I dropped my clothes off for wash and most of it is still dirty, the whites were still dirty , no detergent smell on the clothes its almost as of they loaded a big amount of clothes into one washer and the job didn’t get done 😣

The washers and dryers definitely need to be updated. But other than that it's a nice place to wash your clothing. The atmosphere there and the staff are kinda amazing

Person in laundry mat is rude plus washing machines either leak water or don’t work properly. Washing machines smell like mildew as well

This place is filthy! There are dryer sheets, tissues, water, soap powder,everything all over the floor.I slid twice on soap went twice to service area to ask them if they can sweep and also to get change and they're outside smoking.

Its awesome that they have free soap and free drying and they had these really great massage chairs however it was incredibly hot in there I had to wait outside I couldn't take the heat. Also the employees were really great they were very helpful and friendly.

They try to keep this place as clean as possible, and fix the machines as fast as they can. Nice place to do your laundry. The soda machine gets the cans really cold, and only $1 for a can of soda! They have laundry bags for sale at $3 each, and they are huge! If you wash your clothes here, you get to dry them for free! 💖

Washer is broken for now at my new apartment so I had to try a laundromat for the first time in my life. Literally nothing short of the best service ever. Both women my fiancé dealt with today were beyond accommodating and even offered to check our laundry in the dryer after a round and restart it if it wasn’t dry enough, as we had to leave and run some errands. 5 Stars will always come back here if I need them again

If I can have NO STARS it would be bettet. This establishment is so dirty its a wonder how someone gets their clothes clean. The people who work there are rude unless they know the per their dealing with. It's disgusting how they talk and swear at everything. Always on a personal phone calling swear left and right. Don't take your children there. This place is also pretty unsafe as machines are always not working properly.

Stopped here with a friend. Went to use the bathroom there was a roach on the floor right next to the toilet. Gross, if my dryer ever broke or washer (pray it doesn't) I would never come here. Do like they offer free drying, but I think most places do now. Arcade machines are a bit faded, should fix them up.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I dropped my king sized quit and sheet set off to be washed. I've done this plenty of times to other laundromats in the area in the past without incident. When I picked it up the lady seemed nervous but I thought nothing of it at the time. When I got home I discovered my entire set was burnt. I went back the next day to show them. I left a pillow case so the girl could show her manager who was not in at the time. After calling for several days at different times and not being able to get a hold of the "manager" she finally called me to tell me that after conferring with the owner the best they could do is offer me $20 off on future services. This was an insult. First, that was a 800 thread count set that I paid over $700 for. Second, I paid about $30 for the wash and $5 for the tip, ($20 doesn't even cover what I paid for the initial services.) Third, what makes them think I would ever use there services again? You're better off washing your cloths in the gutter than at this place.

We washed two king size white comforters here. They came out better than when they left our house so what more can a girl ask for. The woman working was working very hard. Though the place is run down they are a blessing to many.

Machines are ok,free soap is great,staff is great where in a time customer service nonexistent ,very helpful and always in a good mood despite some unruly customers, they always handle it professionally which is a lost art...instead of going to newer places,the staff keeps me coming back...great job to all

Worst experience I ever had at this place.. it’s really run down and ghetto.. dryers don’t work properly washers are trash.. I was there all day and I only washed two loads of clothes.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Mask protection not emphasized here, as you can see from photo. Did not even see staff wearing masks. Cleanliness is also not maintained. Staff not helpful. My last visit there.

Worst place ever The place i usually go to is closed do to the water main breaking This place is a joke Ive been here for over 3 hours. Its know 1235am I have work in 4 hours The dryers dont work at all. I asked the worker to help me locate a dryer thats good and he wouldnt help. Told me to figure it out. Will never be back here.
