Had a decent car wash and detail after they up sold me on a package. Brought our other car back the next day and they would not give me the same price. They even tried to slip me a receipt, pretending it was the same price. They commission their managers and give discounts whenever it makes them more money. Straightforward, honest pricing is a much better way to keep business. Won’t be back.

Watch out, these guys are very dishonest and use high-pressure sales tactics. My wife went to get her car cleaned, and I told her which package to get. They upcharged her for the exact same service. I went another time, and they simply ran my car through their wash without any of the extras I paid for. I brought it to their attention, and they said they would run it again. I told them I wanted a refund, and they refused. The front desk manager walked outside and told the staff to stop drying off my vehicle.

Called 4:30 p.m. asked what time they stop serving vehicles was told 5:30 p.m. arrived at 5:08 p.m. no one's there. The rating may change the upon my service tomorrow morning. Needless to say the next day was not an improvement. Here are the results when you purchase their ultimate supreme package $40 value

Tried to give them a second chance even with a membership. They washed and detailed truck blocking the car wash. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to be done. Please don't use this wash. They operating like it's the year 1998

Avoid this business if you don't want damage to your car. I saw my truck exiting the automated system and saw how it appeared they had tucked the antenna away. Sure enough they had slammed it in the door jamb before running it through. Chipped the paint and bent the antenna. Horrible that this is a place people expect to be able to trust their cars with.

I used to come here all the time but each time it just gets worse and worse today I stepped out and was handed a ticket for a single. No Goodmorning no nothing so I said “Goodmorning how are you I’d like a double” and the guy rolled his eyes and changed the ticket. I went to the counter and the price was a bit higher but I thought nothing of it. Pfffttt I looked at the ticket I was charged for an oversized vehicle I hope this wasn’t on purpose but I feel that it was. I went up to the cashier and nicely asked for the refund, she was nice and gave it to me but the people around her were asking her what happened what’s going on what is she complaining about and laughing at me. And yes that’s my car doesn’t look oversized :/

My first visit here (May/June 2021) was such a pleasant experience. I loved how clean my vehicle was and how quickly it was ready. Service has severely declined since then. I had a membership from June 2021 - Dec. 2021; canceled because the quality of service was not getting better. The exterior cleaning process was consistent but the interior cleaning was terrible. I let a sales representative know I wasn’t satisfied and canceled in December 2021 but I was still charged in January. After speaking to the manager, she said she wasn’t notified of me wanting to cancel so my membership was still active. She was able to cancel my membership that day (mid January 2022) but stated she couldn’t refund my $50 membership fee. We tried to come up with solutions because it wasn’t my fault she wasn’t notified and I didn’t want to leave my $50 chilling in their business account. She offered me a detail to compensate for the erroneous fees I incurred. I then tried to explain that I’m canceling because I’m not happy with the cleaning service; being compensated with a cleaning doesn’t make sense. In the end my only option was accept a “detail” priced at $70. At this point I’m feeling a bit aggravated so I accepted. Fast forward to April 2022, I’m returning to receive my compensation detail. THERES A NEW MANAGER (NM)! This new manager (NM) has never seen me and doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Luckily, I see the sales representative that is familiar with my situation and he explains to the new manager(NM). Things still aren’t working out with this NM but he does offer 50% off the detail and guarantees satisfaction. The detail is now priced at $80 so I would have to pay $40. Don’t forget that I’ve already been wrongfully charged $50 for a membership that I cancelled. Once again I’m in a situation to spend/lose money at this establishment. Here we go!! The NM seems to be a cool guy so I reluctantly accepted the 50% off deal and sent my car to detail. Now I’m at $90 that I never should’ve spent here. The exterior cleanliness of my vehicle could be rated at 8 of 10, due to the wheels not being really clean. I would rate the interior cleanliness at 6 of 10. This service was rushed and not taken seriously. There’s still lots of grass and debris on my floors. The dash board has excessive amounts of cleaning solution left behind. My cloth seats were not vacuumed. I can never return to this place and would deter anyone who cares about their vehicle to go elsewhere.

The first guy was very friendly. But after that, it was bad. I paid 42 dollars for a detail. I told him I've been on the road for a week and a half. So he's the one that recommended this. We'll I waited for the wave. An older man waves at me. I look at my truck and I see bugs still all over the front and the tires some wasn't evenly sprayed on all my tires. Let's just say he never came back and I had to deal with 3 other people. I was about to get the rag myself that's how upset I was. Not happy at all work this work. Never will come back. The window has streaks.

I got there and the guy that was taking care of me was very nice and professional however they finish my car and I see that there’s still things that haven’t been vacuumed up in my car and there’s stains all over my driver seat. The guy said he is going to take it back and clean it up and which he did and the stains are still on my seat so I told him he needs to fix it again. I come back and my sitter wet so hopefully the stains are gone. I asked for the $70 version and I was told that I would receive vacuuming and a washing of the seats and floorboards. My seats were not washed and only the front two seats got a quick wipe after I complained three times about there being stains. The crevices in the door seem to be vacuumed out but not wiped out. All of the plastics and hardware’s are thoroughly cleaned but still have a few spots. Definitely not worth $70 Especially since hi vacuum and wash my car almost weekly

Classic bait and switch. None of the prices on the website are honored at the Grant Rd location. I came in for the $60 Super Clean package, and it immediately jumped to $80 with less included in the package. Judging from the other reviews, I'm happy with the fact that I left when the approaching employee (who found it completely appropriate to lean his greasy arms on the passenger side of my truck as he leaned into my open window) told me "Those aren't OUR prices." Pass.

Was half washed, dirty on front and back and covered in water spots through the whole middle of the car. They lady couldn’t reach about 3 feet of the car and left it that way. Windows were dirty still. Asked for no tire shine and got it anyway. I could have washed this better with a hose myself. Very disappointed as the work as gotten worse with every visit. I tried giving multiple chances and this was the worst result. They were not even busy.

They do a great job with the car wash. Despite LUBE being in the name and pricing for oil changes being on their website, they do NOT provide oil changes.

In April I went to the one close to my home on Grant road. They over charged me $75.00 and said it would be completely detailed inside and out. The sight says 60.00 test I have had the same cleaning for 45.00 called the home run I be. To say the least it was not at all done correctly on the inside! Still dirt and stuff in cracked and crevices! The carpet was not vacuumed completely either.. I’m going back to either get a refund. I also had scratching on my handle in the drivers side . I tip good and I’ve been here several times but this last time I got ripped off. UPDATE 2/24/25 I tried this place again and still a problem, the inside was still dirty, sticky on door panels and a film where they wiped things down, not to mention my car is already very clean but there were a few spots from grandkids and vacuuming needed. Very minimal to be cleaned and they couldn’t even do that right. They also got some kind of black stuff on my leather seats and a new car seat! Center council was dirty with crumbs as well. Just to clarify I paid over 40.00 which included the cleaning of the inside, wiping and using cleaner on seats, dash , doors, center council etc!!!! No excuses from this business is valid. I went to the manager and he was very dismissive. Don’t waste your money here!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got the time today to go. First, I had said I wanted the home run service and recieved the lower one right below it instead( even after checking to make sure) then was told I couldn't get carpet shampooing also... I'm not sure why not? Then, I waited a while in the front (with my toddler) for someone to come to check me out. Not a super big deal.. I can understand if they were understaffed or something and I wasn't going to cause a scene like some of the women that came in making it such a huge deal. When I arrived there were maybe 2 more people infront of me and when I left they were packed with cars(I think this was why they rushed with my car and very lazily cleaned the inside to get to the others) The outside cleaning was fine with the car wash part, but the inside was not what I thought I was paying for and not what I would expect for a car service business that clearly lists what is supposed to be done and especially if I was there long before they even got busy! I'm more upset for paying for something that I didn't recieve the whole service or a very lazy service was given..I think it was a little of both. I think I just paid that much for a car wash, the carpet and interior are not clean and doesn't even smell like it's been cleaned on the inside. After waiting for over an hour for my car to be ready I would expect much better results! I really wanted to like this place and keep coming back, but the customer service just wasn't there my first visit so I'm sure this is just how they detail cars and unfortunately will be like this every time.

I’ve asked for a rug beater because of sand and they have two of them. He told me it’s only for pet hair lol. Like I don’t know what a rug beater is. Also said if I want the dirt out my rugs I must PAY for a shampoo. No and as a customer I asked for the beater. Then charge me for the beater . Don’t tell me it’s for dog hair only.

Unfortunately I have gone here for years and today thy tried to charge me $10 more for a hand car wash than usual then had an attitude about it. I wouldn’t come here to get your car washed as the service has gone downhill for a while however I keep giving them the opportunity to do better. They didn’t even have a ton of customers per usual you would think you want more business.

I got here for a full detailed car wash as the car was extremely dirty, the guy I met spoke well and assured it will be complete detailing and waxing on the outside all for $260. I was told to return back after two hours, got there after four hours and they were still not done, they were finally done and it was like they never did anything, the trunk was left undone, the interior part of the car still had furs and appeared like it was never vacuumed, complained for about four times and it still didn’t make any difference, no one could communicate well, I barely understood them, the guy who I spoke to initially had left, I asked the manager to put a call through to the guy since I barely understood them. He offered a $60 refund, I must say this, the car wash was a complete trash and offering just $60 as a refund was completely unacceptable. This is not a place to go for a detailed car wash. They literally did nothing, absolute nothing. Why on earth would you charge a $260 for doing absolutely nothing? This is also after spending 5 hours on the car.
