This place is well run. They are always willing to extend a hand and help. The staff here is friendly. Trust me, not everyone in town is like this. Def come here for your oil change, but if need something as small as a light bulb change (some are very difficult to get to) they can do it. Thank you guys!! When I provided feedback about a negative experience at the North Ave Grease Monkey (see below), I was contacted right away by the store manager, Sean, to see how he could help. He drove all the way to my place of employment to fix my glove box. He was so friendly and accommodating and I truly appreciated his care for my concerns. He is working hard to ensure that all of his employee extend the same care for customers. I would recommend taking your vehicle to the North Ave Grease Monkey for service. Original review: I typically have great service at this Grease Monkey but I was very disappointed with my most recent visit. When I got in my car, the passenger seat was reclined all the way back. Later that evening when I opened my glove box, it was jammed and wouldn’t close. There was a piece that was not properly attached (most likely when they were checking the filter) which caused it to jam. I was able to get it fixed but it doesn’t seem open like it used to.

Love how quick the service is,,,, but seem to be missing the bigger picture. I came here to for ….A….Oil……change… which mind you should of only Been $100 and something dollars…they pulled a plug from my truck meant for better mileage and didn’t even ask me I don’t know where it came from but ethier way replacing something would always be good though putting something gummy back into the truck after pulling it and the debri from the outside world,… just no….. Truely it wasn’t needed right away and I don’t like things pulled and not replaced just putting old parts back in really messes with my mind. My dad would have had a cow if I would have messed with anything that has to do with the gas….I’d like this place to ask me first before dilly dallying with my truck…next thing you know the cabin filter is in my face…more money…. walked away from this place with $204.49 straight shot to the wallet. I’m not complaining just wish things were asked before trying to add on to the bill I agreed to. Thanks grease money great service but poor with communications.

Did an oil change on my Grand caravan didn't fill it up . And charged me 75.00 . Then all the emails harassing me. I'll never let anyone change my oil again. Finally had to block them. Don't let them ruin your cars mechanical health. There are better places to go.

I saw a nail in my tire that morning, went to Grease Monkey since they were close and one of a couple businesses open. I was immediately greeted and waited on, as they were quiet that Sunday. Turned out that the nail went in at an angle that didn't puncture through the tire so the gentleman sealed the outside spot and didn't charge me for the service. I was very appreciative of his kindness, and thorough inspection of my tire, even taking time to show me and explain what he saw and what he did to adress the situation. Thank you so much once again.

Nice and knowledgeable, but have no issues selling you services your vehicle does not need. Told them I thought the oil was low... $450 later, at check-out, they tell my the oil level was not low, but still performed the oil change, as well as a the "recommended" a brake fluid service after only 2k miles. I understand this is the name of the game, but it certainly leaves a bad impression.

Caught a rock chip this morning. Not even noon and they've got it sealed and ready to go. Only took them 20-30 minutes once I brought the truck to them. Amazing service. Always been a huge fan of grease monkey. After how well they took care of our brand new truck this morning I won't go anywhere else. Gentleman who helped me even cleaned up after himself really well, washed the windshield and everything! Absolutely worth it. Generally only costs 24.99 for a windshield repair, but they work with insurance. 11/10 service.
