Car wash worked well. After initial time ran out, I tapped my credit card again and finished the car wash. Couple days later I found my card got charged $17.75. How comes?!

Great little car wash if you like doing it yourself. I take my Porsche and it’s always clean there. And they have quarter machines that work!

The BEST self service car wash in the area, hands down. Makes my semi-annual car deep clean a task that I can actually look forward to. This place has everything you could ever need to clean your car, both inside AND out, for about a single $10 roll of quarters (or less!) Convenient location, clean, and always well-serviced too — the BEST

Clean facility, good soap, great water pressure, a little pricey at $3 in 2019 but I wish I had this car wash near where I live in Maryland.

This place is great, but should consider air compressors to help get moisture out of hard to get to areas. Especially on motorcycles, they would get way more business if they added them to any of the 4 stalls.

Used to be an awesome wash for the price. Seems there's been a change of ownership. Wash solution seems weaker than before. Leaves spots on your car even after a double wash and spotless rinse. Touchless wash at 13 & Woodward is a better buy, even at a few $ more per wash.

Didn’t have any cash on me so I used credit card and they charged me $10 for 3 min. I think is like 5 min for $3 in quarters. It said a $5 minimum on there but $10 for 3 min is crazy

So I went here because it was the only self wash near me at the time and on the card reader it says “$5 minimum with tap” so I was like ok. I tapped my card and I checked and it took $15 away? I only did it once and I seen multiple reviews like this so don’t waste your money these people just like to scam.

Out of the many self car washes I have been to, this is the best. The machines have plenty of soap/product and it is easy to pay with here. Love that they added tap to pay, much easier to use. P.S. Just make sure to push the button to stop the machine. I had to do it for someone once already since they drove off, leaving it on and still charging their card.

I think it is the best self serve wash I have used. Plenty of soap, wax or pre wash. Best of all enough pressure to clean the dirt off your vehicle.

The car wash was clean and taken care of. Did a good job on my vehicle. If you're looking for a good touchless option in the area this is 5 stars. Only reason I am giving a 4 star was because a gentlemen pulled up right behind my car, got out and looked like he was attempting to take pictures of my liscense plate when I was parked just outside of the bay in the nearby parking spaces. Not sure what his deal was but did freak me out a bit.

Excellent old school car wash full of charm. Vacuums work at a 99th percentile level. Note to the owner: you would increase revenue to this business exponentially if you added a sign that clearly states credit cards are accepted. The business gives off the impression that it is exclusively coin operated but they do take cards. Major missed opportunity not to hang a simple sign somewhere that lets passersby know they can use a card. Might double revenue.

I used it for 5 minutes and got charged $10. There is no sign anywhere that indicates the rate per minute, or how much time you get when you make the initial payment. This is called deceptive pricing and it's dishonest and fraudulent to customers. Owner: Please change your practices or people won't come back! You got so many things right with this business, there's no need to take advantage of your clients like this by dinging them $5 and $10 extra because of confusion and hiding your rates, because you depend on them not pursuing court action for small amounts. Do the right thing and you will see the difference that it makes. Until then, this business is operating in the dark. EDIT: According to the response from the owner, I did get charged $5, although it was pending as $10 for 3 days until the final amount came through. I think this is fair, but still think this could be avoided with a better sign explaining the rates per minute.

I only rinsed off my car and got charged $10 on my card for 5 minute and 20 seconds. A great place made disappointing by hiding the rates they charge per minute. This should be an illegal business practice, but since it's not, I'd classify it as a scam. To the owner: Display the charge per minute, in card and cash, so customers are informed how much it will cost them. Until then, you're running a quasi-scam and it's dishonest, customers are noticing. EDIT: I checked the charge on my card and it was only $5, as the owner explained. This pricing seems fair to me. I still think alot of trouble would be saved if the rates were posted somewhere for clients to see.

Owner is very rude to his customers and will scold / berate you for trying to use your own products. If you want to properly wash your car the way someone who cares about their car would, do not come here.

One of the few area self service car washes that is well maintained and works as it should. Wash the underside of your vehicle every spring to remove the salt, and you won't have a rust problem, even in Michigan. If you're ambitious, wash under the hood as well, taking care to avoid the air intake, engine computer, and fuse box - the sticky plastic food wrap provides good protection. Pro tip: start with the soap spray and move directly to the wax spray, eliminating the intermediate rinse step.

Machine works well staffed it was a busy day and the card machine wouldn't accept my card employee or owner was right there to reset it and keep everything moving. Normal positive interaction and normally wouldn't post but their was a lady that took longer approx 6 cars to unload and vacuum her car employee checked on her and she became upset and started about bad review so I hope this counter that it's a great place. One shot clean car other angry lady. Hope her day gets better!

I went and waited in line for almost an hour. The. Put $3.00 in to start the wash, I sprayed it first then switched to the brush. When my $3.00 was up I continued to use the brush and the power came up to me and called me a loser and bum for not putting more money in right away. I was finishing without the soap coming out to get the dirt off. The owner then went and waited till I put $10.00 in and started spraying off the soap and he cut my water off so I couldn’t rinse my truck. I still had 8 minutes left on timer and he told me to leave after calling me more name. I told him I wanted my money back if he wasn’t going to turn the water back on. He then offered me $3 after I put in $10 I told him to give me the $10 and he refused saying 8 minutes isn’t $10, we argued and he then only gave me $8 back. Don’t ever go to this place he doesn’t deserve the business and certainly doesn’t know how to deal with his customers. I was in customer service for 10 years and that’s not how you get repeat business. I give it only .25 of a star. 🌟⭐️
