Have done business with them on two vehicles now. We also know folks who have done business with them as well with no complaints. We’ve worked with Christean and John in Sales; Andrew and Steve in Finance. All great to work with. Some negotiators but that seems to be part of it. Their guy that they contract to do tint; Stan, also does phenomenal work. Would recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

I was called by a representative asking me to come in for an oil change and free car wash for $30+ dollars. When I agreed we set an appointment for 9:30. I dropped the car off the night before and indicated I wanted to pick the car up at 11. That morning I got a text asking me which car wash I was paying for. When I arrived at the service department was informed they hadn’t even started on my car. I got my keys and left.

I drive over 90 minutes each way to buy from this place. I personally have purchased several cars and have had several other family members buy from this place. From purchasing to trading-in to financing, I have never had one issue. Josh McFarland and Tyler Faulkner are two of the best salesmen in the business. I messaged on the book of faces with a salesperson about a car, we discussed I was out of state, and we talked a bit about 'putting a deposit' on the car-but I like to see cars before I commit to them so we got up early and drove 4 hours Saturday to see it. We got there and the test drive process involved photos of license, insurance, AND sign a release denoting existing damage, so on their form I dutifully noted the door ding on the practically new used car and we drove off somewhat normally if awkwardly. When we got back we were going to go get a soda and talk about the car, which we wanted to buy, but we immediately got told someone put a deposit put on it while we were gone and that if we left the lot they'd sell the car to the other person. Alas, the price on the car was acceptable, so after a bit of considering the situation I told the sales guy to write it up. He knew from our messages earlier that we were paying outright not financing. When he brought back the purchase agreement he asked if we had literal cash or a cashier's check ready, otherwise we couldn't take the car today because they don't take out of state checks. Oh wow, that bit of information would have been an excellent thing to share with an out of state prospect. Yikes with bikes. Big important information. I've gone back to look at their purchase agreement and that's not on there, but they do make you sign that they can check your credit even if you pay outright. Every time he raised a barrier to actually buying the car (which we were willing to buy without negotiation at the price they were asking), the solution to the out of state check problem was to finance the car with them, pay the first payment, and then pay off the loan. I had a checkbook and ability to pay via wire. When I offered a wire transfer, he said the wire would have to clear before we took the car. I mean, my bank is good, but we were not keen on initiating a wire to see how long it took, possibly leaving the car there and driving back 4 hours again. I've been writing checks and leaving with the car I bought the same day at full grown dealerships (and little half grown dealerships too, to be fair) since I was seventeen years old. I've written "out of state" checks for cars at full grown dealers in Alabama at least three times, Georgia once, Illinois once, and of course once when I was but a child in Oklahoma, but that one time it was an in-state check. We left without the car. My lived experience with those other, full grown dealerships has been that they take checks (out of state or local) and wires. Heck, I've given $500 on a credit card and wired the balance on Monday after driving off with the car on Saturday once. They could have run my credit, seen my acct balance, put the whole car on a credit card, any number of things, but the only solution offered was financing with them and then paying it off after the first payment. In the end, had we been aware that neither our check nor a bank wire would be accepted in the full amount of the asking price such that we could leave with the car that day, we would not have bothered traveling 4 hours to see it. In my opinion, this is important information that should be shared immediately with anyone out of state when they inquire about a car, especially if terms of purchase have been discussed to the point where a purchase agreement has been transmitted, and it should be on the purchase agreement, if that is their rule.

5 vehicles and nearly 15 years of, apparently one-sided, loyalty was not enough for Green's to want to do business with me and honor that loyalty. They specifically reached out to me, almost a year before my lease was ending, to see if I was interested in a trade-in. I brought my vehicle in for an appraisal and they said they could offer an amount that was LESS than my payoff amount. They suggested I continue making payments for a few months - even though, again, they were the ones who first reached out - so that my trade-in value and payoff would be equal, essentially giving me zero equity. I took my vehicle to a competing dealership that day and they offered me the same value Carvana was going to pay, well above my payoff, which I was able to put toward an excellent deal on my new vehicle as a brand new customer with them. If the amount of loyalty I showed Green's meant nothing to them, I can only imagine how much they're taking advantage of new buyers. 2 stars because the service department was always great, and free service with Toyota Care was a nice perk.

Was pleased with service. However, this used to be my mom's car so it was in her name. The associate said he changed it but when my car was ready, they called my mom even though I confirmed twice to call my number (which I gave them). My mom's number is not to be in the system for that Rav 4. She has another Rav 4 in your system.

We reached out on a recent holiday and even though the dealership was closed, we received an immediate response from the sales manager. Impressed at this point, we knew we would start our search for a 2026 Crown here. The next day we spoke with Glenn Dougherty. He moved the car from the front lot and waited for the hour and a half it took us to get to Lexington. Glenn was a terrific salesperson, answering each question we had about the hybrid. There is room for negotiation with this dealership and we rode away happy customers. The Crown has proved to be one of our favorite Toyota purchases. We would highly recommend Green's Toyota and Glenn Dougherty.

I had a very positive experience with Green's when a purchased a used vehicle from them. Ryan helped me out with my purchase. It was eye-opening car shopping at smaller used car lots because so many of the cars were just questionable, but I had security choosing Green's. I was able to get a good deal on a manufacturer extended warranty, which gave me peace of mind. When I brought the car home, they couldn't locate the extra key and said it wasn't turned in by the previous owner, but they did some research and mailed it to me with my plate a couple weeks later! Overall, I would recommend based on my experience. I would purchase from them again!

This was by FAR the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! I had the pleasure of working with Chris Evans to purchase my Mazda and he took such great care of me.
