise. Jax needs to hire better towel guys at all locations. There is zero effort with the towel dry guys. I’m done. I will try the completion. El car wash.

This was a dangerous, unacceptable experience that was handled poorly from start to finish. While in the wash tunnel, the vehicle in front of me put their car in park, causing their SUV to be pushed onto the front of my hood. Anyone who’s been in a tunnel wash knows you’re stuck in neutral—you can’t move, and it’s genuinely frightening. An employee shut the system down and clearly told me the other driver was at fault. I was also told he was instructed to pull over so we could exchange information due to damage to my vehicle. When I exited my car, the driver was already gone. My front grille was damaged and partially detached. After going through the wash again, (days later) the rest of my grille came off completely. The driver who caused the damage left without exchanging information—despite staff acknowledging fault. Because I was on my lunch break, I initially noticed streaking but didn’t stop. Once I got home, my windshield was completely covered in a greasy film, as if something oily had been smeared across it. Visibility was affected, and it took extra effort to remove—even household cleaning tools barely worked. (I took my Swiffer to it) On top of all of that, the membership lane experience was frustrating. Instead of a smooth drive-through, I was stopped for add-on prompts and then asked to pre-tip employees before any service was provided—which felt especially tone-deaf given what had just happened just a week prior. Between the unsafe tunnel incident, vehicle damage, lack of accountability, a driver fleeing the scene, and the poor quality of the wash itself, this experience was unacceptable. Paying members should expect safety, clear procedures, and proper handling when something goes wrong. - Extremely disappointed. (Canceled monthly membership)

The staff at Jax is great, they work really hard and I appreciate how tough it must be to work in the cold temps we've had. The only thing I wish could be done better is my back window. I have an explorer and the top of my window never gets a thorough wash, in fact I'm always left with a line of dirt and I wish they'd scrub the whole back window with a brush. It happens no matter where I go so, they're not alone. It's the design of the car, none of the brushes inside the car wash reach the top of the window.

Convinent locations, Great service, new machines and good prices. Even when you finish washing your Car there employees are out waiting to dry your car with clean dry clothes. Didn't experience a better service anywhere else.

I really, really, really like this car.Wash. some locations are nice and updated, and others.Look cold and tired.. some location prep your car, good others don't. Some locations dry your car pretty good, others that don't. I don't think the tipping is fair because you can't directly tip a good worker. .So even a shitty worker gets the same tip as everyone else.

Brand new truck scratched. Do not go here. Vacuums were broken. Half of the brushes weren't even contacting my car. No amenities at the vacuums, total waste of money and now I have to deal with the damage.
