Excellent service on a consistent basis. Best attention to detail of any car wash I have ever experienced. I am a loyal customer since they opened for business in 1995. All staff highly friendly, respectful and highly professional. I highly recommend Great Neck Car Wash.

It was my first time going here and they were professional and very thorough. Inside and out my car looked really good. I only took an exterior picture but I didn't see any problems unlike what I had with another establishment. I will be returning. For now, they are my regular place. Please don't mess this relationship up, it took a long time to find a place like this lol

Absolutely the best car wash I’ve ever been to! Don’t believe any negative review because if you spot something and point it out the attendant who is cleaning your car he or she will take care of it with a smile! I wash my cars here weekly and never had an issue. The owner and the staff are always helpful! Thanks guys! Keep up great work!

Horrible experience. A lot was missed and I asked them to clean some of it and they did, but as you see in the pics they missed so much more. One of the staff has a lot of attitude after I asked them to clean some of what was missed. I paid for a full car wash and instead got half a car wash and some attitude. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Nice crew, but a horrible wash. $27 and couldn't even get the windows clean Edit: when referring to the windows, I was talking about the exterior of the windshield, back window, and the exterior of all the windows for that matter. Just own up to the fact that you did a terrible job

I came in with a terribly dirty car and I figured it would be just another basic wash! I was very wrong and I am so glad I decided to come here! Sparkling clean car, amazing service! And the boss who ever mentioned in their reviews is mean or rude is actually a nice guy! Try the wash for yourself and don’t listen to anyone else! Thank you for your service!!!

I had a terrible experience at Great Neck Car Wash. After their wash, two of my wheels were left with permanent white stains. I returned to address the issue, and the owner dismissed my concerns, claiming the damage was due to the age of my wheels and suggesting that newer wheels would look better on my car anyway. Sure they weren't mint as they had some curb rash, but they didn't need a new paint job either. He only refunded $20 of my $25 payment, which feels like a poor attempt at compensation. I had my wheels inspected by an autobody professional who confirmed that the damage was caused by harsh, likely acidic chemical cleaners and left on too long the wheels for too long before being washed off. The fact that only two of the wheels on the drivers side of my vehicle were damaged like this, makes me suspect either this is the case as they were probably sprayed first. Or that the damage was noticed and that the other two wheels weren't sprayed at all. The lack of responsibility and poor customer service make it clear that they do not care about the quality of their work or their customers' satisfaction. I would advise taking your car elsewhere.

After passing through the car wash machine, the stains on the lower part of the white car do not seem to be easily wiped. The window inside the vehicle was refreshing, but the black stain on the frame at the bottom of the car's exterior cannot be erased, so I have to wash the car once more in a few days.

Disappointed with the service at this car wash. I came here for Full Service which includes exterior and interior clean. As I'm driving away, I realized the inside of my car was not cleaned. The interior of my car wasn't too dirty to begin with but there was still a layer of dust on my dashboard, marks in my cup holders. I bring the car back and the manager tries to gaslight me, saying he doesn't see any dust. He eventually begrudgingly wipes my car. My trunk wasn't cleaned either, he explained that this had to be specifically requested otherwise wouldn't be done. I've come here for years without much of a problem but I was pretty disappointment by how management handled what was obviously a mistake on their end. I won't be coming back again.

I paid almost $40 for a wash here and was really disappointed with the results. When the person cleaning my car was done, he honked for me to come over. While I was looking at the car, he brought something to my attention that was broken — which I do appreciate — but it distracted me from fully inspecting the cleaning job before leaving. Unfortunately, I live 30 minutes away and didn’t realize until I got home that my tires were still dirty and my mats hadn’t been cleaned properly. I have my receipt showing the time I paid, along with pictures taken less than an hour later that clearly show the issues. I did call and notify them of the findings and advised that I wasn’t able to come back today and that would at a later date. ( man on the phone said they would just re wash the wheels) For the price, I expected much more attention to detail. They advertise that they take their time to really clean your car, but in my experience, that wasn’t the case.

Really great experience here. The staff was super friendly and efficient, and the waiting room had surprisingly cool decor — way nicer than your typical car wash vibe. They did an awesome job on my car too. Everything looked spotless without that greasy “just cleaned” look. Will definitely be coming back.

I paid $70 for “The Works” full service wash, which clearly lists multiple services, including interior wipe down, proper vacuuming, wheel treatment, tire dressing, and wax. Most of these services were either done poorly or not done at all. The interior was barely vacuumed, surfaces were not properly wiped down, and the exterior was left with visible dirt and streaks. This was nowhere near the level of service advertised on the sign. If you are offering a premium package, you should actually provide what is listed. What I received was far below expectations and absolutely not worth the money. Very disappointing service. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place.

Told the person I need interior exterior wash. Told him the interior needs detailed cleaning because of the dust. I ended up cleaning the car myself at the car wash. Atleast 3 missed spots, windshield has water stains, left dust still on the seat, LICENSE PLATE BENT!!
